This place has gone downhill. My online order was for a heated veggie patty footlong, with spinach, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers and 2x chipotle southwest sauce. What I got was a frozen veggie patty footlong with all the veggies outside of the sand which, lettuce instead of spinach and no sauce at all. I placed the online order for my lunch break at work because it’s not very long. I wish this place was as good as it used to be. Super disappointed and starving, thanks! I updated this review from 2 years ago and can’t remove the old picture. Picture below is not my current order!!!

The place seems very well run. I managed to knock a display off the counter and they were very gracious about it. The store is spotless and in spite of making a big mess I had a nice lunch.

I was tempted to make it four stars or just four stars for one of the subdivisions of the rating system here, but I couldn't figure out which one I would want to demote to four stars because they were all fantastic. I know people don't take five star ratings to serious, people usually think they are biased or whatever but this is an honest review and that place is fantastic. Food, service and atmosphere were all stellar

I was the only person there so service was fast. The 4 for food was partially my fault because I didn't ask for all the condiments I usually ashore so therefore the sub was drier than I like.

Asked my sandwich not be toasted...they toasted it. Ordered roast beef and salami...started to make salami and pepperoni, had to remind her.

Excellent customer service!! The store is clean and the staff are friendly and go above and beyond. A special shout out to Bella for her professionalism and great customer service during a difficult moment when their computer was down and she had a line waiting. She handled it great and with kindness!

Young folks trying hard to do the job. I appreciate that.

There coupons that I received that were expired and they gave me an attitude to use them I didn't look at the date they came in my mail box that day. The lunch meat also was sour.
