The KFC is near New Delhi Railway Station (Ajmeri Gate Side). The nearest Metro Station is New Delhi. The distance from the metro station to KFC is walkable. Standing and sitting both the facilities are there. The food was not that good, it seems like the chicken they served was stale or no longer fresh. We did not like the food overall. Also, the mojito we ordered was not good in taste. The burger we ordered, they didn't spread the sauces properly in the burger and when we asked the same they said this is how the machine spread the sauce. The overall experience in KFC New Delhi was not that much good and we were very much disappointed about the taste and quality of the food. If someone is paying a good amount from their pocket for food from a well known brand then we expect the quality of the food but this time I am not happy with the taste. The above is my personal experience and maybe someone found their best food there but yes i have only requested KFC to maintain their taste everywhere. So Happy Fooding and keep your place neat and clean. Always put your waste, wrappers etc etc in the dustbins only. !! Swachh Bharat !!

Don't recommend it. Firstly, I had a train so I placed a pickup order half an hour in advance. But when I reached there, they didn't even know I had placed the order. After confirming my name, they started preparing the order. They took 15 mins more for preparation, while in one of the stickers, they had assured of a pickup in 7 mins. Now coming to food... The food wasn't fresh at all, it was tasting just like they had heated some 1 day stale food. Don't waste your time and money here.

It's just like ready to eat food . Quick service (which is good thing because it's station) I don't found similar tastes like other kfc outlets. But you want to get parcel they will pack your food in papaer envelope. If you want to eat there There is a long common table on which you can have your meal. Near ajmeri gate, new Delhi metro station gate exit gate. (3) Best thing they are not forcing you to buy meal combo etc...

This place is perfect for chicken lovers as we get varieties of fried chicken items at affordable price. This place is also linked with platform no. 16 which offers only take away service For dine in they have different gate to enter. Staffs were also cooperative. I really had a perfect snack in which I ordered medium popcorn which was worth of it

Just a small window for ordering your KFC Meal and then a long wait till you get the order. How to visit :- You can visit to the store by entering the New Delhi Station by escalator side and getting down by stairs of PF#1 Service:- I feel the reason for poor service is not the people working but the management. Due to Rush at the Station, this store is understaffed. I noticed the person taking the order was the one preparing the order. Hence it comes as no surprise that quality is down compared to other stores. Please Note - The store also offers Takeaways. So, if you're travelling somewhere you can definitely order from here and enjoy Colonel H. Sanders trademark recipe in your journey. Attached is the menu for reference.

The food quality of this outlet is far worse than standard KFC food quality. The chicken pieces were soggy and not fresh. Just heated, not recently cooked. The chicken roll was made not exactly of the usual lachha paratha type roll like they serve in other outlets or demonstrate in pics. It was simply a tawa roti roll. I asked for replacement but the replacement was also equally bad. Both roll and pieces lacked taste as well. The only advantage is this outlet is near NDLS railway station. I asked for the bill a couple of times but they didn’t give saying it will come on phone, which it never came despite giving the phone no. So I am not going at this outlet again and I will suggest you rather donate your money to charity than this outlet.

Neither the food is fresh, nor is it warm, moreover the service is really bad. The food is really dry with no taste and soggy. No taste to the chicken or the french fries whatsoever. I had ordered a takeaway on the app 40 mins prior to my visit at the outlet, yet they had no idea about the order. Worst. KFC has been degrading day by day.

We were served old and stale popcorn chicken from the night before at 6:30 am. The chicken was hard as a rock and had been microwaved. Further, no bill was given to us. The person could have cheated me with the cost

Worst ever KFC , the workers are more passionate about their mobiles phone. No sanitized staff. The person on the photo jus touch your order item like chiken nd coldrinks in bare hands,took money and type his keyboard. The atmosphere humid and untidy

Good food but not as good for veg rice bowl.

This kfc making fool of customers . The taste is not of any use and wrong type of unhealthy rice is used. Waste of money.
