Jim Corbett National Park is the oldest national park in India and was established in 1936 as Hailey National Park to protect the endangered Bengal tiger. It is located in Nainital district and Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand and was named after Jim Corbett, a well known hunter and naturalist. The park was the first to come under the Project Tiger initiative.

The most amazing experience I ever had. Its good for wild photography. But there is no as such guarantee that one will get to see the tiger, its all about the luck. But the jungle the safari itself is an awesome experience. Prices are reasonable. Get your booking done in advance.

Amazing place .. Must visit places with family

We booked with safari and culture India( now called India Spellbound) for 6 days trip to Jim Corbett NP and Nainital in 2017 Oct. The trip was memorable one. Along with photos in memory card I took the sights and smells in my memory. From the moment we boarded the flight till we reached home after the trip, the tour manager was in contact with us, advising us, inquring our whereabouts and ensuring our well being. So far I have not come across such a wonderful and concerned tour operator. Thanks, S&C. We were provided with a car. The accommodations both in Ramnager and Nainital were commodious and comfortable. A place to visit - a must for all wild life lovers - good infrastructure, resorts, guide, food. Jungle safari I loved, especially children enjoyed. Staff and guidance (hoarding) are useful.

Great experience - one should spend a 2 - 3 days in Jim Corbett for lifetime experience.

Where is the animal in Jim Corbett park I don't see any animal and my Safari money totally wasted Actually Safari drivers are very hurry and drive in jungle approx with 50 or 60 km/hour speed so how I see any animal It's totally depend on your drivers
