Great place for shopoholics. Collection is great. You will find almost everything here at one place. Although slightly overpriced if you wish to purchase the stuff in fresh. If you get a chance to visit in sale, then you can surely find some extremely good stuff at reasonable price!!! Generally crowded!!! Seats are available at some distance for aged people if they do not want to stand for long hours. Trial rooms generally have a long queue with long wait time... Staff is in general good. But sometimes male staff is standing outside female changing rooms which needs to be highlighted to the counters if required.

Displayed goods were full of dust. No one ready to take responsibility. Otherwise, It has been a good place for shopping.

A very big organised place to shop mid segment Indian brands. The store is selling multi brands in garments, bags, shoes, cosmetics, watches, perfumes, luggage bags, accessories etc etc in Men's Women's and Kids sections. Display is good and staff also is helpful. The only irritant in this store is time waste while billing and they charge for paper shopping bag too.

Shopping area is in a good locality. But parking space is not sufficient outside. Have some good variety over there but the centre is a little confusing for billing and different sections. Segregation needs to be done properly otherwise good.

Recently I had Pathetic shopping experience. I BOUGHT FOUNDATION AND PRImer combo in which I found I only foundation no primer(Maybelline) , concealer was dried(Maybelline) i bought Bombay shaving razor in 50% in which only blade was there no razor.. pathetic!thieves! Cheated

My visit to Shoppers Stop (Luis Philip) left me disappointed and frustrated. Although I selected 4 shirts, I chose not to purchase them due to the slow, unfriendly, and unhelpful staff at the cash counter. It was disheartening to have such an experience, especially when I had high expectations for great service at the mall. Unfortunately, a few staff members managed to tarnish the overall image of the place.

Deserves negative rating. Only risk going to Shopper's Stop if you are okay with getting your stuff stolen and be insulted. Their employees are thieves in disguise who steal their customer's belongings. They argue and use abusive language. Despite female staff being present there, male staff was scanning ladies' purses. The security staff needs to be fired asap. This brand, especially the Rohini outlet is not worthy of being in business.

Great ambiance! The staff is good. But even though there are so many different brands available, the type of clothes are very similar so there's still a limit to the variety.
