The experience is very unpleasant, it has never happened before that the owners of the homestead behave in this way. The owner can explain and lie as much as he wants, for those who want to rent a homestead there and do not fall into a similar situation, I suggest that you sign the contract. After all, such feedback from those who had previously ordered the entire homestead was amazing. Maybe the situation is different when booking only a room, but with the whole homestead, a contract is necessary. The comment is honest, by the way I often write comments about the places I have visited and it is obvious that usually my comments are good or very good. Therefore, this time too, the comment is sincere and true. It's true, when renting the homestead for the first time, even the firewood for the sauna (of course, for the grill, etc.) was brought by the customer, and of course, they paid extra for the sauna. The homestead was left especially tidy, because it was not a tussle, but a quiet meeting of relatives, and for some reason, we have not fallen into such situations with the owners of the previous homesteads.

Amazing environment, good sauna, nicely arranged rooms, big hall, easily enough for 20 people, lots of outdoor activities - big trampoline, darts, bagminton and much more, quiet place for a wonderful time. Wonderful friendly hosts

My friends and I spent a great weekend at this farmhouse! The rooms are meticulously tidy, the environment is nurturing :)

Very neat and clean rooms. Cozy and spacious homestead. Everything is ok, but the stay was soured by the hot water, which quickly ran out in the morning.

The landlord is conflicted, does not follow the agreement, comes up with additional fees, be careful, write the contract, because he forgets the agreements, then lies and cheats!

+ The host is very nice. Spacious premises. - The shower head must be changed and visitors must be warned that scout camps are taking place 100 m away.

I want to inform you that this homestead is unreliable. I advise everyone vacationing in this homestead to film and take pictures of all the furniture in the house, to check if there are any wobbly chairs or benches. Are the doors of the rooms not stuck, are the water faucets working well. Take a special look at the bathroom equipment and shower cabins (the shower door must not be stuck, the shower tray must not have holes). If an unpleasant event happens accidentally that is not your fault - at least you will have evidence. Otherwise, you will have to pay more than full price for an old and worn item. The homestead wants to be renovated at the expense of vacationers. Be careful and do not make any verbal agreements. Call the police immediately if you don't want to be scammed. Everyone have a good rest...!
