Too bad you have to leave at least one star. Took over an hour for delivery, one pizza was entirely wrong, even tho the sticker on the box clearly said what it was supposed to be. They forgot the popcorn chicken completely. Said they would go get it... 1.5 hours later, finally came.. no apologies, no nothing, no credit, no coupons.. LAST TIME EVER.. Not that I even liked their pizza anyways. $52 bucks, and only 2 pieces got ate. TRASH

People here are very helpful and polite. I had a need for a big lunch order at work Domino's and Pizza Hut wouldn't help with. These folks were happy to help, and they even had everything ready when I pulled up and even walked all the pizzas and 2 liters to my car. Thank you for being such a good business in Rolla!

Yet another place in Rolla you can mark off the list of being able to order from if you're disabled and trying to order for the purpose of less pain and convenience. Their drivers will call and ask you to come get your order if there are stairs.

I ordered a carryout and once I got home one of my pizza was watery and the cheese and topping was just falling off. It was really un appetizing so I decided to call and see if there was anything we could do. I called the number and it said it would connect me to a manager. A woman answered the phone and I told her pretty much what I had written and she responded with: so what are you wanting?. It rubbed me wrong and just really made me uncomfortable. So I just said nothing I guess and that I was sorry and to have a good day. Usually if I've ever had to call a place they were nice and professional and would help me out but papa John's really let me down today

They definitely don't prioritize the S&T students when ordering. If you're submitting the order through the GET app or ordering online you have to do it roughly 2 hours ahead of the time you want it, which isn't ideal. There have been times where last minute dinner didn't work out and I wanted a small pizza, but it wont arrive until hours later.

Reliably good food when I am in Joplin. I have tummy issues due to a missing gallbladder, but I can eat a Papa John’s pizza with Ranch Dressing and grilled chicken day and night with no issues. It’s a lifesaver for me when I travel.

Went in to get the new Doritos Papadia, the atmosphere from the employees was like I was walking into a classroom and I was the new kid, not very welcoming. I paid and the guy forgot my sauce it felt like I was an inconvenience when I asked for the sauce. Just the whole place was not very welcoming. Will not be going back, they need to learn customer service if they plan on working in it.
