The people who work here we’re absolutely wonderful. I loved Angel so helpful. I kind of got in late evening and I was still able to get a room. Parking is great. Easily accessible off of the freeway room was very clean. Everything was very nice. There was no peeling paint or anything else like a lot of the places I’ve stayed I was try to stay kind of in the middle not the absolute most expensive but definitely not the cheapest either so this kind of fits that where it’s kind of in between. Everything smelled good. There was no dirty surfaces laid out well it’s obviously not the newest, but it was quiet. I had no problem with noise at all. They have a continental breakfast from 6 to 9 and I missed it.

Would recommend! It's close to everything. It has an indoor pool, breakfast, and clean rooms, James at the front desk is super helpful and friendly! We will definitely come here again.

Staff was nice. Facility and room were clean and somewhat updated but at least, not in disrepair. We were skeptical because “you get what you pay for”, but we were pleasantly surprised.

The only con I have is if you, park in the rear before you check in know that it's a hike to the front desk. It's more my fault than the establishment but I'm driving a straight truck and didn't want to block the entryway. Right off the Interstate a block from Denny's

The phone number is disconnected made a reservation could not call to see if they accepted cash as I didn't want to put it on my credit card. Called customer care line the could not cancel or get a hold of the hotel (number disconnected). I hope they don't try to charge my card on file for a room we did not stay in. This all happened at 11 o'clock at night. It's 4 am and we are still driving because all hotel systems shut down at 1 am for whatever reason.

Decent rooms, comfortable beds. Bring an extension cord/power strip if you have many things to charge, as there aren’t many outlets in one given spot, and the outlets are a bit loose

On a campus visit to Missouri science and technology, this was a great place to specific and the people were very nice. Really enjoyed the waffles at the breakfast, if you can figure out the machine

The room appeared clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator was warm and had to be turned to the coldest setting. The sink had the hot and cold sides reversed. I got up at 5:00 A.M. to shower and had bugs crawling in the shower. Creeped me out, since I didn't know if they had gotten into my suitcase and clothes. Upon checkout, I showed the video I took of the bugs to the front desk clerk, but he only said he would check on it. (Upon reflection, the maintenance work appeared to be done by amateurs. Sloppy painting, reversed water lines, stained ceiling tiles, etc.) No apology or offer to adjust the bill was made. I don't care that much about a discount, but I did have to buy my own breakfast at Cracker Barrel a little down the road. No way was I eating anything prepared on those premises. Definitely not up to Choice Hotels standards. Be aware!

Overall nice quiet stay and good value at this Rolla Quality Inn, very close to the Miner campus and convenient to I-44. Plenty of lighted parking. The staff was very pleasant and the attendant at the check-in desk gladly helped with a room change. The main areas were clean and the elevator worked perfectly. The rooms were comfortable (we changed to a 2-queen room) with a refrigerator, microwave, and cable on a nice HD television. The new bathroom was very clean, and the window heater/AC unit was new and quiet! Breakfast included self-made waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereals, yogurts, cinnamon rolls, muffins, oatmeal, 3 juices, coffee and hot chocolate! We did not get to the indoor pool, but maybe next time. We did see a laundry room, gym, vending machines, and ice machines. There are many close restaurants and a local park with a playground and fenced dog area.

First the good. Location is right off 44 and near to restaurants. The room was clean and parking was easy. The hotel has 1st floor where you park and 2nd floor where you check in. It’s an older building. The bathroom was not soundproof so not tons of privacy. They were semi- accommodating with room location. My main beef is customer service. I asked for 2 extra pillows to accommodate my husbands sleep apnea. They only had one to give us. At 7:00 pm there were 7 cars in the parking lot of a 3 story hotel, so I asked again and was told by Susan that there were no more pillows. I know there were plenty of unused pillows in those other rooms, but she said it was against their policy to take anything from other rooms. So we found an extra blanket in one drawer and used that. We go to hotels to sleep and this has not usually been a problem. We did not get a good nights sleep which is unfortunate. We are diamond elite status so we stay in Choice hotels ALOT . I hope if administration is reading this they are aware that that one pillow just cost them a 3 star rating instead of a 5 star review. Maybe a review of their customer service policies is in order.

Was the best value available in the area with a hot biscuit and sausage gravy plus waffles breakfast. Good coffee and flavored creamers.
