MOLDED FOOD! Per usual, the food did taste great and was made well…however, when I took my [now] last bite, there was mold on the tomato. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Be more aware of what you’re serving customers!

This place is kinda... dirty. Needs a good scrubbing. Cashier was on her phone, then made someone else's sandwich. Didn't see a hand wash take place.

The Potbelly in this location continues to amaze me as they really strive for quality. When I do visit this location I always get a top notch sandwich that tastes really good and is made perfectly the way I order it! Service is always really good too. The sandwich techs really put a lot care into making their creations correctly and tasty. It’s a simple thing to make sandwiches but you’d be amazed how many places get it wrong. My sandwiches here are always wrapped up nicely too!

The website removed toppings on one of my sandwiches when I simply changed sizes and I didn't notice. Then the order we got which should have had only "regular" horseradish aioli was SMOTHERED in it to the extent that we had to open up the sandwich and let excess drip off to make it somewhat edible. It was then that we also noticed the toppings that we requested were in part missing or absent. The parts that were there showed a lack of understanding on how to dress a sandwich to begin with or was the result of a rush or laziness. To pay $40 for 3 junk sandwiches is absurd. At that rate we'd be happier making our own. This was supposed to be a treat and was a spoiled experience.

Clean atmosphere. Friendly servers. Stephen & Mike were pleasant. My food was made appropriately & swiftly as well. I ordered the chicken salad salad & mac and cheese. Both were freshly made. The space was clean and open. Lots of seating. The bathrooms were clean. There's outdoor seating as well.

This potbelly location consistently puts out good food and service. Theres a worker who’s name I think is Anthony who always provides top notch service. Every time hes working I always get a well made sandwich with great customer service.

The man who topped our sandwiches - older, facial hair - was maybe the rudest person I’ve encountered in a LONG time. He rolled his eyes after my Hard of Hearing mother asked him politely to repeat himself once, then spoke to her as if she were dumb for the rest of their exchange. He also was INCREDIBLY rude to my husband, who can’t eat specific toppings due to his chemo medication. The man kept demanding that he list the toppings he didn’t want instead of what he did and kept rushing him as if he had a million orders behind us (we were literally the only people in the store), and then mocked him for getting confused (because who the hell orders sandwich toppings by saying what you don’t want?) “oh so you DO want the tomatoes now, OKAY”. And then I asked for four simple toppings, succinctly, and avoided the mockery, but then he didn’t even get all four things I asked for on the sandwich. Based on my reading of other reviews, this dude seems to be the manager? Seems like he barely can manage his own emotions, he probably shouldn’t be running a store in any capacity. The young gentleman on staff with him today though? A saint. Probably doesn’t get paid enough to put up with his coworker.

The two ladies that worked on 6 PM on 9/30/23 were fantastic. I forgot to ask for their names but their service was exceptional.
