I would have liked to find an outfit here for an upcoming business meeting but decided to leave the store and shop elsewhere due to the fact that I walked around the entire store while spotting multiple employees (4) and did not even receive a simple “hello” or “can I help you with anything”. No one acknowledged that I was there and I felt quite uncomfortable. No one made eye contact. No one said a single word to me. It was truly unbelievable and actually quite childish in my opinion to blatantly disregard a person in that way; a potential paying customer.

Customer service from their manager is absolute garbage. I do not know who she thinks she is but she treated me awful and hung up on me before I could even explain what happened when all i did was miss her phone call in reference to my job application. Will not be advising anyone to shop this location. She did not represent the company well at all and I hope that her higher ups see that.

Really like the quality of the clothes and prices.

Truly awful. The quality of clothing is terrible, definitely not like retail Express clothing. The person who checked me out was easily one of the most miserable people I've ever encountered. Then I was told they don't take online returns but he'd "do me a favor" by taking it - even though the online order I just received YESTERDAY clearly states returns are accepted at all Express locations, even factory outlet. Glad I don't have a reason to ever step foot in this store again.

Good prices and possibly even better selection for bigger men’s sizes (up to 38w) than regular Express stores..

Very friendly service, good deals, and comfortable clothes. Was told that they were hiring and I might look into it. The workers seem very friendly and genuinely enthusiastic to be at work.

Excellent inventory and great holiday sales! My son, daughter, & I got great deals on beautiful items.
