I cannot stress how happy I am to have found this nail salon that’s quickly becoming my go to place. The first time I went to treat myself for my birthday and they were very nice to give me an appointment late in the evening on short notice to accommodate my working hours. I was new to semi-permanent and the owner/ manager spent time answering my questions, explaining the difference, etc. She didn’t make me feel inadequate for not knowing and I really appreciated that. The ladies working there are extremely talented. In the first session, my toe nail was broken and they expertly built it up where you can’t even notice the difference! I went again yesterday to do a manicure and the nails are the prettiest I have had! Absolutely love their service and will definitely become a regular. It’s right next to the Cavour metro station and they always have Friends playing in English! Highly recommend it!!!

After having tried numerous beauty centers and never having been satisfied with the result, I can finally say that I have found a place where the workers put attention and precision into details. Very happy with the result, I've never had such beautiful nails!

I'm a regular customer at 'The Loft' Beauty Place and I could not recommend this place enough! The salon is vibrant, with a great atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming, polite and helpful. The technicians are all highly skilled and most importantly they care a lot about the quality of their work! I always leave 'The Loft' in a great mood! I've been to a lot of different nail bars all around the world and this is without a doubt the best nail bar I've ever been to.

Found this place spontaneously in the middle of a hot May day after a long tiresome walk in Rome and luckily got admitted without appointment although they are always booked up. Amazing fresh and cozy place to rest, and such nice staff, Ucranian professionals do the best accurate and quality nails! 🥰

This place is so wonderful. They do a quality job and are awesome nail artists. The shop itself had a cool vibe to it. I felt bad because I called last minute but they managed to squeeze me in that evening and was so nice about it. All the ladies are kind, funny and helpful (they basically are angels). I couldn't recommend a place better

I arrived in this magical place (recommended by a friend) with completely ruined nails and they made me a masterpiece from the first time Now I'm going back because in my opinion in Rome they are the best in terms of quality, price, precision and courtesy, in addition to the fact that the hands are beautiful.

I had my eyelashes done there yesterday and today morning I woke up with pain in my eyes when I looked in the mirror both of my eyes were blood red . I texted a doctor asking him what’s wrong he said I have a bacterial eye infection called conjunctivitis from the eyelashes done at this place after googling I realised they probably used dirty tools on my eyes I then texted the loft and they ignored me . Now I’m on antibiotics to treat the eye infection I got at this place . I wouldn’t recommend this place also the lashes I asked for didn’t look anything like the photo I showed and took 2.5 hours .

The best nail art manicure in Rome!! For more than a year the girls have been satisfying my requests in an excellent and detailed way. Beautiful and professional! The salon is very cool and well-kept!

Went with my sister to this nail salon to get our nails done. Apart from the fact that you have to wait even with an appointment & that they just didn’t turn the air conditioning on in the summers!!! The manicure was done very nicely & professionally. It’s reasonably priced too!

I had a great experience. Very professional. I got eyebrow tinting and lash lift done. She evened out my brows before doing the tint which was very nice. Everything was done with extreme care. The place was a vibe also and easy to find. I was also able to get same day appointment. Definitely recommend!

...found the Loft online and it was SO easy to contact them and book professional services with them. They responded so fast and I was booked for both an eyelash extension and pedicure gel in no time. Welcome was lovely. Services conducted professionally. I had a broken nail and Oxana* fixed it :) It's been 2.5 weeks and lashes still look good and so do my feet. Promised to be back and I will for my hands before I leave the country to Kenya Highly, did I say HiGHLY, recommend them :)

I had been traveling in Europe for about 2 weeks and my nails were in some desperate need of TLC. I looked up nail salons that could work with acrylic and gel extension nails and found The Loft. Thank god! Vlada was amazing, a true magician. I have no idea how she took my nails from a desperate cry for help to an amazing, super natural looking set. If you find yourself in Rome and want to treat yourself to excellent service and even more excellent results, pay them a visit. I would say the manicure itself was about 2 hours but when I tell you Vlada reconstructed my set!! 10/10. Excited to visit Rome again just to get my nails done here.

I stayed in Rome for vacation and stopped by, without an appointment, hoping to get a gel manicure. Staff was friendly and got me in with a great lady (unfortunately I forgot her name). She did an absolute amazing job and 2 weeks on I still love my nails. Her attention to details was amazing and I wish she worked at my local spa… I won’t be getting my nails done anywhere else next time I come to Rome.
