Very mixed experience. We were made very welcome and the massages were pleasant and relaxing. However, the experience was somewhat spoiled by their less than commercial attitude. My partner and I went there for the first time following 2 vouchers received. At the end of the massage, we realized that we had forgotten the vouchers at home and although we had offered to go back and get them at home to give them to them, they didn't want to know and told us not to nothing we could do without the vouchers immediately and we therefore had to pay for the massages. We naturally went back a second time in order to benefit from the vouchers received and this time at the end of the massage and to everyone's surprise they asked us for an extra CHF 11.25 per person because the prices had increased in the meantime. It is not so much the amount that shocks us but the process. The vouchers were purchased at a price and we find it scandalous to charge the difference because in the meantime the prices have been increased, especially since we were not able to use our vouchers during our first visit to the institute when prices were unchanged due to a lack of flexibility on their part. By being a little more commercial, you would have gained two recurring customers but instead, you lose two who will not come back and who will not give you good publicity. All this for CHF 22.50. Since I set foot there I no longer go anywhere else and I don't live nearby 😅. Always well received, personalized care, when I arrive she recognizes me, it’s a real pleasure. The facial treatments are very pleasant and do a lot of good for the skin. Thanks to their care and advice, my skin has completely changed, I had a lot of imperfections and now I'm seeing it again because I no longer have a problem, one or two spots from time to time but nothing like before. I am very satisfied with this institute, it has been 4 years since I have been going there, I have never seen dirt that is always spotless.

I have read some negative comments, but for me, I had a very pleasant time. The welcome was warm, well received, the rooms smelled good, and the kindness of the employees was pleasant. Thank you very much for your work, despite the fact that the office is a little hidden (and fortunately she was kind enough to explain to me how to access it) + the salespeople from Douglas, otherwise I would have gotten lost! I went for the hot stone massage and it was very disappointing. If you don't have anyone to pet you at home, this might be your ideal place. They should change the name of the massage to stone caresses for 155 francs. I left more nervous than relaxed. The bathroom needs reform and a good cleaning.
