This place was recommended to us by another escape room owner and it did not disappoint. We liked it so much that we did 3 games: Jungle (Jumanji-like room), Hogwarts (Harry Potter) and Hannibal. In terms of theming and technology, these rooms are one of the best we’ve come across. With €20 per person they are also a bit cheaper even though the quality is much better than average. The rooms we played were perfectly suitable for English players as well. The place is only a €20 taxi trip from Rome city center and if you use the Uber or Taxi app it’s quick and easy. Game masters were exceptionally nice, attentive and passionate and knew when and when not to offer a hint. We liked all rooms, but found Hannibal to be a bit more challenging than the others, so even though you can play it with 2 people your chances of succeeding will be higher with 3. Hogwarts had hands down the best theming of the 3, with incredible technology. If you want to play with kids we recommend the jungle room, which also has a pretty cool concept. Hannibal can be a bit scary but not too much - excellent balance! Would recommend this place to everyone that has a few extra hours to spend near Rome

Pretty cool! We did the Hannibal themed escape, there are live actors and it's the most difficult. Nice atmosphere and puzzles. The staff are all super helpful and kind. 1 hour is more than right if you are already a little familiar with escaping. The site where you can see the rooms and, if necessary, also book with day and time is very convenient and well organised. We will definitely be back to do the others!!

Last night with a group of friends we attended the Hannibal room. Formidable!!! Environments with attention to the smallest details, puzzles of all kinds and of a challenging difficulty but solvable within the established times. We managed to complete the room without using any help but only by following the suggestions of the narrator who, specifically, did an excellent job as we had requested the room in English for an American friend of ours. What can I say, I can't wait to try the other rooms!!!

Fantastic experience! My boyfriend and I wanted to try an escape room together and we couldn't have made a better choice. We chose the Harry Potter room and it was a great choice, well set up, well thought out puzzles to solve, it was great fun. The guys who work there are very nice and kind. We will be back to try the other rooms!

We organized our little girl's birthday party in the Jumanji room, the children had a lot of fun, perfect organization! Helpful and kind staff. After the room the party continued in the pub they also manage, with excellent sandwiches!!! Great organization, you are fantastic! Thank you!

Very fun experience, but expensive, I will probably return, but if the price had been lower, I would have returned more frequently. The price for adults is €22 and for children €14.

Unique experience! We played the Alice in Wonderland room and were enchanted by the particularity of the room. All with attention to detail and engaging puzzles. The first time I played Chamber of Secrets, I chose Harry Potter’s room. It's interesting, but I basically rely on the guidance of the staff, otherwise I might not even be able to get out of the first room. I would like to try other rooms if I have the chance.

Had a blast at the escape room! Great place for team building and fun with friends. There are few games in English and staff speak great English to guide us through. Jungle room puzzle is very fun, and Hannibal setup is super cool.Definitely a must-try for anyone up for a good time! The staff made it even more fun and very friendly.

We have become regular customers of this escape room!! After trying Harry Potter and Jumanji, today we entered Alice's room, a wonderful setting!! It's like being in the cartoon....very intriguing puzzles, even quite difficult...ideal for both small and advanced levels... A place to spend 60 minutes of pure magic!!

With my team we played 5 rooms - including yesterday the new one inspired by the Pirates of the Caribbean saga. I have to thank Federico - the room master who accompanied us to every room - he was always available and really nice! Many compliments to the work done on the scenography - in some rooms in particular the structure manages to be so well looked after as to create an effect of realism. And then - the puzzles are well structured - some require a considerable effort! A note of merit for the attention to "sound effects" - the audio system is used really well and is more of a protagonist than one might think. amazing how after every single room we left so happy and satisfied. I congratulate the Runaway staff again! ps. I recommend everyone to stop at the pub located upstairs!
