Very nice place close to Roma Termini, public transport and restaurants. I little bit more expensive than other hotels. Room was very nice. Omar and Flo were really friendly and helpful. Nice roof top terrace. No breakfast but there are places in the area to get one.

Great hospitality by the staff, Omar and Flo! They made us feel very welcome. We were offered a breakfast box shortly after arrival, after noticing that we were waiting for the rooms. Location wise, it’s perfect too, approx 7 mins from terminal. Room wise, it was decent, except the sink area in the toilet could be better designed. The TV had Netflix option, which is now a “must have” but still a bonus! We had a really great time staying there and will definitely go back if we can :)

This stay was absolutely great. The hotel is clean and great walking for famous locations , the terrace is amazing, Omar & Flo were spectacular and made us feel safe and taken care for us. And all the staff is friendly and welcoming to us .

Great location to the Termini train station! Omar was amazing. He provided several great recommendations for food and things to do during our stay. The tiramisu place he recommended was amazing and we can’t wait to visit it when we return. The rooms were nice and welcoming after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Omar even volunteered to prepare a breakfast box for us when we checked out. We can’t wait to come back to Rome and stay here again!

Loved our stay at this hotel. So well located next to the metro and train station and there is even a bus station few moments away. They were so sweet and offered us welcome drinks and a special coupon for dinner for my husband’s birthday. The staff, Flo and Omar are so nice and go out of their way to assist you. Will totally come back and book here. Also the terrace is out of this world with views of the city and it is open 24 hours!!

An incredible stay! This was our anniversary trip as seen from the room that was made up specifically for us to our surprise with rose petals. We were able to quickly and easily locate the hotel, only a short 5 minute walk from the metro. When we arrived we were greeted by the front of house/receptionist Omar who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Omar hands down offered us exceptional service from the welcome, to the surprise room along with the complimentary drinks to explaining the hotel features and nearby attractions. Omar showed us directly to our room on the above floor explaining aspects of the room and offering us opportunities to ask any questions throughout. Laura the house keeper was lovely to make up our room! We were allowed to checkin early (1.5hours before checkin time) due to notification via WhatsApp where Omar contacted us the day prior. Once checked in Omar provided us a map of the city explaining all the nearby attractions! We even received a few messages via WhatsApp with the best restaurant and dessert recommendations! The room and the hotel itself were incredible, well worth the price we paid! Room was fitted with a huge bed, clean sheets, plenty of towels and toiletries as well as a shower, bidet, walk in closet, safe, mini fridge, tv and hair dryer. Great WiFi in the room and through the hotel. Genuinely one of, if THE best experience we have ever had. The hotel staff went above and beyond so huge thanks to Laura, Omar, Leonardo and all the staff! Hotel is in a fantastic location with nearby food, walkable distance to attractions and a great stay overall. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome! If we’re back in Rome, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is listed as a three star hotel but the service is five star and beyond. I cannot stress how great the staff were, especially Omar, who we interacted with the most. He made us as comfortable as possible and was extremely helpful and informative. The room was spacious, comfortable, modern and had a good air conditioning system. The location is fantastic, we could walk to all the sites from there and it was a 5 minute walk to the Rome train station.

Amazing stay! Super affordable. Omar always went the extra mile to make things more special. Whatever he is earning it is not enough, he made our last stop of our long Europe trip amazing. Thanks Omar and team!

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern rooms just 5 mins from the train station. Really good showers absolutely comfy beds. The star of the hotel is the staff though especially Leonardo, he was so polite and incredibly helpful with recommendations. Would absolutely return to the hotel because of the fantastic staff and clean rooms.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room itself was great, clean with a comfy bed, fridge, smart tv, ac unit and a great shower! The hotel is within walking distance from Termini and Republicca station and also the Colosseum. What made our stay extra special was Omar and Leonardo at Reception, they were so warm, friendly and helpful.. even decorated our room for our anniversary! Thank you both and also the housekeeping team for making it such a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Sophie Terrace Hotel. It was delightful. Omar at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s an easy walk to and from the train station as well as close to the Metro so it made exploring Rome easy and doable in the 2 days we had. We would highly recommend. Great location and brilliant service! We had an excellent experience in a family room for 2 adults and two teenagers. Leonardo and Omar took very good care of all our questions and requests. We will definitely come back.

My mom, my brother, and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and crisp. Its proximity to train stations made exploring the city easier. The rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning; my brother and I enjoyed the 360-degree panoramic views while sipping on our beers. Special shoutout to Mr. Omar at the front desk for his exceptional service, he's very very acoomodating. The other front desk guy (sorry I forgot his name) was also very welcoming. Love 'em both. Highly recommended for a centrally located, comfortable, and hospitality-driven experience. Will definitely return on our next visit!

Stayed here with my wife and baby girl. The staff were extremely accommodating with us and took care of everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. Air conditioned. 5 min walk to Termini train station and 20 min walk to Coliseum.

As many have already stated, the most under-appreciated appeal to hotels is how people treat their guests when they arrive. Flo welcomed us with open arms and his passion for Italian cuisine and the ultimate experience was on full display as he made his recommendations(all of which were EXCEPTIONAL). He was able to accommodate us showing up early by storing our luggage and communicating with us as the room was ready and getting us in as soon as possible. He constantly checked in and made sure all of our needs were met. While I only dealt with Omar in one interaction, he was extremely kind and more than happy to assist us with our drinks and welcome package they prepared. The location is extremely convenient as it has wonderful restaurants nearby and the terrace has amazing views as well. Overall 10/10 and will most certainly be staying here my next time in Rome. This was one of the best hotels my mom and I have stayed at. From the day we checked in up until the day we check out we were greeted with amazing service from the front desk guys who made sure to accommodate to our needs as far as advice on where to eat and attractions to see. The staff was amazing and always available in case we needed anything, our room was cleaned everyday and everyone was warm and friendly. The hotel was also in a great location, about a 10-20 minute walk from everything. I would gladly stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Located in a nice area in Rome within close proximity to major sites. Hotel was very clean and rooms were large. Quiet at night. Front desk staff, Flo, exceeded our expectations with his kindness and ample foodie recommendations. We would absolutely return again.

We had a lovely stay here for a few days for a birthday holiday. Most of our interactions were with Omar who was amazing. Very helpful providing many suggestions and always so happy. His happiness really lit up the reception and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The room itself was great and looked like the photos. So clean! Comfy bed, smart tv, fridge, proper hairdryer, good air con unit to keep the room warm and the shower was one of the best I have seen in a hotel. I would also like to mention that the person who cleaned the room every day was great. We didn’t get their name but they were really friendly and the room was always perfect after we returned from a day exploring. They do an amazing job! Thank you all for your hard work and I hope one day to return! For sure would recommend to everyone!
