    If it were possible I would have put zero, emergency room with horrible staff, nursing staff very rude to patients, I witnessed shouting at elderly people. I will never go there again

    If someone goes to the emergency room it's because they're sick and they treat you very badly with answers like maybe you wait 8 hours or more with 2 people waiting at the reception, but is it possible?? Then they scold you saying that they can't give you a precise time, but no one asked for a precise time, but at least the minimum amount of respect after having worked a whole day and feeling sick, what do you say? Long live public functionalism, where people work poorly with no desire to be useful to patients.

    I am forced to give 1 star to publish a review otherwise I would have given 0. Nursing staff in the emergency surgery department are terrible and rude to patients and visitors during visiting hours.

    Unfortunately, but I think it is a problem that affects many emergency rooms, the waits are endless, especially if the hospitalization does not require urgent intervention.

    Twice in emergency room for foot and hand fracture. Medium-long waiting times. However efficient orthopedics, the plaster room technician Olindo is really very good. Dr. Ferrari, kind, empathetic. Dr. Gregori, all doctors who try to do their best even in the difficulties of public health.

    given that the experience in hospitals and especially in emergency rooms is basically unpleasant (and I don't wish it on anyone especially after Covid) I gave 3 stars considering the other factors that can be useful to those who read the reviews, i.e. the organization , the medical preparation and readiness in case of need, the friendliness of those who work inside and at the reception, but above all the empathy towards the relatives of the patients who wait, ask and endure these crucial moments and always hope that they will be provided all the information they need (even if we are sometimes insistent we must be understood and reassured). I don't think there is a hospital among the public ones that can reach 5 stars (unless it is a paid private one), but to reach 4 here they still have to work on it (I say this even though I have not visited all the departments that provide us I am, but those few places I interacted with didn't satisfy me 100%, but overall it's fine, there are worse hospitals that I wouldn't even give 1 star).

    Twice in the emergency room in ten days and I can only thank the nurses (I remember Sara at Triage) and doctor Monaco as well as the nurses in the internal part, very organised, patient, kind and professional with everyone. I waited a few hours but, rightly, I had a blue code, the ambulances were constantly coming and going with red codes and despite everything, efficient in not leaving any patient abandoned to themselves. Inside, examination, ultrasound, analysis and what was necessary to understand before formulating a diagnosis and proposing drugs and other tests. I can only thank everyone from the bottom of my heart.

    On Saturday afternoon I went to the emergency room for a fall on a MTB. I wanted to thank everyone for the welcome I received. Fantastic surgeon, doctor and nurse 👍

    Premetto che di ospedali ne ho girati parecchi. Ma devo dire è la prima volta in questo, tutti molto giovani e in gamba, molto professionali, molto gentili ( e questo non è da sottovalutare). Bravi.

    Questa mattina mi sono recata in pronto soccorso per un piccolo intervento. Ho trovato il personale molto gentile, cortese e mi hanno anche tranquillizzata tantissimo riguardo al mio problema, in particolare una delle infermiere mi ha raccontato una sua esperienza personale dandomi anche consigli su eventuali strutture adibite in particolare a questo tipo di problema. Sono stati anche molto celeri nel fare il tutto.

    Lo schifo più assoluto, è possibile andare a trovare un parente solo in due persone e solamente una per volta (l’altra deve aspettare FUORI dall’ospedale, anche se piove) se per caso viene una terza o quarta persona loro non ti fanno entrare perché si segnano quante persone hanno già visitato quel determinato paziente. Il lockdown è terminato da un pezzo, queste restrizioni sono inaudite!

    In the waiting room two very kind men who do the triage for you and then take you to your room and go back. Once inside you stay with other doctors they treat you badly especially in the covid room a short brunette girl and the curly lady, they treat you like "this" and don't do what the previous doctor recommended, they do absolutely nothing to you and give them the different diagnosis (invented because they don't do any tests or anything), they write what they want on the report without examining you.
