Ok, it’s about time to write a review in words:) Unfortunately I didn’t made any room fotos, but rooms are very comfortable, renovated, well designed, clean and comfortable (including ac - which is essentially important in Rome). We stayed at the end of July at the night that we arrived & the night before we left, and Emanuele was just there (available on whatsup) taking care and fulfilled our every need about our arriving. Because we’re not local, he called a taxi for us, from and to the airport, he prepared a room a hour early at our last day, and he let us stay with our small dogs🙏🐻🐼. Emanuele and his beautiful wife Ayesha have a dog themselves, that comes with them every day to the property, and patiently waiting for them to finish cleaning. The location is very good for shopping, restaurants, bars etc.. it’s a metro station near by, and Vatican City is just 10 min walk, although it’s peaceful and quiet location. Prices are very fair. Emanuele, I think it’s time to rise up the prices😅🤌.. if you’re looking for a room in Rome, don’t hesitate to approach that wonderful hostess, you’ll definitely feel at home there✨

It's in a great location for Rome :) When you come from the airport by bus shuttle, it's 1-2 minutes away and walking distance to everywhere. There are many alternatives around to have breakfast or eat and drink. The room is clean and has everything promised. Especially Ms. Ayşegül, the owner of Mia House, is a wonderful person, she helps with everything. It's definitely a place that deserves praise. Thank you very much for everything :))

Fantastic location! Very nice and clean rooms, with strong Air Conditioning (which was a must during the heatwave). We really enjoyed our stay, great hosts and wonderful location.

Good for the price. The place is very well located in the center of Rome near the Vatican in a quiet street with plenty of restaurants nearby, the room is clean and comfortable. The attention and communication is good, staff is very friendly. One thing that was not clear for us is that there would be other people staying in the same apartment, it was not an issue after all and we didn’t even see the other guests, but we understood when we arrived that this is an apartment with two rooms and we were assigned one room and there would be other guests in the other room and you share common areas like kitchen and living room; each room has its own bathroom, so no big deal for the sharing aspect if you are fine with all that. Our shower didn’t work well, need to change shower head. Overall, we had a good experience here and I recommend

This is a horrible place, dishonest and non trustworthy owner! The only good thing of this place is its location. I guarantee you that you will be disappointed and it will ruin your holiday if you stay here. The blanket is very dirty, you can see a lot of hair and dust were stuck inside the quilt and it's very noisy, the thin window in the room couldn't block the traffic noise from the street. The water heater is also inconsistent and you will need to shower in cold water. Due to the poor condition of this place, I decided to move out after staying for one night and the account owner came by the next day and agreed to give me a refund. However, I still haven't gotten even single penny back yet! This is ridiculous. This place is a SCAM! Be aware!

Mia House is amazing! Extremely clean, comfortable, and elegantly furnished rooms. Prices are very fair and affordable. The hosts are beyond welcoming and caring. The place is strategically located and it makes super easy to reach the main attractions in Rome. A place to return over and over again.

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its affordable price and great location. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the behavior of the staff were very good, above our expectations. I am sure we will stay here again without hesitation on our next trip. It is highly recommended.

We booked easily online at a very reasonable rate for Rome. Location is central and our room had everything we needed. It was spotless clean and staff was extremely helpful. They made us feel like home, cannot recommend this hotel enough!
