Sadly we had a terrible experience! We booked multiple rooms prior to seeing the place b/c we were on a youth trip (passing through on the way home from Ohio). Upon arrival we realized the location did not feel very safe- however the awful room conditions (blood stains on multiple beds, cigarette burn holes & even ash on sheets along w/ hair & other stains, broken curtains, bugs, & that doesn’t list everything). In no way did we feel comfortable staying there w/ our group of students so we requested a refund because we would be leaving (which we did) & they refused- refused even a partial discount of our $800+ telling us that there was no exception for same day cancellations. Sadly our church group is out of that $$ which they worked hard to raise to get out to their national convention (& more needed to be spent to find a safer, clean space to stay). I do not like leaving reviews like this (usually do not do so), but I am hoping it will help someone else avoid a similar situation & also avoid this location.

Upon attempting to check in the Front Desk area, the gentleman rudely advised me he could not find my reservation. I told him I made it through a third party booking site and I was going to contact them. He asked me in a very insulting manner to leave the office/ property as he was closing his office. I politely explained it was dark and unsafe looking outside and I had been dropped off by an Uber. He called the cops to have me removed from the office even though I was of no threat and was trying to straighten out this reservation that I received a confirmation for. The place looks awful and the front office man was very discriminative and rude. I would definitely give the ZERO STARS

Very rude nasty staff refuse to refund your money. As soon as you entered the room all you can smell is pee. There are cockroaches and bed bugs. Told them I want a refund they refused to refund my money

Not very happy with this motel the room service is horrible and they let alot of bumbs stay here and knock on your door when you are trying to sleep the beds are very uncomfortable

Filthiest room I have ever encountered. Door lock did not function properly. Bathroom door would not shut. Cigarette burns in pillow cases. Stained sheets. Bed bugs were an undesired 'amenity'.

Bed bugs! Also because I booked for two adults (two double beds) but also brought my 11 yo, they upcharged me $15. I paid an extra $15 for nothing extra AND slept with bedbugs. Seriously, never EVER book here.

Would give 0 stars if possible Terrible experience. The owners literally said not to come there anymore rather than listen to the issues No hot water broken shower head and water leaking from upstairs they are legit slum lords stay away the place is disgusting
