We only visited for the roof top bar so can't comment on the rooms but the experience from entering the venue to leaving was just first class. We struggled to find it at first. It's quite an understated entrance but once inside the place is beautiful. We took the lift to the rooftop bar whereupon a very polite and professional waiter offered us our choice of seats. We were offered blankets and gas heaters on/off/adjusted too. We picked a table at the edge so we could enjoy the view. We ended up having two cocktails each. The accompanying complementary snacks were lovely. The Old Fashioned was exceptional. When leaving we asked the concierge if they would book us a taxi and they were more than happy to do so. When we told them where we were going one of the ladies recommended a couple of venues on the same street which was a lovely touch. It isn't cheap but it is most definitely worth it. We highly recommend you give it a try and we will certainly return when next in Rome.

This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating. The staff are extraordinarily kind and supportive, offering valuable insights about Rome and extending considerable support to my family. The rooms are impeccably clean and aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, the housekeeping staff is remarkably diligent and reliable. The breakfast experience is also commendable, with attentive servers and a selection of fresh, delicious food.

It was incredible! The location is simply amazing, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major sights. The staff were extremely welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay. The room facilities were top-notch and we couldn't have asked for more. Oh, and the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! One thing that really caught our attention was the hotel's stunning marble staircase, which we later found out was built back in 1930. Truly impressive! Highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel in the center of old Rome with the best staff ever. Our stay was literally perfect from start to finish. A lovely, spotless room - with the best peaches I have had in years!! Delicious coffee brought to the room in the morning with a smile. A relaxing breakfast on the terrace upstairs before heading out to enjoy the city. We could not have stayed in a better hotel. You should stay here too! You will not regret a moment.

This was our first stop of our 2 week trip. We could not have chosen a better hotel. The staff was so nice, helpful, cheerful, and always greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect, the room was clean and well equipped. We had breakfast included which was wonderful, eating inside or on the terrace was a great beginning to our day. We would stay there again, highly recommend.

Five stars for a 5 Star hotel. Great central location for major tourist sites all with 30mins walk. Singer Palace Staff from the front desk to housekeeping are all delightful and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Service in the restaurant and roof top bar was excellent and provided top quality food and drinks. You can enjoy these along with great view’s across the city. Perfect for a romantic meal or drink night and day. Although our room was on the street side this was not an issue, soundproofing was exceptional. As you would expect with a quality hotel the bedroom and bathroom were spotless and spacious. When next in Rome we will strongly consider booking here again. Thank you for making our visit really special.

If you are looking for a boutique hotel with the absolute highest level of warmth, friendliness and service, look no further. This hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance, to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, shopping, and many fabulous restaurants, The accommodations were perfect - with all modern conveniences. We opted for a suite, which offered a wonderful patio with hammock, plenty of seating, and a cantilever umbrella. The rooftop restaurant, with a wonderful atmosphere, included an American breakfast - made to order, and the food was fabulous. But the greatest thing about this hotel was the attentiveness of the staff, with pleasant surprises from check-in to check-out, greatly exceeding our expectations, and making this experience one of the highlights of our three-city tour of Italy. I only wish that I could rate this hotel 10 stars.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The Staff was Top Notch!! They made you feel like Family. The rooms were small but we knew this going in... They made sure their Guests were taken care of. They gave is a nice tour of the building after check in. The View is Beautiful Day or Night from thier roof top. We had very pleasant conversation with John. Unfortunately we only got to stay 1 night before returning home. We wished we could've stayed here vs the other hotel. Only a small complaint (but its more on me than them) their showers are small for a big guy... But still wonderful!!! Also, PERFECTLY located in the Middle of town. 10/15 min walk to anywhere!!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

Really beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. The location is perfect and central to all of the great sights of the city. The staff are very kind and will help you with restaurant recommendations and reservations. They also give you a tour of the property on arrival. The cantilevered marble staircase is really a sight to behold. The breakfast is wonderfully prepared and tasty and Jim's bar on the top floor is a great place to relax with great drinks and things to eat.

Truly a 5 star experience and my husband and I agreed this was the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Upon arrival we were welcomed to the terrace with refreshments and light snacks while our bags were brought up. Rooms had welcome snacks, the perfect big showers with great water pressure/temperature, and great smelling shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion! It also felt like rooms were cleaned more than once a day sometimes. Staff was always so friendly and they even helped us call a taxi after checkout when our airport transportation was running late/not responding. Thank you Singer Palace for helping us have the best honeymoon and we plan to stay with you again the next time we are in Rome!

From Dec. 9-18 we had a fabulous stay at the Singer Palace Hotel. The entire staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Even before we left the States, they reached out to us on zoom to introduce us to the hotel and to see if they could assist us in planning our visit to Rome. When we arrived in the morning after being picked up at the airport we were treated to a complimentary breakfast. Our suite was ready by 10:00 am with fruit, pastries, and an excellent bottle of prosecco. The suite was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for being able to walk to many of the important historical sites as well as the numerous restaurants in central Rome. Whenever we needed a taxi or to make or cancel a restaurant reservation, the concierge immediately took care of that for us. Our breakfast in the hotel was excellent which we enjoyed every morning over our nine nights in Rome. The rooftop bar was also beautiful with a lovely view of the city in the evening. Everything at the Singer Hotel was perfect! We would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy an intimate five-star hotel in Rome.
