What an amazing stay! We enjoyed every second in Rome. This hotel is in a perfect location. We walked nearly everywhere. Many dining options around. Room was clean and neat. We used the jacuzzi every night (after walking the whole day, that’s a real plus!) Stairs are not cool, but it seems to be the normal around this area.

The room was SO big. It wasn't very light but considering how hot it was outside the blind was closed anyway so i didn't mind that at all. The staff was absolutely amazing. As a solo traveller on this trip i was made to feel very comfortable, and looked after by everyone. I had a room without a hot tub but my shower was huge and had a place to sit down. I travelled for a concert at stadio olimpico, and some sight seeing, i've received all the information and advices on my arrivals from the hosts and staff. Lovely lovely people. There is 3 flights of stairs up, and it was very hot, but the staff is helpful at carrying the luggage. Don't bring big suitcases and you will be fine. I thoughts the stairs would be an issues, but even after long days of sightseeing, a heat-wave and a concert i managed them so you can too. Breakfast at the café across the street was super nice as well. The location is amazing, the hotel is right off Piazza Navona and walking distance to so many sight,(also a taxi meet-up point close by) it is also surrounded by nice food places. The bed was so comfy I've had the best sleeps. I really want to visit this place again when back in Rome. THANK YOU

Amazing service from the first moment we got there by Salvatore and his staff. A very welcoming mom and pop establishment. Location is perfect for exploring Rome for the first time. Restaurants and cafes just right downstairs. Noise was not an issue at night. Room and furniture were comfy and modern. The jacuzzi was a big plus for long days walking around exploring Rome. Salvatore was very prompt and helpful in his communications with us considering we decided last minute to book another room there a day earlier.

Staff was excellent to deal with, they were very accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. They made us feel very welcome and easy to check-in. The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to Vatican and Colosseum and everything between. The hotel is within wonderful restaurants and shops outdoor. Great to walk around during the day and at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks!

Great place, we stayed there a full week at the end of December and it was perfect! The room was large, fully equiped and the view on the piazza was amazing. Perfectly located, everything is at a walking distance and you have so many great restaurants and bars just nearby! This is the center of Rome! The team is really helpful and responsive, cleaning is done everyday and the breakfast at the bar just on the other side of the piazza is very convenient.

You really can't find a better place! Location Location Location!!! We walked everywhere and everything seemed "just around the corner". Giorgio was AMAZING 👏..he made sure we had everything we needed for our 3 days in Rome. There is a 45 step spiral stairway....it just adds to the charm 😉

Simply awesome. Great location! We walked to the Colosseum, the Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona! The rooms were lovely and the owners are genuinely kind, and lovely people. Check-in and out was simple. Wish we were there longer.

Convenient room right next to piazza navona. Clean room and helpful staff. Definitely recommended. Just note that the stairs to reach your floor are not that easy to use (Narrow) and there is no lift. Other than that we love the place and will definitely come back. Bfast is served in a restaurant nearby, typical Italian fare of coffee croissant and juice.
