Honestly,
I
don't
understand
the
gripe
about
this
place.
The
quality
of
service
was
the
same
as
just
about
any
other
restaurant
we
went
to.
Italians
are
not
about
customer
service
like
the
states.
If
you're
expecting
people
to
smile
and
cater
to
you,
that's
not
how
it
happens
here.
The
place
is
very
busy,
there
are
so
many
tourists
being
served,
so
the
wait
is
long.
And
with
that,
pretty
much
every
other
restaurant
we
went
to,
things
move
slower
to
be
served.
Again,
this
isn't
the
US.
We
had
a
group
of
9
people,
a
very
large
group,
and
the
waiter
brought
tables
and
chairs
for
our
party,
managed
separating
our
checks
as
asked,
and
the
food
was
decent.
It
wasn't
amazing,
but
this
is
a
tourist
spot,
not
a
traditional
restaurant.
We
enjoyed
what
we
ordered,
paninis
and
pasta,
and
were
charged
exactly
what
we
ordered.
The
prices
are
listed
on
the
menu.
For
those
saying
that
there
aren't
prices,
they
aren't
looking
on
the
back
side
of
the
menu
where
all
the
prices
are
listed.
The
menu
also
states
there
is
a
service
fee.
It's
not
hidden,
it's
right
there
on
the
menu.
Overall,
the
food
was
good,
the
price
was
okay
considering
it's
a
tourist
spot,
and
the
service
was
typical
and
a
bit
slow
because
it's
serving
alot
of
customers.
