Honestly 1 is too kind. We got bad vibes sitting there. We were so hungry. They had a €9, deal The food was disgusting. The staff were horrible..we waited ages. I nearly got sick eating my pizza Less than half glsss of wine. What we thought was €9, deal ended up been over €70 euro..we were so angry..People were smiling at us. I thought you won't be smiling when u get the bill. AVOID AVOID..they should be shut down...doing People like that..no price on menu..we told the ppl sitting there to get up don't eat here..took us week half after holiday to find this place. Food is absolutely lousy, waiters’s attitude is the worst I have ever come across. Raise our hand so many times and yet all of them just pretend not seeing it. Scam!! ALL TOURIST SHOULD JUST AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IN ROME!!! Also watch out for the two unprofessional service crews as attached in the photos.

Food was okay, nothing great, but was too pricey to the point where it felt like a scam. There was also a 6€ service charge and 4€ cost for the bread that they passed to us. They didn't let us know of these costs before. The multi language menu is a dead give away that it's meant to be a tourist trap.

We should have read the reviews before coming here..., after visiting the Vatican and being hungry and tired we stepped in here looking with a quick glance at the menu.. They don't put drinks on it for a reason, we payed 18€ for 2Fanta's the food was averege if not bad. We ordered a salad (which was just salade, tomato sliced up and a mozerella sliced up in rows), a pasta (mushrooms, oil and pasta) and 2 fanta's and paid 55€. Wouldn' 't recommend at all. Only good thing was that they had airco.

Personally, I didn't have much issue with the place. I ordered some pasta for like 15€ or something that was good. Think they tacked on like 2€ service fee which we thought was alright for what we ordered. Service was a tad slow. I'd give it a 4 star for my personal experience there but after reading these other reviews, it looks as though you might wanna avoid this place.

20 € for a double espresso and a cappuccino. Tourist trap is an understatement. Add to that poor sanitation as the toilets smelled and in one stall the toilet wouldn't flush (even after holding the flush button for 5 seconds+ as the instructions said)

If there is 0 star, I will give 0. We were hungry and didn’t check any review and walked in this restaurant. We didn’t notice the coffee and cake had no price in the menu. We ordered one plate of pasta( very poor taste), one coffee and one slice of cake. I was charged 6 euro for one coffee and 12 euro for a slice of cake in the bill. And the service was very poor. Avoid this tourist scam restaurant!

Daylight robbery! We arrived said we just wanted alcoholic drinks. Sat down, ordered as such but was pressured into ordering food which we did not do. After that, we were ignored even after being acknowledged by staff. It was extremely rude and an evident tourist trap. Avoid.

Great service. The staff was super attentive and we had space for our toddler, HOWEVER They had no prices on the menus. We paid 72€ for: - 1 Vegetable Soup - 1 Chicken schnitzel with fries - 1 Cappuccino - 1 Espresso - 1 Tiramissu

avoid this place by all means, it really is a legalized den of thieves. during paying, you will be surprised what they will charge you and what was not originally on the menu. like some kind of city tax, and service charge and the like. as a result, the price was increased by a third compared to the prices we calculated based on the menu they gave us.

Came here yesterday with my other half who had a pasta dish while I opted to have a Tuna pizza, to then spend the whole evening being violently sick and my body aching all over, very expensive for what you got and even asked me for a tip... After a €12.50 service charge. Thanks for ruining my trip and making me ill. Definitely avoid.

Honestly, I don't understand the gripe about this place. The quality of service was the same as just about any other restaurant we went to. Italians are not about customer service like the states. If you're expecting people to smile and cater to you, that's not how it happens here. The place is very busy, there are so many tourists being served, so the wait is long. And with that, pretty much every other restaurant we went to, things move slower to be served. Again, this isn't the US. We had a group of 9 people, a very large group, and the waiter brought tables and chairs for our party, managed separating our checks as asked, and the food was decent. It wasn't amazing, but this is a tourist spot, not a traditional restaurant. We enjoyed what we ordered, paninis and pasta, and were charged exactly what we ordered. The prices are listed on the menu. For those saying that there aren't prices, they aren't looking on the back side of the menu where all the prices are listed. The menu also states there is a service fee. It's not hidden, it's right there on the menu. Overall, the food was good, the price was okay considering it's a tourist spot, and the service was typical and a bit slow because it's serving alot of customers.
