Excellent apartment in a quiet area near the metro and supermarket. Nothing is missing in the apartment: dishwasher, washing machine, large and equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a door leading to a small private courtyard where you can ventilate with a gate and mosquito net, a recent, well-done renovation. We had a great stay here. The location is very clean, all amenities are new and you are just a short walk away from bus / metro. The location has AC and self check in (these were a must for us). But the best part is that the host was very helpful and understanding.

I needed accommodation for some friends for a weekend in Rome and, knowing the area, I turned directly to the owners of the property for information. Very kind and helpful, they showed me all four apartments that had just been inaugurated, brand new, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort... one more beautiful than the other! In a historical moment where everything is falling apart, a very pleasant surprise in a perfect location, a stone's throw from the Circus Maximus and the metro but outside the chaos of the city. My friends fell in love with it! Highly recommended!!

This place is great. Lots of space, very clean with all kinds of accommodations. The kitchen, cabinets and appliances are in super conditions, shower, bed, tables, sofa all new and modern. This is a great example of a nice stay. The location is very safe, walking distance to restaurants, taxis, coliseum, and many areas. The owner is very customer centric, who cares about maintaining their property in optimal condition.

I stayed at San Saba street apartment a week ago. I absolutely have to leave a review to share this very positive experience. The location is very central, a five-minute walk from the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla and the Pyramid. A stone's throw from the Circo Massimo metro station. The place has just been renovated and also with attention to eco sustainability. Very important for me. Attention to the smallest details. With freshly laundered linen and great cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Super equipped kitchen! Great price for my stay there! In short, a place that truly lived up to every expectation! This is an amazing property in a lovely part of the city. Everything in the apartment is well designed and beautiful! The owners gave me wonderful recommendations and were available if I needed anything. I felt very well taken care of and hope to stay here again soon.

I had a great time! Modern, clean apartment, kitchen equipped with everything you need, the bathroom with colored lights is the best :) It is located a stone's throw from the metro, restaurants, etc... The host Alessia is available for any information, I felt at home!

It was a top experience! The apartment is equipped with every comfort! Equipped kitchen and super modern bathroom, shower lights that change color (you could keep doing it for hours! 😅 ) and the cleanliness of the place is truly unparalleled! Modern and welcoming! At the gates of the center of Rome with the metro just a stone's throw away! Quiet and well served area! The owner and her daughter are always available on the phone just in case! I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rome but at the same time stay in a pleasant place like home!!!

Clean, comfortable apartment, equipped with excellent appliances. Perfect conditioning. Quiet area even at night, safe, with numerous car parks. Excellent for reaching numerous tourist sites on foot. Ideal for people like me who travel for work.
