After viewing Sharon Russo's work on various social networks, I believed I had found the professional who was right for me. I wanted to do a discreet microblanding that complemented the color of my complexion and my light blonde hair. During the consultancy meeting, I brought with me a photo of a job done by Sharon herself and taken from her Insta, just to make sure I didn't run into any misunderstandings. After the first session, I scrupulously followed the instructions given for healing, but the eyebrows were inconsistent, neither homogeneous in color nor in their conspicuously unequal shape. I pointed this out during the retouching phase. At that point Sharon thought it best to overdo it with a truly questionable end result. Eyebrows too marked, color totally different from the one I indicated, shape and color still uneven. I waited a long time hoping that once fully healed the defects would diminish, but there were no changes and the result is disappointing to say the least. I reported this to the studio with photos, but I was told that the result is valid for her. She didn't propose to see me again, she didn't do anything to fix it, once you've collected the 600 euros (a figure well above the average), you are completely abandoned. Next. Now I understand why such a large studio is so little frequented. There's a lot of drama on social media, but customer care isn't even taken into consideration, which is even more wrong when we're talking about a sector like personal care. I don't feel like recommending Sharon Russo.

After careful research into various centers for trigopigmentation for thinning I chose Riccardo and it was the right choice. Its main objective is the "naturalness" of the treatment, in the sense that no one will ever notice anything; not even the hairdresser.... Riccardo is very professional, correct and really cares about leaving the customer satisfied; in order not to create false expectations, he proposed a less effective result than the one actually achieved. I'm happy, the price is correct considering that it took 3 sessions and if there is a need for an additional session, he will insert it himself without increasing the price.

I had been thinking about undergoing the microblanding treatment for some time (crazy tweezing in the 90s had created small holes in my eyebrows) but I was hesitant because I feared a "fake" effect.
