I hope you like living at overpriced $2,200 cheaply made apartments where concerns arenā€™t taken seriously. Numerous complaints of the pet waste infested grounds surrounding restaurants and apartments donā€™t seem to matter. Dogs and humans can get sick from this or worse. The property management company is careless and greedy. You pay money to the company and get nothing in return. New manager hasnā€™t given solutions to this problem since he has started. Donā€™t even know his name or what he does. He seems to just sit on his behind in his office all day not taking care of anything. Nothing that was promised in the website was fulfilled. If you need to add the title ā€œluxuryā€ to the website just note that itā€™s probably cheap. Find somewhere else that cares. 0/1000 do not recommend.

Pretty horrible living experience. Extremely overpriced, terribly thin walls, none of the doors properly work. I frequently wake up to my patio door wide open. My bedroom door doesnā€™t close either. The ā€œretail and diningā€ on the first floor does not exist. They are completely empty space and I havenā€™t seen a single person/business tour them to open anything. The premium you pay for this building is not worth it and I regret spending more to live here opposed to another apartment. The toilet water pressure is so bad you have to flush 2-3 times, every time. The kitchen counters were stained when I moved in (as the first tenant of this room). The ā€œcovered parkingā€ is only for 2 buildings and the lot is completely full. Do not get distracted by the shiny new appliances or new construction. This building is poorly made and extremely overpriced. On paper, the $2k in rent isnā€™t bad, but once you move in you will change your mind. Not a chance that I will resign next year at this price. Do not move here if you like quiet. Do not move here if you want doors that work. Do not move here if you plan on utilizing the non existent retail/dining on the first floor. Do not move here if you think youā€™re getting covered parking. Just donā€™t move here in general.

Convenient. Friendly staff. Over-priced. Poorly and cheaply constructed buildings (thin walls ..you will hear your neighbors snore). Not enough space for the attempt at business development. (Business owners ..there will be like no parking for your customers). Poorly designed.. and they are building four moreā€¦ smh

I held off on posting this review for a long time because I was hoping things would improve after the countless other complaints, but clearly they havenā€™t. Bottom line: I do not recommend living here. First of all, these buildings went up far too fast to really trust that they will withstand even a strong gust of wind, let alone central NY weather over time. Also, the management has changed several times in just a few months, and I understand why. Everyone in the office is unresponsive and treats tenants as though they are somehow inconveniencing them even though all they are being asked to do is their job. For upwards of $1500 a month, do yourself a favor and find one of the many better places in the area to live.

As a single woman who values safety, and a comfortable living atmosphere, Air City Lofts delivers that, and much more! From their installed security cameras in all the lobby areas, package rooms, and throughout the complex, to their gym having the latest technology, the Reflect mirror, that gives you various workouts to do instead of paying for a gym membership, they deliver, and more! Maintenence has always been great, the management office is wonderful and addresses my concerns in a timely manner; for what you get, I think the price that you pay is more than sufficient compared to other areas in Central NY! Iā€™ve lived here for six months, and donā€™t hear anything at all from occasional hall walking, but that is if you were near the front door. For others that say itā€™s noisy, If you come from a home and into apartments, the expectation should be there that you will hear noises every now and again. My stress level has gone down tremendously since moving here, and I want to thank Air City Lofts for providing that!

Great well-managed new development on the former Air Force Base in Rome, NY. Pristine and quiet in a park like setting, close to Utica and Syracuse. High speed Wi-Fi included in rent.

So Air city is not a perfect place, but at the same time it was better than other apartment complex alternatives. And what a lot of these reviews would suggest. I toured several other apartments within two miles of the area. And air city is so far ahead of them it's not even close. Is it overpriced? Yes, but it's better than pretty much all of the alternatives. Which you will likely find are all horribly overpriced as well (at least from my experience when I moved in). The main reason I am moving out is really of no fault to them, it's more of the general area. There is a lack of things to do. But if you have to live out here for a job where you'd have an insane commute Air city really isn't a BAD option per say (at least for singles, I can't speak for doubles).
