Simply amazing! We went in looking for scarmozza, but they were out of stock, and came out with four kilos of bresaola, cheeses, citrus olive oil and balsamic vinegar! The guy who took care of us is extremely good at his job and very very nice. If you have an hour to spare, an empty stomach, and money to spend on food, look no further! They will have you trying some of the best food you’ll ever have!

It seems funny to say that visiting a cheese shop was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome, but it's true. The gentlemen here made for such an amazing experience, providing so many samples of delicious cheese, salami and truffles, all while laughing and talking together. We ended up with so many delicious goodies that they kindly vacuum sealed for us, so we would be able to carry it back on to our flight (USA). We had zero issue with customs with our salami and cheese. We had a wonderful time here and I hope we will be able to come back to Rome soon and visit with them again ❤️

Thoroughly delightful experience with the owners. The elderly gentleman was patient and showed passion while explaining the types of cheeses for us. Packaging was thorough for the flight travel and we can’t wait to head back. A gem right in the middle of the city with easy accessibility to public transportation.

Loved the service. Very friendly guy invited us into the store and gave some cheese to try. It was incredibly delicious. We bought 500gm of one year old cheese and the price was very reasonable. He also gave us some cooking tips to use the cheese properly. I am definitely visiting him again when I am in Rome for cheese purchase.

More than excellent. I came to buy some cheese at home following great reviews on Google Maps. I'll say: don't miss it! great experience. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Cheese is great. They are so generous... A small note: the store is located on the other side of the small street where it is marked here on the map.

I was staying with my family in an Airbnb and wanted to cook an authentic linguine a la carbonara for them. I went to this shop to buy pecorino romano and guanciale, the guy there was happy to know I wanted to cook this dish and we spent some time talking about food/cooking and he asked me about typical dishes from my home country,etc. He was very friendly. He showed me the pecorino and made me try it first since it was the store policy, the cheese was good and he offered me to vacuum pack it but that wasn't necessary since I was going to use it the same day. He also showed me different types of guanciale and recommended the one that was better for the carbonara. Overall it was a very good experience and I recommend this shop to everyone passing by.

Excellent cheese and cured meats as well as regional specialties and balsamic vinegar. Get the white balsamic if you can afford it’s insanely good. Was able to get some cheese vacuum packed for travelling back home as well and the service was fantastic.

We randomly found this boutique while sightseeing in Rome. It was the best cheese and charcuterie tasting; everything tasted amazingly authentic. A special mention to the young man working there, he was very welcoming and made our last day memorable with so many varieties of cheese, charcuterie, and truffle tasting. A wonderful experience !

The best experience in Rome. Flavio is a great host and deserves any praise he gets. We came here on our last day and thoroughly enjoyed his passion for his job. Would recommend this much more than any museum in Rome. Deserves more than 5 stars honestly! Thank you again Flavio for your amazing passion and fire for what you do.
