I
am
an
American
studying
abroad
here
for
a
year
and
found
this
place
through
google
and
saw
it
had
very
good
reviews
and
great
customer
retention
-
so
I
had
high
hopes.
I
booked
a
Keratin
treatment
and
a
woman's
haircut.
The
Keratin
treatment
is
so
good
(which
is
why
I
am
leaving
2
stars
not
1)
but
unfortunately,
I
felt
like
the
treatment
I
received
and
the
choppy
haircut
needed
to
be
shared
with
the
world.
For
those
who
don't
know,
a
keratin
treatment
is
a
lengthy
process
(hats
off
to
the
hairdressers
who
do
them)
and
I
have
a
lot
of
hair
-
so
I
went
in
knowing
I
would
be
in
the
chair
for
3+
hours
(and
spending
a
lot
of
time
with
the
person
who
was
going
to
be
doing
the
treatment).
I
don't
know
much
Italian
and
my
hairdresser
seemed
to
not
know
much
English
so
I
didn't
mind
the
silence
for
the
duration
of
the
treatment
(because
I
assumed
we
wouldn't
be
able
to
understand
each
other)
-
flash
forward
to
the
end
of
the
Keratin
treatment,
my
hairdresser
does
a
very
rough
chop
of
my
hair,
pushed
it
to
the
front
and
asked
me
if
I
liked
it,
to
which
I
responded
no
because
it
wasn't
very
uneven.
My
hairdresser
then
calls
over
the
other
person
working
at
the
time
who
fixed
it
by
pulling
out
a
razor
to
get
everything
to
be
straight
across.
My
previous
haircuts
have
all
had
layers.
At
this
point
they
have
had
to
cut
off
a
little
bit
more
length
than
what
was
discussed
to
get
the
hair
as
even
as
they
could
and
because
I
am
just
a
21
year
old
girl,
in
a
foreign
county,
just
having
sat
in
a
salon
for
3
hours
in
dead
silence,
I
start
to
cry
a
little
(not
my
proudest
moment).
I
am
looking
in
the
mirror
and
my
hair
is
still
uneven
but
I
just
really
wanted
to
be
done
with
the
appointment
so
I
just
said
it
was
fine
and
we
completed
the
cut.
My
hairdresser
washes
my
hair
and
starts
the
blow
out
and
he
all
of
a
sudden
starts
asking
me
questions
in
perfect
English
like
we
didn't
just
spend
the
last
3
hours
in
silence.
I
would
recommend
Americans
who
are
visiting
or
studying
who
don't
speak
Italian
or
people
who
don't
want
a
choppy
haircut
to
not
go
here.
