I stayed at this hotel for five nights with my family. On the first night, my wife used the bathtub, and from the next day, she started experiencing bladder infection, stomach pain, and blood in her urine. In the last two days of our stay, my wife was struggling with bladder pain and infection. Despite informing the hotel staff about the incident, they said it was not their concern, claimed they were not doctors, and mentioned that they clean every day. They didn't even apologize, offer any painkillers, or agree to inspect the bathroom, which is quite shameful for a four-star hotel in a city like Rome that welcomes several million tourists annually. Due to the hotel staff's response, I've posted several photos and videos of the bathroom's cleanliness to urge them to take better care of their guests and understand how to treat visitors from their own country without causing them distress. It's inappropriate to respond rudely to someone who has encountered a problem with their hotel, instead of offering an apology.

Good value, not a brand new hotel but it is clean and the staff are friendly. A bit outside of Rome centre so you need to use taxi's or public transport to get to the old city. All in all we had a good stay.

Daily our bed was made and new towels. The room was good, Windows can open. Tv is big. Breakfast was good, 6 different coffee and 8 different croissants. Real butter and warm bread and scrambled egg.

We were a family of 4, & stayed for 3 nights. We got a familiar room, which smelled odd. The bathroom was really dirty. The room was small, & the breakfast was poor & repetitive. Low quality. We had a safe & a fridge in the room, which was appreciated. The worst part was the location. We knew it was not in the center of the city, but we didn’t know it was nearly in the woods. Needed to switch 2 metros & 1 bus to reach to the hotel. Staff was nice & helpful. The hotel would be perfect for someone who wants to get away from the city life for a while, just with the nature.

Quiet area for a standalone boutique hotel. Cleanliness was definitely 4 stars, service was great, polite and professional. AC was so comfy, nice bedding, able to sleep through my jetlag quickly. It comes with American breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, cereal. Also croissants and other baked goods, pretty loaded. For a quick bite before going to the city is a great place. If not, a 10 min walk to the train station, there's some pretty good food there as well. Location wise it's a bit far from the city, a 20 min drive, and took us 40 min to get to spagna station with a good 10 min walk. Not bad in the morning, but quite tiresome at night from the station. Not the most ideal, but that's why it's cheaper.

We stayed 4 nights, we had 2 rooms. The first night my mom and my daughter got a room full of mold, very humid and smelling bad. In our room (my husband's and I) was no hot water. I requested another rooms but it wasn't possible for that night, thus we had to sleep with 3 in a bed of 2 (because my mom stayed to sleep there, but I didn't let my daughter to sleep in that room). The hot water was fixed when we came back from the city. Next day we've got another room for my mom and my daughter. The rooms are small. One room was ok, the second was just a big larger than the bed. The warming system made a horrible noise, thus we couldn't use it. The wooden doors are old, dirty and ugly, there are no carpets in the room (if you don't bring your own sleepers you have to walk bare feet on the wooden floor). The carpets and the walls and the elevators are dirty. Even the walls in the dining room are dirty. The rooms were well cleaned every day. The lobby, the reception, the bar and the terrace in front of the hotel were welcoming and beautiful. The breakfast room is too small for the capacity of the hotel. The variety of the food is good but every day the same: eggs (boiled and omelet), salami and mortadela, 2 kind of cheese, 3-4 kind of bread and a toast roaster, the only vegetables were the tomatoes, big variety of sweet pastry (and only 1 salted, in the first day), 2 coffee machines (good ones), a few kinds of cereals, many kinds of teas, fruits: apples and bananas and a compot. The responsable for the breakfast was bothered when I asked how are the things working there. She gave me a look like I asked her to give me the moon from the sky. She and the rest of the restaurant personnel never said helo or smiled during the 4 days. However they are very efficient and fill very fast the bufet. They were probably tired? They looked exhausted. The morning shifts are not easy to work. I understand that. The hotel is hosting big groups of teenagers and we had the bad luck to experience the youth habits. The 2nd and 3rd night we did not sleep at all. At midnight they started a big (kind of) party in the room above us. The 2nd night I tryed to be tolerant (I was young once upon a time) but the 3rd night everything got wild: slammed doors, screaming, jumping (from bed on the floor, I suppose), moving furniture (?). At 12.30h I went to reception and asked the receptionist to do something about it, he said he will call the teacher, but I guess he didn't. Thus at 1.45h I went myself upstairs and had a (less friendly) talk with the group of 15-20 kids in that room of 2. They stopped immediately with the noise (I must have been frightening) but we couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. Next day the group left, but another group of teenagers came in their place. However the receptionist on duty, Gioseppe, made sure that some nice, quiet girls got the room above ours, thus we could sleep. Thank you for that. There was still noise on the corridors and slammed elevator doors, but not after midnight, thus acceptable. The bar personnel are making great drinks. I highly recommend the mojitos (delicious)! Marc was great and the guy who served us the first evening as well (unfortunately I didn't ask for his name). Talking English it's a problem in the hotel (except the bar), but the personeel is doing their best, as I did my best in my broken Italian. If it wasn't to experience the unfriendliness of the breakfast responsable, I would have given 5 stars for the service. The hotel is a 4 stars hotel, but I wouldn't give more than 3. Like location is far from all the attractions, but if you go 10 minutes by foot you get to metro A and from there you can easily get everywhere. However the taxis are cheap Not sure if I would go back, but the price/quality report is acceptable.

This hotel is a great example of what you should expect from an accomodation abroad in a capital, location outskirts from city centre opposite to a park where kids went playing. Bus stop just few yards from the hotel takes you to Rome city centre or walking 5 minutes to the underground. Rooms were nice old style furniture but all decent and functioning, beds were ridiculously comfy. I can't fault it and do strongly recommend it for anyone visit g Rome.

The air conditioning is not working! We were sweating the whole stay, leaving two days before our check-out date. Their response was the air conditioning was just one for the entire building, and in winter (56 Celsius), they turned on the heater, and the only solution was to open the windows, knowing we were on the first floor and someone could come in at night through it. WORST experience. Do not go there!

I stayed here as part of a group and the staff was very friendly and ready to assist all of our needs. The breakfast had multiple sweet and salty options. Best bacon I had in Italy.

Very friendly staff. Great service in a reasonable location for the Vatican (4 stops by metro). Of course, having the metro nearby helps to get to any other atraction. There is an explanada to enjoy the end of afternoons and evenings with a cold beer and a nice breakfast in the morning. I would recommend.

The hotel is not what you expect from 4 står hotel. Our room was very smelly and dark. There was one chair for 4 people and the room was not clean. The floor was Sticky. The beds were so uncomfortable. Oh the breakfast was horrible and tasless. We had ants, mosquitos ,spiders and lice in our room. I talked to the receiptest to change the room but they didn't even care

The hotel was fine, perhaps it's a little bit oldfashioned now but the most important thing was the people working there, such us: la dolce Jean, the punctual Mar, la gentilezza di Bruno and our Angelo custodio: Giuseppe, who is a great man ready to help at anytime. My husband had an emergency and Giuseppe called the ambulance immediately. Then we needed a nurse, that was impossible to find around Rome (nobody is authorised to give an injection) and he gave us a quick solution. Breakfast is very complete. Thank you very much indeed!

Fair price and 3,5 kms away from Rome’s downtown! If you’re backpacking get a 1,5Eur bus ticket and take the 49 to Vatican City, you’ll be there in 15 minutes.

Terrible mattresses, comparable to sleeping on a rock. It is currently 1:47 and I am unable to sleep because the bed is causing me physical pain. I am genuinely mad about the waste of money, not to mention the fact that their wifi is super confusing and once you get it and you close your phone, it kicks you off and makes you restart the process. I have been to cheaper 2 start hotels with better quality then this, save your money.

No hot water, limited breakfast options, the mattresses are way too hard and the pillows are flat as pancakes. The windows let the cold air get in. There is no space to leave luggage. The shower was damaged and water was leaking as well as it wasn't clean.

4 stars? More like 2 at the very best: unable to fund our booking for the first 15 minutes; wood and paint falling off the doors; no hot water for the shower for all 3 days; a claustrophobic bathroom and inability to organise breakfast, considering they are a bed and breakfast establishment... A polite service with many apologies, but not one I'll be back for again.

No warm welcome. The room was tiny. No drinking water or coffee/tea making facilities in room. When i asked for water & tea, it was given to us but we had to pay for.

The room was very old and it needed to be renewed. In addition, the room was dirty and there was smell inside. The staff was very good, open, flexible and reliable.

Can’t believe a 4 star hotel don’t even have WiFi, the login detail and website doesn’t even show up for iPhones, absolutely disappointing.
