We
stayed
4
nights,
we
had
2
rooms.
The
first
night
my
mom
and
my
daughter
got
a
room
full
of
mold,
very
humid
and
smelling
bad.
In
our
room
(my
husband's
and
I)
was
no
hot
water.
I
requested
another
rooms
but
it
wasn't
possible
for
that
night,
thus
we
had
to
sleep
with
3
in
a
bed
of
2
(because
my
mom
stayed
to
sleep
there,
but
I
didn't
let
my
daughter
to
sleep
in
that
room).
The
hot
water
was
fixed
when
we
came
back
from
the
city.
Next
day
we've
got
another
room
for
my
mom
and
my
daughter.
The
rooms
are
small.
One
room
was
ok,
the
second
was
just
a
big
larger
than
the
bed.
The
warming
system
made
a
horrible
noise,
thus
we
couldn't
use
it.
The
wooden
doors
are
old,
dirty
and
ugly,
there
are
no
carpets
in
the
room
(if
you
don't
bring
your
own
sleepers
you
have
to
walk
bare
feet
on
the
wooden
floor).
The
carpets
and
the
walls
and
the
elevators
are
dirty.
Even
the
walls
in
the
dining
room
are
dirty.
The
rooms
were
well
cleaned
every
day.
The
lobby,
the
reception,
the
bar
and
the
terrace
in
front
of
the
hotel
were
welcoming
and
beautiful.
The
breakfast
room
is
too
small
for
the
capacity
of
the
hotel.
The
variety
of
the
food
is
good
but
every
day
the
same:
eggs
(boiled
and
omelet),
salami
and
mortadela,
2
kind
of
cheese,
3-4
kind
of
bread
and
a
toast
roaster,
the
only
vegetables
were
the
tomatoes,
big
variety
of
sweet
pastry
(and
only
1
salted,
in
the
first
day),
2
coffee
machines
(good
ones),
a
few
kinds
of
cereals,
many
kinds
of
teas,
fruits:
apples
and
bananas
and
a
compot.
The
responsable
for
the
breakfast
was
bothered
when
I
asked
how
are
the
things
working
there.
She
gave
me
a
look
like
I
asked
her
to
give
me
the
moon
from
the
sky.
She
and
the
rest
of
the
restaurant
personnel
never
said
helo
or
smiled
during
the
4
days.
However
they
are
very
efficient
and
fill
very
fast
the
bufet.
They
were
probably
tired?
They
looked
exhausted.
The
morning
shifts
are
not
easy
to
work.
I
understand
that.
The
hotel
is
hosting
big
groups
of
teenagers
and
we
had
the
bad
luck
to
experience
the
youth
habits.
The
2nd
and
3rd
night
we
did
not
sleep
at
all.
At
midnight
they
started
a
big
(kind
of)
party
in
the
room
above
us.
The
2nd
night
I
tryed
to
be
tolerant
(I
was
young
once
upon
a
time)
but
the
3rd
night
everything
got
wild:
slammed
doors,
screaming,
jumping
(from
bed
on
the
floor,
I
suppose),
moving
furniture
(?).
At
12.30h
I
went
to
reception
and
asked
the
receptionist
to
do
something
about
it,
he
said
he
will
call
the
teacher,
but
I
guess
he
didn't.
Thus
at
1.45h
I
went
myself
upstairs
and
had
a
(less
friendly)
talk
with
the
group
of
15-20
kids
in
that
room
of
2.
They
stopped
immediately
with
the
noise
(I
must
have
been
frightening)
but
we
couldn't
sleep
for
the
rest
of
the
night.
Next
day
the
group
left,
but
another
group
of
teenagers
came
in
their
place.
However
the
receptionist
on
duty,
Gioseppe,
made
sure
that
some
nice,
quiet
girls
got
the
room
above
ours,
thus
we
could
sleep.
Thank
you
for
that.
There
was
still
noise
on
the
corridors
and
slammed
elevator
doors,
but
not
after
midnight,
thus
acceptable.
The
bar
personnel
are
making
great
drinks.
I
highly
recommend
the
mojitos
(delicious)!
Marc
was
great
and
the
guy
who
served
us
the
first
evening
as
well
(unfortunately
I
didn't
ask
for
his
name).
Talking
English
it's
a
problem
in
the
hotel
(except
the
bar),
but
the
personeel
is
doing
their
best,
as
I
did
my
best
in
my
broken
Italian.
If
it
wasn't
to
experience
the
unfriendliness
of
the
breakfast
responsable,
I
would
have
given
5
stars
for
the
service.
The
hotel
is
a
4
stars
hotel,
but
I
wouldn't
give
more
than
3.
Like
location
is
far
from
all
the
attractions,
but
if
you
go
10
minutes
by
foot
you
get
to
metro
A
and
from
there
you
can
easily
get
everywhere.
However
the
taxis
are
cheap
Not
sure
if
I
would
go
back,
but
the
price/quality
report
is
acceptable.
