Absolutely wonderful experience, 10/10 would recommend! I needed a room last minute for a four day stay, and I do not regret choosing this beautiful boutique hotel even at the last minute price. The rooms are spacious, very clean and thoughtfully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the friendly service is absolutely exceptional, especially considering that this is a 4* hotel. There is complimentary water in each room, nespresso coffee, as well as tea, and the selection in the minibar is very affordable at €2 per article. You can can also book an airport transfer at very fair rates (to be paid in cash), which saves you from the headache of arguing with Roman taxi drivers who are notorious for pushing prices up. I also booked the breakfast option for €10 a day, and have been pleasantly surprised by the big selection and great quality of the food. The location of the hotel is superb - a big part of the historical old town is in walking distance, just like Termini station, which makes it easy to get around. Finding good food close by is also a breeze. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe in this neighbourhood. Overall, based on this wonderful experience, I’d say that The Liberty is a 4*+ hotel, and I cannot wait to be back in Rome at The Liberty!

To start, I realize the impact of negative reviews. But what happened is too important to remain quiet. My family booked 2 rooms at the Liberty Boutique Hotel in Rome last week. Walking from the train station to the hotel, literally 50 feet from the front door, I was robbed by a pick pocket who stole my wallet. While I know that can happen anywhere, the lack of compassion from Sergio, the man who checked us in (and who speaks very good English), was totally unacceptable, let alone for someone in the hospitality industry. When we walked into the hotel 5 minutes after this happened, I told Sergio I was robbed outside the hotel, my wallet was stolen, and I was shaken up. Sergio’s response was merely - “Only one of your rooms is ready now. May I have your passports.” My husband repeated what I said, and again Sergio did not express any kindness or compassion at all - he just asked for our passports and said one of the rooms wasn’t ready. Part of being in this industry is to display basic decency to your guests. Asking if I was alright and if I needed anything would have sufficed. In fact, one of the hotel staff who overheard our interaction with Sergio approached my husband later in the day to express his concern and was very empathetic. There are plenty of 4 star hotels in the area near the train terminal. Think twice about staying at one where the staff at the front desk (who are really the public face of the hotel) couldn’t care less about your well being.

Amazing place!!! My wife and I stayed here for our first stop in our honeymoon and couldn’t have lucked out on a better hotel. The entire staff is courteous and helpful. Our rooms were clean, modern, and featured vaulted ceilings. We sprung for the breakfasts which don’t disappoint at all and we had it every morning we were here. Would stay here again

Such a nice and clean hotel! The breakfast has 3 great menu’s, we have tried all of the menu’s. The room is being cleaned every day and they always bring new bottles of water and coffee. Close to the station as well and a great location. Definitely coming back here!

Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room really nice with great AC and fantastic sound insulation from the noise outside (you can’t escape it from anywhere in Rome!). An oasis of calm when you walk through the front door! 😁 Short walking distance from station another bonus. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was great, with high ceilings giving a feeling 1of spaciousness. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful - giving us tips of where to go for attractions, food etc. The location was very convenient being a short walk from the main train station and with many great food options around. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great experience! Beautiful, safe, and well-located within a 5-minute walk to the train station. Beautiful and delicious breakfast. Wonderful staff that helped us make the most of our one day in Rome.

This is a wonderful hotel, in a great location, with superb staff. Our room, with a terrace, was smart, clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Tea and coffee (Nespresso) facilities in the room with mini bar. Good bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice for all tastes, both hot and cold offerings. Location is great for arrival at Roma Termini, it being a short walk away. Termini also gives plenty of choices for metro access and tour buses etc, although we walked all over Rome and didn't use any transport. On top of how great the hotel is itself, the staff are all second to none. A bunch of great people who's only desire is to make sure that their guests have the best time possible. A massive thank you from us for helping to make our stay as great as it was.

Fabulous! Excellent room, wonderful breakfast and service second to none! Even prior to our stay Sergio B went above and beyond helping us secure dining and tour reservations. The entire front desk staff was always accommodating and pleasant! Liberty Boutique Hotel is the model to which the entire hospitality industry should strive to achieve.

An exceptional hotel close to Termini station. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and amazing, including holding our luggage before check in, and bringing it to the room prior to our arrival. We were also treated to a thoughtful note and nice bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The bed is the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a hotel, a true North American king size with soft sheets and comfortable pillows. Room is extremely spacious and felt very luxurious with ambient lighting and stylish fixtures. Electrical outlets right by the bedside. Bathroom water pressure is great. Neighbourhood is safe. I would recommend to all my family and friends!

The hotel is new, clean and bright room. We like the amenities. The staffs is friendly and informative. And we also like the family room, it's nice for family to stay together in one room. The breakfast portion was big and personally made. The location is just breath away from the main train station, Termini. In the surrounding you can find restaurants, pizza store, mini market and ATM.

Large room with very large double bed. Comfortable mattress with luxury bed linen. Large shower. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Excellent choice, pastries, pancakes and eggs, bacon and sausage. Freshly prepared fruit salad. Excellent coffee. Freshly squeezed orange juice.Lovely breakfast staff who were most accommodating. As stated the staff are soo lovely, really happy and welcoming. They can’t do enough for you and really want you to have the best possible experience at the hotel. Thank you all you were amazing. For me the hotel is located just that little way too far from the centre. To be incredible picky , the grout in bathroom could be refreshed and cleaning materials removed from stairwells . We had the most fantastic stay and I would like to thank the staff for making our time in Rome truly delightful.

This hotel was just amazing. A few friends and I decided to get away for a while to Rome, and came across this hotel. It is incredibly close to the main station Roma Termini, which is super convenient. Overall, however, the reason the stay was so nice was the kindness of the staff. They never hesitated to go the extra step, and were always very polite. One evening we were heading outside to the garden to have a cup of tea, and the staff member gave us complimentary brownies. It was small acts of kindness such as that which made me realise how nice the staff were. The rooms themselves are spotless, luxurious and comfortable for an affordable price too. Even when we had checked out, they kept our luggage so we didn’t have to drag it around all day. And when we came back to collect it, and we still had time to kill due to a later flight, they offered to let us relax in the sitting areas until we had to go. Their service was worth 5 stars from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Thanks for an amazing stay!

What a excellent boutique hotel!!! The room with the vaulted ceiling a gorgeously decorated. The shower was fantastic, probably the best on our trip through Italy. $2 everything in the mini bar !! Yes please ! And the breakfast, my goodness. Fresh squeezed juice, pastries, coffees, the fruit - freshest and ripest I had in a long time, and the actual breakfast plates were huge portions, absolutely delicious and only $15. When I come back to Rome, I am staying here again.

We were in Italy for two weeks and stayed at several properties. This was our favorite by far. The staff was incredibly friendly, the whole hotel was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was Instagram worthy. There was not a single flaw with this place. The 5 minute walking distance to the Roma Termini was an added benefit.

We stayed at several places in Italy and this was one of the best. Very helpful staff, very nice hotel, everything was great. Highly recommend. It's close enough to the train station to walk to, but far enough to get away from the train traffic. Good restaurants near by,

My husband and I stayed her for one night. The hotel was perfect - modern, CLEAN, and a really cute balcony! Would definitely recommend this hotel. The room itself was not huge, but it was perfect for us (we are from nyc so we are used to smaller hotel rooms). We also got breakfast the next day - the cappuccino’s and croissants were excellent! The only thing that would make it better would be if they could do breakfast in the garden. Also, all of the staff was SO nice!

Wonderful stay at the Liberty Boutique Hotel! About a 7 minute walk from Termini train station. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well air conditioned with extremely friendly staff. Hotel is surrounded by great places to eat and we had an easy time getting to all of the major sites even in this brutal Roman Summer heat. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Good hotel. Quite clean, modern, in a fantastic location and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and speak English. Mini bar is VERY cheap and comes well stocked which was a very pleasant surprise. Bathroom was nice, bed comfortable. Staff helped us with luggage when checking in and out. We got the breakfast too. If it’s included then definitely eat there as it’s pretty good, but if you have to pay extra for it I’d say don’t bother you can probably get a better 15 Euro breakfast elsewhere but it is solid. It is small and on a relatively quiet (for central Rome) suburban street. If you are planning day trips from Rome out of the Termini station it is an awesome choice. Also across the road down a couple doors is a fantastic restaurant (Ristorante Julie’s). If I came back to Rome I would stay here again. Especially if I was doing day trips around. Negatives: A bit far from the Vatican and the area can be a bit dodgy due to proximity to the station but overall quite safe and busy. Some of the furniture was a bit scuffed, and our king/queen bed was 2 king singles next to each other. At least they had combined sheets so we couldn’t fall in the gap (which was tiny and a non-issue). Overall good experience, will stay here again someday. Breakfast not worth it though the staff are nice, minibar definitely worth it.

Very close to the termini train station, the walk is not bad. The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The rooms look the same on the website, have high ceilings which is nice and a nice spacious size compared to other hotels in Italy. The breakfast was good. The mini bar in the room was priced decent, each item was 2 euros which seems fair. Only complaint would be that you can hear every noise, the walls must be thin, we could hear everything which made it very hard to sleep. Which is a shame because the bed was comfortable.

Nice location,. Near terminal and bus stop. I had a safe and wonderful experience with the staff and the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean. It is near the terminal for the bus and the trains, takes about 6 minutes to walk to each at most. We dragged three bags and two kids with us from the terminal to the hotel and it was rather easy . The staff is delightful to work with and honest. I felt safe in the hotel. I did leave personal belongings that were very important and the staff was able to ship it to me at a nearby location at a distant city of Napoli. With my last experience with them on how comfortable I felt with them having taken care of me and my person belongings throughout my trip, I would feel very safe and go back to the same location if I have to. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much

This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff are all wonderfully cheery and happy to help. And the rooms are stylish and spotless. We loved staying here, and will do so again next time in Rome.

Our four-night stay at the Liberty Boutique Hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment you walk in, the spotless cleanliness and fresh ambiance set the stage for a remarkable experience. Nestled in a perfect location, away from the hustle of Rome yet within walking distance to everything, this hotel knows how to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. The staff's recommendations for local eateries were spot-on every time, adding an extra layer to the already fantastic stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional care provided during a challenging incident. When my grandmother fell and broke her wrist, the staff, led by the amazing Jeaninine, went above and beyond. From arranging a taxi for a wrist brace to continuous check-ins, their dedication and compassion elevated our experience. This hotel is undeniably a 5-star gem, and I'm already looking forward to returning on my next visit to Rome. It's more than accommodation; it's an amazing experience

Our short stay here was nothing less than wonderful. It is their customer service and hospitality that makes your time here feel like it was too short! Janine, Jade and the team were so helpful to us. They understood exactly what would be helpful for us as tourists and walked us through the city map and the most efficient routes from the termini station which helped us a lot. Thank you! When we come back to Rome we will definitely be back here for stay :)

Everything about our stay was five star! The hotel was beautiful; the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast choices were all delicious. The best part was the staff! The customer service was absolutely incredible!! Janine went out of her way to help us with everything. She even walked down the street to find me having dinner to talk to me about a day trip they had helped arrange. It saved me a lot of money and was so appreciated. I would stay here again and again!

This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and the staff is incredible. It's a beautiful hotel, the rooms are very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and location is great with a short distance to termini. The staff are really what made our stay so incredible. They can call taxis and help arrange transportation. We used the private transfer from the airport and to the cruise port, highly recommend. They are great at recommending places to eat, there are a lot of options close. We arrived first thing in the morning and there was a place to hold our luggage and a good sized bathroom to change after a long flight. Lovely coffee bar downstairs and a stunning sitting area out back to relax. Janine, Jade, Anthony and everyone else thank you for making such a memorable vacation!

The Liberty is a charming hotel tucked away in a peaceful corner of Rome. Opting for a less crowded area turned out to be a great choice for us, and the 7-minute walk from the train station was convenient, despite the slight challenge with rolling suitcases—pro tip: expect a good laugh during the stroll. Safety wasn't a concern, as we felt secure in the area throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering assistance with directions and arranging taxis. Our room was pleasant, and the balcony added a nice touch, providing a relaxing spot to enjoy some wine. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again.

The staff were really nice and kind. We told them we had a long flight and they checked us in within minutes. The next day they brought us a specially made cake for our anniversary. Honestly the best thing happened to us in Italy. Highly recommended

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Centrally located to Roma Termini and numerous restaurants and shops, Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon are walkable, or Metro is a block away. The staff was amazing, truly the element that makes this hotel as special as it is. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, accommodating, and over the top trying do whatever they could to make our stay better. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, specially the bed. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were so helpful with my baby. I would just advise updating the infant cat as the mattress was too soft. The restaurants across the street were lovely. I would definitely return.

Wow! We spent the last six nights here, and everything is just amazing. Each and every employee here, from the bellboy to the receptionists to the managers are customer focused. Love this. They took care of all our needs. Every time we called or went down for something we were greeted with a smile and with the best effort to resolve our needs. The rooms was spacious, convenient and well appointed. The breakfast was sumptuous and nutritious. On those hot Roman days, breaks in the room was a God sent. And yes you can control the temperature. It is a convenient walk to Roma Termini. And it is extremely easy to get Taxi around here. The entire hotel smells amazing. The Manet mobile phones they provide is such a help for international travelers. Thanks for taking care of us the six days we were here!

We absolutely loved The Liberty Boutique Hotel! It's a lovely property but what made the stay so wonderful was the attention and service of the staff. Everyone we met went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time! They were friendly and helpful and really enhanced our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in Rome!

We had a wonderful stay at the Liberty Boutique Hotel. The room and facilities were very clean, everything was updated and worked wonderfully. We can't say enough about the delicious made to order breakfast and amazing breakfast staff who were so kind and accommodating! Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went off without a hitch, calling for taxi's for us and even helping us find our lost cell phone in a taxi cab which is unbelievable in a city of 4 million people. We will be back and recommending this hotel to everyone we know who is traveling abroad. Thank you so much for your services, kindness and extra attention paid to make our 3 days in Rome so wonderful.

My family had a lovely stay at the Liberty Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the service was excellent (especially Sergey at the front desk). The outdoor seating area in the back is very nice. The hotel is removed from the center of the city, but still accessible by foot (30 minute walk to the main tourist sites) and taxi. Highly recommend.

The staff at this hotel are all friendly, helpful and charismatic. Everyone has a smile for you and they definitely want to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are clean and the beds, sheets and pillows are all very comfortable. Wonderful breakfasts and coffees. Nice outdoor patio for afternoon cocktails. My family was happy with the location - very close to train and metro. Since Rome is a great walking city we didn’t mind being away from the city center and walking everywhere. Highly recommend!

We completely enjoyed our stay at The Liberty Boutique Hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, clean and functional. The mini bar/fridge was absolutely reasonably priced. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the metro and to the hop-on, hop-off bus tours that we often use as a mean of transportation around town. There were a number of places to grab a bite to eat close by the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and customer service was top tier. This will definitely be our go to when we revisit Rome.

Janine at the front desk was phenomenal. She provided recommendations and late night cappuccino’s as well as transportation support when asked. She’s the reason we will be staying again the next time we’re in Rome, but all the staff we encountered were equally great including housekeeping!

Ideally located near to the main station making airport transfer easy. Rooms are clean & serviced daily. Slightly away from the main tourist area but within an easy 30 minute walk or short taxi ride. Breakfast is excellent.
