Great location, friendly staff, rooftop breakfast/bar is incredible, and the rooms are relatively recently updated. Great all around! Oh and the WiFi is really good too

Not sure what to say here. We had great service and the room was great. However AC did not work and having open windows in downtown Rome will just keep you up all night...which it did. So mixed feelings for sure but bad on us for picking a place that close to Termini really. Hope all will consider the noise factor versus convenience factor. Good luck in your travels!

Great location close to termini station. Parking garage nearby. We booked a junior suite for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 13 and 10) and at check-in they upgraded us for free to a suite. We had plenty of space and 2 separate bedrooms. The bathroom was nice and large as well. We added breakfast for €12 per person and the Buffett had lots to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean. My only complaint was that on the first floor with being in a busy area there was a lot of noise outside all night. I would recommend getting a room on a higher floor if you want more quiet!!

Not bad but make sure to get all the info regarding room size and breakfast as there is significant differentiation. Based on my experience, we needed 2 seperate rooms for 2 different nights, the first night was ok as our rooms were good and inclusive of breakfast however, we were surprised when we arrived at the second booking date to find huge difference in room size and breakfast was excluded. Yes the price was according to level of booking but this was not convocked with us upon booking, even the detailed invoice was not immediately provided. We only asked to book 2 rooms for Tuesday night and 2 rooms for Saturday night and the responsible decided this differentiation without referring to us. I would definitely advice travellers to book through THIRD PARTY when they choose this hotel, at least they can guarantee and KNOW what they will get.

Hotel's location is good. Walking distance from Roma Termini Railway station, but the locality is not that great. Specially after dark, it looks like a shady street. Rooms are nice and clean. It would be great if they could provide hot water kettle, tea bags and coffee in the room. For tea or coffee, one needs to get it from their restaurant on the 6th floor. They charge €2.50 for tea and same for coffee.

I stayed two nights with my family in this hotel, the room was very good, clean and with all the necessary things. The staff was very kind and ready to help you at any moment. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious as well. So it was worth the price I paid for it.

5 minutes located to central station Termini. 20 - 30 minutes walk to center and most attractions. Clean rooms with all necessaries equipped. Due to traffic rooms at front side noisy by open windows. Free Wifi OK for mobile but not for streaming stick. Every day fresh towels"; good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Stayed there one week.

Visited Rome in late January. Stayed here and would highly recommend! The staff is very kind and welcoming. The Versace sweet is a must request! Breakfast was quite tasty and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is close to Saint Mary Major and in walking distance of pretty much most of Rome’s main attractions. The train station is close by and there are pharmacies in many directions, even a 24/7 pharmacy. Several great, true Italian, restaurants nearby also! Cannot recommend it enough!

Hotel and Room were clean and felt safe. Staff were pleasant, location was great. Front desk staff went far and beyond assisted in obtaining Covid tests results when unable to speak the language. Love that they lock the front doors after midnight to be opened by front desk staff only. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It was a great experience. We are avid travelers and would rate this hotel a 5 out of 5.

I would rate this hotel with three stars but.. wellness is out of order 24/365 and they dont even tell you the reason. Lobby doest smell good, carpet in the hall could be cleaned. My mattres was worn out in really bad way. The hotel breakfast was enormous disappointment, terrible terrible coffee, not good sausages, cheapest eggs with no taste. We went for breakfast outside. Bathroom was really nice on the other hand. Hotel location is really great, because you can escape this city really fast

Stayed in a triple room as a family with two small children. Fantastic clean rooms, with a recently renovated bathroom. Great breakfast options too. Staff were very kind letting us check in early after a long international flight.

Don't Waste Your Money!!! This is at best a 2 star hotel. For what they charge it isn't worth it. Save your money or spend it on somewhere better. We spent over $1400 for 2 nights..Not a problem because we thought we were getting a 4 star service hotel. We were wrong. 1st the other elevator didn't work so we had to take the small elevator. I mean literally the elevator is the size of a coat closet and honestly I feel like a coat closet is bigger. Trust me I'm not exaggerating. When we got there, we had to take up our own bags after checking in and there are no luggage carts. Now I don't mind that but I noticed some people had the bellhop take their bags and others not, we checked in at 1:30pm and the lobby was not full. But then again it looked like they only had 1/2 bellhops so again from start not good. The elevator was slow, but we got to the room and it was nice. We got the basic room so nothing spectacular but I've stayed in other 4 star hotels and at $700 a night even the basic room should be updated and look nice. The room is a little roomy it has a chaise and the bathroom is not small but again for the price and stars, you're not getting the worth. We were on the 4th floor, the hotel has 6 floors and our view was just of another building. Water pressure is good and gets hot in a great way. We only got a shower no tub was in the bathroom. Now onto the breakfast. Don't pay extra for it!! Go out somewhere and get breakfast or sleep in and then go out and get lunch. The breakfast buffet was more like a low budget continental breakfast. We got yogurt, croissants, a little bit of ham, some cake and that's it. And the food was mainly cold. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe's within a 3-4 block radius you're better off going to one of those. Although the food isn't that great at those either but at least its better than the hotel. Also the hotel bar isn't a full restaurant so don't expect food from it. The area is Ok. If you're looking for alot to do you won't get it from there. If you want to do Tourist things like Trevi fountain the Colloseo etc. Its close enough about 15 minutes drive. Walking is a little longer. You're also close to the city center. But besides food and drink and tourist atttractions but at night if you're really looking for a scene that's close by this is not the hotel to be at. Ok now late checkout. I guess its depending on the stay because checkout is at 12, we got it extended until 12 but I really needed 1:30 they told me no they couldn't do it. But the upside is they will hold your bags after you check out if you have a late train/bus/plane etc. So you can go explore. The people were good at the front desk, but we don't really need alot from the front desk when we stay somewhere. Also if you're going for the rooftop patio, there's not much there either, the bushes are tall over the wall so there's no view of the city or nice scenery. The rooms are bare, no real decor. Unless you count the lights that change color in the bathroom and on the head of the bed. Also there are 2 sides to each floor, one side looks newer/vibrant/Remodeled in the hallways. The other side looks older a bit more drab.

We spent lots of time searching hotels in Rome and going through google reviews. If your looking for a hotel that is centrally located and within walking distance too all the major attractions and reasonably priced, stop wasting you time and book this hotel. It was a quick 30 minute easy train ride from the Rome airport to the hotel and a 5 minute walk . (turn left to the exit once you have entered the main area of the train station) . As far as addressing some of the negative goggle reviews, We has a room on the first floor with a window facing the street, and exterior noise was not a problem. Will your room be ice cold when its 35 plus degrees out side?, probably not, but the AC system kept the room comfortable and the unit was quiet.

Amazing service provided by Andrew at the front desk from check-in to check-out.. We found this hotel through walk-in and the reception was just top notch. Andrew took us through another level of experience with his genuine warmth and impeccable service. Beautiful rooftop and commendable breakfast spread to greet you every morning. Would definitely return to Palladium Palace again. Highly recommended!

I really didn't mind the location close to the Termini because it was convenient for our purposes. The noise was tolerated because we expected, as such. What I did not expect was the lack of attention to security, both personal and of possessions. Our door was able to ajar, regardless of being "locked". The staff recommended me to send an e-mail to Elena, the booking manager and ask for consideration for a partial refund due to the undue stress this put my wife and me in. Elena has ignored a reply or acknowledgement to me: that's not acceptable customer service or respect.

Excellent location as it was Rome Termini making it very easy to commute and also a wide array of food choices around. The room was small but comfy. The check in staff was very friendly and gave us plenty of options of things to do and how to commute there. Only issues we had was that one of the lights beside the bed could not be turned off and the cover was slightly stained but housekeeping changed it the next day. The roof had a great view as well!

It's 3* Hotel so not to Expect high quality. Still great location is best plus point and BF was with wide variety and nice . Our Room was smelly and 2nf lift was so small that 2 people hardly fit with luggage.

The rooms are nice and clean. The main disadvantage is they are not well muted from the corridor. The food was tasty and good variety of drinks. At the top, there is also a bar open till 1 am.

Great hotel, the staff are super friendly and hospitable, have nothing but great things to say about them! We paid 104€ a night as a couple for the room with just a double bed however the room was really clean.

Great Hotel, Lovely staff, very friendly and curtious. Location is great, very near Termini train station and only a short walk from all the main tourist locations in Rome. Would highly recommend for a stay.

Although This is an old restaurant. Some rooms have been re-decorated. Some are not, but still comfortable. They upgraded my room without additional fees. we had a very good time in this hotel. I feel all the staffs are trying their best to booming this hotel! They are very kind and warm hearted and offer excellent service! One handsome Italian young man impressed me most, even I don’t know his name, who is one of the best reception staff I had ever meet. The breakfast is a bit problematic, as the hams are soured! The forks are not clean, even have the trace of butter… however, they offer infinite fruits! This is a big advantage! The position of this hotel is almost perfect! Very convenient! In summary, I will select this hotel again if I come back to Roma.

Clean rooms and nice reception. Rooms are tiny and outdated, which they must be renovating because we were woken up every morning at 8am to noise from people working with large machines upstairs. Breakfast was fine :) Area was very close to central station and walking distance from most attractions - not the nicest area tough.

Very nice place to stay in Rome for short vacation as this is close to most of the attractions and Roma Termini. The staff were awesome but the best part is the roof top restaurant with view of Rome.

Nice staff, good location, breakfast bar good and a cozy rooftopbar. Room very nice, a little dated furneture, but comfortable. Tiny bathroom but cozy. The rom is not quite soundproof as you hear everyone passing your door, and the door is too thin. You can see lights from the hallway around the door at night 😅 Also our neighbour must have very sore vagina after her stay 🙈 soo soundproofing would bee a strong move in the next renovation planning. They were renovating some part of the hotel, which is good, but they start quite early in the morning a little too loudly. Fix the soundproof problems and you've got a pretty decent place to stay in Rome.

Although our trip ended not so great (pickpockers stole my phone and bankcard and passport), the stay at this hotel was brilliant. The welcome was very warm and all the employees were very friendly and empathic. The room was small but clean and the view on the rooftop was breathtaking. Plus they make very good cocktails!

The staff are very friendly! They gave us a free room upgrade, helped us print the documents we needed for re-entry to the US, and were always helpful when we had questions about the area.
