We had to cancel our journey because of a death in the family. They offered a voucher instead of a refund which we never received. Our request for the voucher on June 11th is still unanswered. Congrats for that death in our family leads to your effortless financial benefit. EDIT: Thanks for your answer without offering a solution as before. Calling us "People" as if we are just somebody with a non recognizable request (which you already replied to without acting as you promised). As if you're the only one on earth working. As if it isn't your service that's deficient. As if we have fun to contact you over and over to get remembered of our loss. Regarding to your service you must have been lucky in the past, because you simply don't deserve more than a star.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean room. Great location ( near the Colosseum but on the border of the touristic center). Beautiful view.

The hotel is decent but not worth the price they are asking. The staff is sweet but a bit all over the place. The room is pleasant and comfortable but the breakfast is really (really) bad.

Amazing guest house, close to the colosseum and bus/metro stations. The staff is really really friendly and always helpful. We didn't have time to have breakfast in our room on our last day, and they prepared a bag for us to eat later in the train, which was very kind of them.

Great location, within 10 mins walking distance to the Tower of Pisa. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Stayed in a lovely room looking out the front of the building. Definitely recommend for any couple or solo traveller

Really nice ladies, a good location and a good price for Rome. However there was no response to my emails or messages after I returned home and realised I may have been overcharged for my stay. I do recommend staying here, but I am really disappointed that none of my emails or messages, to check whether a mistake was made, have been answered.

Our stay at Top Floor Colosseo has been wonderful. Valeria has been an exceptional host, from booking until check out. She made sure everything we need were provided. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, a few steps away from the bus stop, and a few minute-walk away from the Colosseum. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to Rome. Excellent accommodation and outstanding customer service.

Stayed for one night recently with my finance. Staff was very helpful, and pleasant to talk with. Room was absolutely what we needed, and spotlessly clean! Would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights and throughly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Wet close to the coliseum. You could see it from the front door. It was private, quiet and very clean. The breakfast was incredible with danishes, croissants and all kinds of cafe options. They brought it to your door at the time you requested it. I would definitely stay here again. Only down part was the construction blocking off areas in front of the property which prevented Uber pick ups. However, the property can’t control that. Overall, great experience!

This place is a shame. We are on our honeymoon and they canceled our reservation less than 24 hours before we were supposed to check in. As soon as we got that email we’ve been calling and emailing them to see what happened. No answer and no response. We thought it was a mistake and went anyway. The building was not lit, the door buzzer does not work. It is a complete scam. On top of that they do not have a landline number only mobile. DO NOT BOOK HERE. They should be reported!!!

Terrible beds, small rooms, no view at all... Overpriced as hell please don't go, it isn't worth it!

This is a boutique hotel that’s in a building that has other businesses and/or apartments. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are nice and clean. Also, and most importantly, the rooms are air conditioned. This is very important because Rome’s summers are unbearably hot. There is breakfast every morning, and you’re walking distance from the coliseum. Be sure to ask the hotel to call a taxi driver for you, otherwise the drivers may attempt to overcharge. Uber is not optimal in Rome.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely, family-run, hotel in the Colosseo area of Rome. I can't say enough about how wonderful Valeria was upon our check-in, getting us settled, and how great Georgio (one of the owners) was for ensuring our rental car was parked safely...and for free...very nearby. Georgio and his wife Claudia spoke very little English, but were so sweet and accommodating to all of our needs. Valeria's English was excellent, however, and they communicate so well with each other (even if not together) that you are never wondering whether you will get help with what you you asked them for. I highly recommend this nice and very friendly hotel to anyone visiting Rome, you won't be disappointed!

It was our first time in Italy in Rome, very clean, cozy rooms, with very comfortable bed and pillows! Great location, a short walk from the colosseum. Breakfast is full, tasty and on time, very friendly staff. If next time we were in Rome, I hope we will be lucky enough to stay there again. I highly recommend ♥️

Great place. Very close to the Colosseum. Top quality cleanliness, pleasant rooms, very comfortable beds and super soft pillows. Very nice and helpful staff especially Valeria. Good pubs, shops and a metro stop nearby.

Top Floor Colosseo was fantastic. We stayed there for 3 nights and everyone was very kind and welcoming (special thank you to Valeria!). Our room was clean and tidy, and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
