If you are considering a Segway tour I highly recommend Fat Tire. To start my wife and I were a little nervous, Arvin was a great instructor and tour guide. He was able to put our worries at easy. The amount of knowledge Arvin has about the city and it’s history is amazing. We got to see a lot of things in a short time! We had 3 segways and an electric bike. Everyone had a lot of fun. Very interesting information and our guide Marcello was entertaining and we felt safe despite the traffic. He even had virtual reality goggles to show us what many of the sites used to look like. Highly recommend

I have been also to same business in Berlin and they have we were very satisfied with our tour!! the bikes are good and easy to ride they offer ear equipment to hear the guide during bicycling. Perfect activity for your first day in Rome to get your bearings and see the landmarks. Valentina was amazing - knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. We asked her after the tour for recommendations of neighbourhoods to visit and each one ended up being the highlights of our stay in Rome.

My family and I really enjoyed the tour through the historic city Centre of Rome. Marcello was a very knowledgeable guide, telling a lot about historic and contemporary Rome. The bike tour was exactly the right length for us, with plenty of stops for foto’s and some peeks inside churches and around squares.

The staff is very friendly and our tour guide was amazing! She shares her knowledge of the city in an interesting way. Also, in the end it wasn’t that scary to ride a bike in Rome. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing way to see some of the beautiful sights Rome has to offer. Myself and Kim loved everything about this tour. We had been in Rome for a few days before the tour and saw a lot of the sights already but wanted to find out the history behind all these wonderful things and we were not disappointed. Our family of 4 completed this tour with Rogelio. He was outstanding! Our 15 and 13 year old teens really enjoyed the 3 hour Rome bike tour. He made navigating the roads and people as easy as possible. I thought maybe our 13 year old would struggle a little with the cobblestones or traffic, but she was totally fine. Totally worth it!

Took this day tour yesterday with Valencia as our guide. She was great and knew everything. She’s got a masters in art so we got a lot of information. Tour hits all the inner city highlights and well worth it as you bike between sites and don’t waste time walkIng. Bikes are step through and helmets are provided if you want one. Bring a water bottle as it was hot. Good tour and worth it.

I can’t begin to tell you how good this outfit is and can’t say enough good things about our tour guide Valentina. She majored in architecture while in college and breaks down Roman / Italian history into 3 seasons. Each season is 400 years and covers 1,200 years of city history. She utilized headsets, speaks slowly and loudly enough to understand. I finally, understand the history of the fall of Rome and subsequent renaissance period in simple economic and cultural terms. Valentina took us to all the top rated places including the Jewish Ghetto, the market place, the Pantheon, Wedding Cake monument, Trevi Fountain etc. (you can cover a lot by bike). She also pointed out great restaurants and places to have a cocktails with a great rooftop view. She did not go across the river to the Vatican (which would be too much). At the end of the tour, you will have enough information to visit those locations independently and in more detail. Trust me on this folks, and go on the bike tour to get a great overview and meaningful history of Rome. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent tour with Fat Tire Tour company especially with our guide Lorena. She is really knowledgeable and provided many insights into all the stops. Company is well organized and and ran smoothly. Only con was the routes taken that can sometime be full of cars and pedestrians. Overall it was an amazing tour experience.

Bellissimo tour! We had a segway tour around Rome with Lorena and it was excellent - fun and informative! Rome is beautiful city with so much history and this tour is a great way to see the sites. Lorena is a wonderful tour guide and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. You have a earphone so you can hear the tour guide at all times. Also the virtual reality goggles at various sites are epic, you get to see how it looked hundreds of years ago. Our tour started at 09:30 and lasted 3 hours, finishing in time for wine o'clock!
