Terrible
experience
in
the
emergency
room
I
went
on
December
13,
2023
around
12:00,
for
tests
as
I
have
been
ill
for
three
months
with
constant
alteration,
weakness
and
other
symptoms,
I
did
some
tests
on
my
own,
before
making
the
desperate
decision
to
go
to
an
emergency
help,
but
I
still
can't
figure
out
what
I
have.
After
having
undergone
a
swab
(negative),
blood
pressure
and
heart
rate
check,
the
nurse
gave
me
a
blue
code
and
told
me
to
go
to
the
waiting
room
to
be
called,
telling
me
that
they
had
to
do
some
simple
blood
tests,
so
I
was
fasting
since
the
morning,
precisely
because
I
knew
that
they
would
at
least
do
some
blood
tests.
However
time
passed,
and
I
continued
to
wait
in
the
waiting
room,
I
inquired
several
times
over
time,
to
find
out
how
many
people
I
had
in
front
of
me
and
to
get
a
more
or
less
idea
of
how
much
longer
I
had
to
wait.
The
first
time
I
went
to
ask,
the
nurse
at
reception/triage
told
me
that
I
had
20
people
in
front
of
me,
obviously
excluding
red
and
orange
codes
(therefore
emergencies
and
the
most
serious
cases),
the
second
time
I
asked
informed,
and
after
about
5/6
hours
of
waiting
and
starting
to
feel
unwell,
and
knowing
in
any
case
that
in
the
emergency
room
it
is
normal
to
wait
and
therefore
without
having
various
demands,
I
had
8
people
in
front
of
me
and
meanwhile
other
people
who
were
there
and
others
who
came
after
me,
had
already
come
in
to
do
tests,
analyses,
etc.
and
they
were
waiting
for
the
outcome.
Meanwhile,
there
was
a
lady
who
arrived
shortly
after
me,
with
the
green
code,
who
had
been
let
in
and
out,
while
I,
with
the
blue
code,
was
still
waiting
for
someone
to
call
me
feeling
worse
and
worse,
the
third
time
I
I
had
informed
myself,
saying
however
that
I
wasn't
feeling
well
at
all
but
with
poor
results,
and
after
about
10
hours
of
being
in
there,
I
had
"only"
5
people
in
front
of
me,
but
it
wasn't
true,
because
time
passed
and
they
were
called
6,7,10
people,
who
also
arrived
after
me
and
with
a
code
lower
than
or
at
least
equal
to
mine,
therefore,
the
fourth
and
last
time
I
inquired
after
almost
12
HOURS
OF
WAITING,
and
at
the
second
shift
change
of
the
doctors,
the
"new"
nurse
on
duty,
always
at
the
reception/triage
desk,
told
me
that
I
had
15
people
in
front
of
me
again,
AFTER
12
HOURS
OF
WAITING,
without
eating
and
in
all
of
this
I
felt
worse
and
worse,
and
for
some
damn
tests
that
it
would
take
them
2
minutes
to
do
them,
I
waited
all
this
time
without
being
able
to
do
anything,
so,
out
of
desperation,
I
had
to
cancel,
now
I
could
no
longer
stay
there,
fasting,
and
feel
sick
and
abandoned
to
myself,
Without
anyone
bothering
me,
it
was
almost
midnight
when
I
left
the
emergency
room,
angry
and
dejected.
Now,
I
repeat,
we
know
that
in
emergency
rooms
you
have
to
wait
if
you
are
not
(fortunately)
in
serious
conditions,
but
I
believe
there
is
a
limit
to
everything.
