Peccato perché i pazienti non devono essere trattati così i veterinari sono più professionali in certi casi.

    Rude female doc who didn't want to give me pain medication for a terrible back pain. Had to cancel my trip and go back home. This clinic is more expensive than the guardia medica for exemple. The doctor was not able to speak basic english, was rude and did not listen. Call guardia medica, much better service.

    I am pregnant, with a risky pregnancy and it took me 3 hours to do my Bi Test. A total lack of respect with high risk patients. Everything I would complain they would tell me 20 minutes. I could swear they told me 20 minutes at least 3 times. Completely disrespectful. I definitely do not recommend

    I did the pcr because i needed for traveling,and they told me they gonna send me at the mail the next day and i paid 60€.The next day i was flying to another country and i needed to show in the airport the pcr results and i didn't have it in the mail because they never send it to me..so necessarily i did it again..

    What a neglectful attitude towards its customers. They moved my appointment 2 hours early, and when I arrived at the agreed time, they kept me waiting in the waiting room for 50 minutes. Such a waste of time. The doctors should learn to be more responsible and considerate of patients' time, especially during working hours when you have to take a leave from work. Never ever going to visit this clinic again.
