Although I didn’t stay at the hotel, I visited the seventh-floor bar. The view was stunning. We enjoyed two drinks, a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. It wasn’t crowded with tourists, making it a really pleasant spot. Highly recommended!

To me the Hassler is one of those sure things in life like the sun rising in the East and setting in the West. My spouse and I have stayed here on multiple occasions like my parents did before us. I think I was eight years old when I first came and now many decades later we come back. The service is impeccable, understated and professional without being overwhelming. The rooms are small but this is Europe, the beds and pillows are so comfortable my eyes start to flutter the minute I lay down. The concierge is the best in town, the bar is a classic in understated elegance. We love the bar. This hotel has a history which will forever make it special to my family.

7th floor rooftop Bar and Resturant is a hidden gem - 90% of Rome can be seen from one spot. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sunset is also perfect.

I ordered a camomille tea and it was in my room in 5 minutes. I ordered the porter to get my luggage and 5 minutes later he was there. This is how good the service at the Hassler hotel is. I recommend this hotel to all lovers of Rime due to its fantastic situation and the excellent service. Laura at the front desk organized the viewing of the World Cup final in the bar with impeccable service and excellent food. I had a memorable time in the Hassler and I preferred to stay in most of the time because I felt at home.

A good hotel in a central location with spacious rooms and nice views. The breakfast was excellent. The bar had live music in the evening with a piano player but it was a bit boring. The staff very friendly and helpful.

You pay such high price, you expect service. I left my bag at a restaurant the last night of my stay and only found out the next morning at 4 AM when i was getting ready for my flight back home at 6 AM. I asked them to follow up with the restaurant and that I would pay for shipping when they find my bag. They NEVER FOLLOWED UP! You cannot charge high and care nothing and service nothing! NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. Very poor service

Dear All, Unfortunately my high expectations for the restaurant Imago have not been upheld. The service was amazing, outstanding waiters and their manners! The food however, incredibly disappointing. The chicken was halfway raw, the beef tartar meet wasnt cut into more delicate pieces, and the taste was always rather unsatisfactory, as the textures and its corresponding tastes were in extreme contrast and did not balance eachother in a proper way. such pricing certainly doesnt correspond to the culinary standards. The only thing that saved that excuse of a dinner was the desert. Congratulations for a wonderfully done job on the desert. For a Mishelin Star Restaurant i was quite taken by surprise to find that my unwashed salad, also contained 2 insects, which made me lose my appetite entirely. I did not have the heart to of course inform the waiters, as they have shown incredible kindness and excellent service. The view on Rome however is a very good distraction from the distressful happenings that took place on our plates. With kindest of regards, D.K.

We had a weird room in the back of the hotel with no view. On top of that, on the second morning, a man came into our room early in the morning while we were sleeping. Hotel staff downplayed it saying it was room service making a mistake, but in what 5-star hotel does room service just barge into your room? Location was good and most of the hotel was beautiful, it just wasn’t the premium experience I thought I paid for.

Perfect location and very lovely service but more expensive than equally good service/location spots. Enjoyed the palm court as well. Them room was fine. A bit dated but comfortable. It was loud but that’s not their fault- street is popular and that’s part of the benefit of the location. Our room didn’t cool down, the window wouldn’t close easily, and the toilet ran. It was two nights and we didn’t raise with them so they didn’t have a chance to fix. Ultimately the service was impeccable and location perfect. Having said that not worth the price overall.

I feel very grateful to all the people who attended us these three days. They are very professional, very friendly and warm, and always our disposition with the greatest respect. I must say that it is my favorite Hotel so far in Italy, I like how they take care of all the details from the suite services to the simplest ones in the corridors of the Hotel. We will repeat!

We love this place. At the top of the Spanish Steps. In the heart of the shopping area. Great service. Wonderful Rooftop Restaurant. The BEST place to stay in Rome. You won't be disappointed.

There are luxury hotels and, then, there is the Hassler. The location is the best in Rome. The service is impeccable. The beds and linens are among the best in the world. If you can afford to upgrade to a suite, do not hesitate. Mr. Wirth owns and manages one of the truly great hotels of the world.

Exceptional! Everything about the Hassler is perfection. The hotel staff cannot do enough for you, the food is just magnifico and the I'mago outstanding as always. We stayed for my 50th birthday and the hotel couldn't do enough for us, including a surprise cake and champagne in our suite. Roberto on reception was the kindest and most attentive. Grazie mille Hassler

One of the best Hotels I have visited traveling through 31 countries of the world - service amazing, competing only with the Japanese one. Thank you very much!

I had a profoundly disappointing experience at the Hotel Hassler. My primary grievance stems from an incident where the concierge directed us to a questionable currency exchange office. Not only did this location exude an unprofessional aura, but they also imposed exorbitant exchange rates that felt exploitative. Such an oversight from a hotel of Hassler's reputation is unexpected and deeply concerning. I expect discernment and care when relying on hotel recommendations, but this instance sorely missed the mark. Unfortunately, I cannot see myself recommending or returning to this establishment.

The is possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stay. The service is another level. Everything about the Hotel Hassler is perfection, except the water temperature in the shower. It's a small inconvenience for this level of luxury and personal attention. If you don't mind climbing the Spanish Steps to your hotel, you will love the Hotel Hassler. If you do get tired of the steps the hotel has a van that will take you for free and it's only a 3 euro ride back up. The Hotel Hassler must be experienced at least once in your life.

A truly outstanding hotel. My husband came down with a particularly bad case of food poisoning (not from the hotel) and the staff could not have been more helpful. They took amazing care of us. Can't ask for more than that.

Went with a couple of friends to celebrate my birthday and I must say it was one of the most memorable experience. The view is spectacular, the Degustazione Menu was unique and delightful and the service was absolutely outstanding with particular thanks to Simone who provided great service. Thank you!!!

The Hassler Hotel in Rome is a luxurious and elegant establishment that offers guests an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step into the lobby, you are greeted by the warm and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. My wife and I stayed at the Hassler Hotel over a prolonged weekend, and we were blown away by the beauty of the hotel and the impeccable service we received. The location of the hotel is perfect, situated at the top of the Spanish Steps, with breathtaking views of the city. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings and artwork. The bed was comfortable and cozy, and we slept soundly every night. The bathroom was well-appointed with high-quality toiletries, fluffy towels, and a large bathtub, perfect for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel has several dining options, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the elegant Salone Eva, with a vast selection of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and meats. We also dined at the Michelin-starred Imàgo restaurant, where we savored the most delectable Italian cuisine, accompanied by a superb wine selection. The Hassler Hotel has a rooftop terrace that is simply breathtaking, with stunning panoramic views of the city. We spent several evenings up there sipping on cocktails, watching the sunset, and enjoying the mesmerizing views of Rome. The hotel also offers a spa and fitness center, where we indulged in massages and worked out in the well-equipped gym. Overall, our stay at the Hassler Hotel in Rome was nothing short of amazing. The hotel's elegance, exceptional service, and unbeatable location made it the perfect place for our romantic weekend getaway. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable and luxurious experience in the heart of Rome.

There are positives. Rooms are modern yet full of charm. The staff is pleasant. And the food is good. Unfortunately the negative was pretty bad. For 1200 euros my room looked directly at a wall and some other windows. This is completely unacceptable. For 1/4 the price there are other centrally located hotels with views of walls and this was considered ‘city view’. I would have been happy to pay the high cost if this wasn’t the case At the price I wouldn’t bother with this hotel. There are so many other options. Booking the garden room for a few hundred euros less would still be horrible value. The lack of coffee/espresso in the room was also disappointing.

This is the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Our first leg of our vacation was perfect. The staff is professional, friendly, and very accommodating. The rooms are spotless. If something isn’t to your liking-even the smallest thing, you become priority number one. I would stay here again and again.

Had drinks in the courtyard. Service is amazing and staff so kind. Great selection of wines, spacious seating with a zen ambiance. I didn’t realize they serve food in the courtyard mid-day, so figured I’d share!

Wonderful location at the top of the Spanish Steps. Service is good. Rooms are not the Hassler of old. Now modern but comfortable. Little "charm" remains from the "old days" of 30 years ago. Sadly what was one of my favorite hotels in the world is now just another "nice hotel."

This place is purely amazing. We were treated to This Michelin star restaurant by our wedding party. The staff here are absolutely so professional and our drinks were made to perfection. We spent close to €350 on drinks for our crew of 10 so it was absolutely reasonable. Our Moscow mules were done to perfection. Our server was great too and even accommodated by finding an iPhone charger when my phone started dying. Great work and we will be back on our next visit.

Massively overpriced with few redeeming qualities--zero english/french/german speaking people despite being a "tourist destination". Rude media contacts. Poor administrative management. Avoid. So many more beautiful places to go in Europe for 1/15th the cost.

Phenomenal service and incredible staff. Stayed at another “five star “ hotel next door earlier in the trip and was not impressed. Will defiantly be staying at the Hassler again in the near future.

Beautiful, timeless property right by the Spanish Steps. Check-in was also a wonderful experience being shown their rooftop terrace upon arrival. I will remember Hassler for life.

Exceptional hotel. Every employee was kind and courteous- remembering our names, what floor we were on, etc. Room was spacious and elegant. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Will definitely come back next time in Rome.
