My girlfriend and I stayed over the weekend at the stunning Hotel Eden. You ultimately love a hotel not for the amenities or services offered but the people. All of the great Rome hotels more or less have the same offers but none will compare to the true hospitality, kindness and authenticity offered at Hotel Eden. Roberta at front office was incredibly helpful, interesting and thoughtful. Dimitri and Luca in the bar were hilarious, welcoming and generous. While Marco and Stefano oozed charm as if nothing was too much trouble. Many of the team have been at the hotel 20 plus years and my only hope is that I can visit Hotel Eden for the next 20 plus years because its become home away from home and I cant wait to return! Thank you to you all including the immensely helpful concierge team. Going back home never felt so sad.

Went here for lunch! The restaurant is on the top floor and the views are incredible you can see for miles over the roof tops of Rome. The food is also amazing! Well worth a visit.

We loved the location. It was close to many places. Rooms were cleaned nicely every day. Very nice staff specially the door man was very helpful and he drew the route of us on the map so it was easy to follow. Our last day when we checked out in the morning they held our suitcases until 7PM for use since we had a late flight. They received 4 star because I was only disappointed to find out if they buy a ticket to see places they up the price a lot. I would have thought it would be one of their services. We loved the hotel and definitely will recommend them

Hotel Eden is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. From the moment you step foot into the lobby, you are greeted by friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The decor is elegant and tasteful, with a touch of modern sophistication

Excellent hotel, we arrived on mid day and asked whether it is possible to change the room at higher floor and they just do it very fast. There was time when the housekeeping not putting amenities at our bathroom and they came with very sincere apologize. It was a wonderful stay at Eden hotel, Rome and definetly we will come back again. And last but not least the resto roof top is the best view.

Booked 20 rooms here and nothing was ready on time. Waited over an hour to get into our rooms on no sleep. If you book here be mindful you’ll have to wait for your room and get a good nights sleep before coming here.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated. Impeccable service, the rooftop restaurant has a delicious breakfast and amazing views of the entire city. The spa is also lovely, I recommend the deep tissue massage, 90 minutes 🙏

Went just after lunchtime to top floor to grab some late lunch. Service was great. Views were amazing. Food looked very appealing with excellent presentation but the rissotto was slightly undercooked which was disappointing - for €30 I was expecting a close to perfect rissotto. Still, it's a very nice place for a date, watching sunset and/or drinking a glass of wine. Good ambience. Will have to try again, and try other dishes, but on this visit I was not convinced with what we had.

If I could give 6 stars I would in a second. The service is better than any 5-star establishment worldwide. The rooms are modern chic. And the food is excellent. Offseason prices are a bargain. In season it does tend to be very expensive. Location is walking distance to the Spanish steps. Ideal. Treat yourself you will not be disappointed. Oh, forgot even if you’re not staying in the hotel definitely check out La Terrazza bar. The views are spectacular and the drinks are molto buono.

Hotel Eden, classic Italian luxury with a breathtaking view over the city! Me and my fiancé go there on a regular basis and every time is an experience to remember! The food is spectacular, a work of art. But my favourite place there is "Il Giardino" a more casual restaurant and bar. A warm shoutout to Andrea the bartender from the bar "Il Giardino" who provides excellent, attentive & over the top service. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are very well taken care of ! Love love love !!!!!!!!! We had dinner here the last evening of our first trip to Rome. The view, atmosphere and service were amazing. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect spot to end our holiday.

Unless your looking to be ignored and looked down upon, you might want to avoid this place. While the setting is very nice, the staff are very unfriendly. We were ignored and avoided by the staff. I would rate this less than one star but l am required to give it one star to post the review. There are many nice hotels in Rome, this isnt one of them!

We didn't stayed at this location but we tried the restaurant at the hotel, the service was phenomal unfortunately the food we tried was not to the expectations. As "Americans" we thought that pasta would be as we all know it, but we thought it was undercooked; later on we found out that Americans always overcook pasta 😂. But after trying out a few other places we found out the pasta at this place was indeed undercook since it had a cracking feeling to it and hard to chew. The view is great dont get me wrong, it would be an excellent place to have A drink if you are not trying to spend a lot of money and have a dessert.

Hotel Eden is a absolutely beautiful property in the heart of Rome. First class all the way. I can highly recommend this hotel and it’s rooftop restaurant with stunning views.

Rome is one of my favourite cities. But one of my favourite “Things to do” in Rome is staying at this place and enjoying breakfast chatting with the staff serving breakfast that have been there for decades.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location is ideal, close to the center and all monuments. We would like to thank all the staff for their kindness, and especially mister Francesco (at breakfast) who with his kindness, good mood and professionalism made our stay an exceptional one. A special thought for the beautiful girls Ana, Monia and the lady who showed us the special suite. We had a wonderful stay with our family !! Again, thank you all ! We will come back for sure !!!

Amazing service, great location, nice room. The staff were very helpful and nice especially the concierge staff. Beautiful view on the rooftop bar to watch the sunset. Food was okay not much variety or specials.

We chose Hotel Eden because of its reputation as a 5-star establishment, expecting nothing but the best when it came to service and amenities. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations that come with such a high rating. One of the main attractions for us was the convenience of booking tours directly through the hotel's concierge service, trusting that they would have a network of premium tour operators to ensure a fantastic experience. This trust was misplaced. The tour we booked was abysmally managed, with a lackluster guide who seemed more interested in finishing the tour than providing an insightful experience. It felt like a rushed, inattentive affair, certainly not something we expected from a service associated with a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, there was a distinct lack of coordination, resulting in a frustrating experience that saw us wasting our precious vacation time. What was supposed to be a highlight of our trip quickly turned into a source of frustration and regret. Hotel Eden fell substantially short in providing a service complementary to their 5-star status. If you're looking for an establishment that meets high standards in every aspect, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This experience left a sour note on our vacation, one that is not justified by their high prices and supposed prestige.
