We stayed at A Roma for our honeymoon. We went half board and it was the best hotel we have ever been to by far. The front of house staff, especially Ilenia were all so friendly and helpful. although our Italian was lacking everyone spoke English to a high standard. The food served at both breakfast and dinner was amazing, we made the most out of the all you can eat!! The facilities like the spa were perfect and we even treated ourselves to a massage to relax after a long day of exploring and we couldn't have asked for more. The hotel was immaculately clean in both the common areas and our rooms. Overall this hotel is great and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends or family.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The front desk staff was great and helpful and the restaurant and bar servers were equally as friendly and responsive. There were even hair dryers in the rooms which I found to be uncommon in other hotels in Italy. My favorite part was their massive global buffet that offers free childcare entertainment so adults can eat their meal in peace! My kids got face paintings and balloon animals.., what a lovely touch! And there was a jungle gym of sorts and lots of play toys for the little ones. The pool was nice and while I didn’t get to spend time at the spa, it looked gorgeous. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Such a great find in a city that can be very hit or miss with accommodations. Will definitely be staying here next time.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Lovely spacious and clean with friendly, well English-speaking Italians. A few things to note: - they offer vouchers to be used on all hotel facilities including the restaurants, bars, shuttle buses, and spa in place for skipping a hotel room clean for a greener planet. These vouchers were great to use for the shuttle bus especially as it was between €12-€20 per taxi trip to get into the city and the vouchers make it free. These shuttle buses run at certain times in the day and leave bang on time so don’t be late! We were outside the bus at 18:44 and was a few yards away and they left just as it changed to the 18:45 without stopping even with us shouting and running after it. - you also in addition to the €20 voucher for hotel facilities, get two free drinks for skipping the hotel room clean. - We stayed in early March so their entire hotel ac and heating system was set to winter meaning that the rooms wouldn’t let you lower the temperature. This resulted in very warm and stuffy rooms to sleep in. We tried sleeping with the windows open but outside is just too noisy. We’d wake up every morning bunged up and too hot. This is not their fault and unavoidable really but yes the only bad part of the stay. - Massive breakfast selection! Great for vegetarians. Was an excellent hotel to stay at highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! 10/10! The hotel is beautifully presented throughout! The rooms are stunning, the spa is excellent and the staff were absolutely amazing! It really is so hard to come by such good service but this hotel blew me away! Firstly they gave me a free room upgrade for my birthday during the trip (we didn’t request this other than them seeing my DOB on the passport). They then gave me a days free access to the spa as well! Finally they have a mini bar in your room that gets refilled daily and is free to use! The breakfast was 10/10 absolutely amazing quality of food with lots of choice! I’m absolutely gutted to be leaving tomorrow! Thank you to Anna and all the front of house staff! Sadly I didn’t get everyone’s names to shout out, but you were all amazing throughout our trip and made it so special! I would 100% come back next year!

Amazingly friendly staff, clean and large rooms, rich and tasteful breakfast! Quiet area (you can relax well after sightseeing) , not exactly at the city center, but great shuttle connectivity. Very good value for money. Will come again!

This was by far one of my favourite hotels we stayed at in Europe! I felt immersed in the Italian culture just by merely staying there. Fantastically neat and clean, super helpful staff who clearly communicated, beautiful facilities, mesmerizing architecture. The breakfast was maybe not the most diverse in selection but I think that's due to different styles / cultures then any fault of theirs. They have two hotel buildings and it is easily accessible to the heart of the city and the Vatican. The man at the bar gave me free refills on water and they have free slippers that they don't mind you taking! For those who like to conserve, you can hang a sign up for room service to pass over you. My entire stay I felt as if I was living in luxury! Would definitely recommend!!

A nice hotel and conference centre which has two pools and a bar and restaurant area. Staff are friendly enough and the facilities are good. The wifi is fine and you need to connect via a portal. The amenities in the room are as you might expect, but nothing special. Location is in a quiet area but some shops and restaurants not too far and a nice green space. The beds were too hard so did not sleep so great, but the black out blinds in the room were excellent. The gym was great and well equipped and the pools were nice.

What an incredible hotel stay. Beautiful inside and the staff are so helpful. Anna was especially helpful, nothing was any trouble and she spent a while helping us through the map on getting around Rome, thank you Anna! It was great to receive kind customer service as over the years it feels lacking in some places, but not here! We were upgraded because it’s my birthday and our anniversary, to a beautiful balcony room. The food was gorgeous, our mini bar was stocked daily and free! If we didn’t have our room cleaned for one day, the hotel give you 2 free drinks and a £20 voucher to use in the hotel - we used ours on the spa. The hotel is around 20 minutes from the centre which I liked, a little far to walk but there is even a private shuttle that takes you in to the centre multiple times a day for only €5pp, it’s advised to book but we used it multiple times with ease. The spa and grounds are some of the best I’ve seen! The only downfall was the price of spa treatments, we were looking over €100 for one persons massage which we couldn’t justify unfortunately. But we did spend the £20pp to use the facilities for the whole day, definitely worth it! I’d highly recommend and would come back! :)

The hotel is very nice and clean. However, it is not people of color friendly. Their front desk staff are not very friendly at all. You have people travelling all over the world to visit this hotel whether you are black, yellow, and bleu. Hotel it self was nice. Their staff needs more training on how to treat their guests that aren't white. Sad to say but true. I will never return to this hotel.

We had a great stay overall: spacious bedrooms in a modern hotel with fantastic breakfast buffet, gym, pool (outdoor and indoor), spa and lounge areas. There’s a convenient shuttle service you can book for 5euros/person that brings you to the Vatican (morning) or the center of the city (afternoon). We did this in the morning and got a normal bus to come back. 30-40minutes but doable! Pros - the facilities: very enjoyable! If you want to be able to relax as well as visit Rome, this is a great combo - nice all you can eat breakfast buffet - clean, modern & spacious bedrooms Cons - the hotel restaurant/ à la carte has very prohibitive prices. We ordered a simple salad as we were not too hungry one night and got charged 12 euros for just a few leaves & cherry tomatoes. Not acceptable.. we didn’t go back

Spent two nights here before travelling to the port to pick up cruise. The room was spacious with bathrobes and slippers supplied. Toiletries supplied. A buffet style restaurant offered a wide selection of foods to suit all tastes. The use of the outside/inside pool and sauna/Spa were included. There was a shuttle service available for a small charge into the heart of Rome.

Incredible staff and nice clean rooms! Even got a cake for my partners birthday which wasn't expected at all. Far from the metro but the bus is a 5 minute walk away which takes you wherever you need to go so no complaints. Would definitely stay here again, had an incredible stay. Thanks to the whole team!

Huge thank you to the front desk receptionists Elisabetta and Jayson, for being super kind, welcoming, and helpful to my husband and I during our stay in Rome! They were informative, patient, and gave great recommendations in where to go and eat! The servers in the buffet for breakfast and dinner and housekeeping staff were nice and attentive as well! However, the rest of the girls in the front desk area were not very welcoming, and were rude to my husband and I, and it made us feel uncomfortable at times. The management team may need to retrain them. Our room was superb and bathroom was clean. Overall, it was a great stay!

The room are clean & tidy. Air conditioning was cool, temperature just nice going into autumn. One thing the hotel needs is security. After a long day touring Roma we need to have a good sleep and here come a driver at 11pm with honking and speaking loudly- we can’t sleep after that. Otherwise it will be a perfect 1st night in Rome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, it is perfectly located just outside of the city. There is a very welcome pool (especially in the summer), and the spa was a great way to unwind from all the city bustle. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet has lots to offer, the coffee is a fantastic way to start the day. Lots to take advantage of, with the gym, pool, spa and restaurants with great food and drinks. Rooms were clean and the hotel is working hard to be more environmentally conscious. Could not recommend enough.

A.Roma was a very nice hotel, very secluded from the rest of the city. If you would like to be close to the city to sightsee etc, don’t pick this hotel, you are very far, but if you want an escape from the city, this is a great pic! The breakfast was one of the biggest breakfast spreads I have ever seen. The spa was very nice we did a massage. The room we got was also so large which is so hard to find in a busy city, the walk in closet was bigger than my closet at home. A few negatives, although the room was large, the furniture was a little sparse and old. Some of the furniture pieces had some old stains. Additionally, some of the front desk & spa desk workers could have been friendlier. We booked a massage on their website and got scolded that we did not go through the hotel staff to book the massage.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel A.Roma Lifestyle, and the experience was exceptional in every aspect. The warm welcome from the staff, attention to detail in the rooms, and sophistication of the decor made my stay truly unforgettable. The hotel offers high-quality services, including a luxurious spa and restaurants that delight the palate with delicious dishes. The strategic location of the hotel, close to Rome's main attractions, makes it an ideal choice. I highly recommend Hotel A.Roma Lifestyle to anyone seeking a luxury stay experience in Rome.

Was traveling with 2 small children and the hotel was completely full. They were unable to give us the room type we reserved. Instead of a family suite, we were given adjoining rooms. The rooms don't actually adjoin though, just the hallway. This leaves the kids in a completely separate room behind a door to heavy for them to open, and 2 doors away from their parents. While not have been able to hear if they called out. The front desk solution was to give us 2 door stops , which left the doors open into the adjoining hallway. The hallway lights were extremely bright and no way to turn them off. Overall, a nice hotel, but bad service. We expected what we reserved and they were unable to accommodate.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down. Incredible hotel just great, pool was good, spa was nice, staff were good, rooms were nice and food was incredible marking a overall incredible experience will visit there again!

Very close to the center. Hotel has a big pool which is great if you are travelling with the kids. Rooms are large and modern designed. Prices are very reasfor such a hotel. Hotel has free outdoor and underground parking for hotel guests. I think only thing which needs to be improved first is the breakfast quality. But still it is a great value hotel.

Very beautiful hotel located in very quiet area. Staff is very professional and rooms are large, clean and equipped well. There is beautiful Spa center and open swimming pool available. One thing to know before booking, Spa center is open for kids only from 10-12 o'clock.

Being there for Xmas with my family and we enjoyed everything it has to offer. Big buffet with a huge selection, covid norms followed by both staff and guests, mini club for children with a nice groups of hosts (magician, tattoos, slide, trampoline, games, music), amazing indoor pool with hot water, spa with all the treatments you may need, rooms are big and silent). The only minor thing is the temperature of the rooms at night, as a personal preference i would sleep better with a slightly lower temperature, but nothing to worry about.

Large sized suites were lovely! However stayed during week and both of their restaurants and roof bar where closed. Was also excited to go to spa since included in price but it had gotten booked out for an private event. About 20 minutes from main city.

  • 3/5 Heather N. 1 year ago on Google
Had to wait 1.5 hours to get checked in ended up not being able to check in prior to having to go to our reserved event (almost late for due to the wait). Rooms are ok, nothing special about them. Had a balcony it faced the other hotel so nothing worth a view. The pool and breakfast were nice. The dinner was ok but mostly seafood. For the price and having to spend the money on the taxi to get to anything I wouldn't stay here again. I would have preferred a hotel/B&B closer to the city center. They do have a spa but i did not experience it. It really depends on what you are going to Rome for.

English spoken by most staff. Parking the best in Rome. Hotel is beautiful, clean and has a great pool and Spa. Food is above average but expensive. Breakfast is excellent. Charge for the shuttle bus a touch excessive and reception staff will arrange taxi's but not book in advance. Some staff a bit abrupt but this may be the language barrier. All round excellent and will stay again. Be aware it is 20 minutes drive from the City Centre but if your driving this and the ample parking are a huge advantage as is theneccellent Wifi

What can I say, just perfect. You know the hotel is your 1st impression of the city/country. My wife and me stayed 3 days, and it was perfect. The girl that is working in the reception was very nice and helping with everything. The shuttle to the city centre for 5€, really nice of the hotel organisation. There is very nice pool, that we used when we did a break from visiting the city. Overall hotel is just great, one of the best experiences. Breakfast could be better. Kudos to ppl that are managing the hotel 🚀

Where do I start?? This hotel was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed, definitely worth the money. the food was INCREDIBLE! I cannot rate the buffet dinner in the restaurant enough & very cheap! only €30 per person, all you can eat & came with a bottle of wine & free flowing Peroni beer on tap. there was so much to choose from & the desert was amazing. best cheese cake of my life. to top it off, you can opt to not have your room clean & for each day you will receive a €20 voucher & drink coupon to be used at the resort, we used the €20 voucher towards our dinner & got two beers with the drink voucher following day. i would come back to stay just to have their buffet dinner again, cannot recommend this place enough!

Really enjoyed our stay here so much we stayed again a week later. The spa is amazing ( that's no exaggeration) it is huge and has a Turkish bath, sauna, steam bio room and lots more. Herbal and fruit tea are on tap and pots of fresh fruit. The rooms were awesome and the staff were helpful. Also good value for money. Breakfast was excellent and some of the local restaurants were really good too. Nutella pizza for dessert was a good call.

I booked this hotel for our 28th wedding anniversary. I can’t fault anything, my room was upgraded to junior suite. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was great, there was a good selection of food. Great spa facilities, I had the hot stone massage and my husband had personalised massage. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I find myself visiting Rome.

This must be one of the best hotels I have ever been in (if not the best), and there have been many. Everything is so perfectly placed, so clean, so immaculate, that is even a shame to make use of their facilities, or the room…! The staff is so welcoming and friendly, the food is just heaven…the bed is so comfortable…but the best is the Spa, I can’t find words to say how good that was!

Am spending our last night on our Silver Wedding anniversary in this fabulous hotel with very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff (namely Jayson at the front desk and Maurizio in the Bar Restaurant). Would strongly recommend this hotel and the buffet restaurant for first time visitors to Rome. Although not centrally located to the main attractions site, access via public transportation is very convenient.

What can I say . The hotel was amazing. It was very clean an tidy . The food was amazing an the pool and the spar was brilliant, but most of all for me was the barman an the waiters especially Karol an Marizio they did everything possible for us an went above an beyond.

They made me pay a deposit of €200 at the checkin "just in case". They told me that the maximum amount of time for the money to arrive back is 10 business days, however a month has passed and nothing happened, now they are not even replying to my emails. Moreover, the breakfast was terrible, lots of different foods to choose from but poor quality. I do not recommend staying there at all.

A lot to like but the A/C in our room didn't work so it was not a comfortable nights sleep. Tried calling front desk but it was 2240 and no one answered. Pool perfect for families w kids 10 and under as max depth 5 feet or so. Good temp tho. No bar at pool. Buffet at night doesn't start until 2000 but one of the best I've ever seen for 35 euros. We had snacks before dinner on the outside patio and all 4 of us got bitten by mosquitoes.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Feb 2024 half-term and this is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s rated 4stars but honestly, it’s more like a 5. The facilities, the artwork, architecture, customer service, cleanliness of the rooms was just OUTSTANDING!! We stayed in a family room which meant we essentially had two linked rooms each with their own bathrooms and found the rooms to be quite spacious and well proportioned (one had a king bed and the other had two twin beds). Rooms came with complimentary mini bars which was topped up daily, robes, slippers and lovely touch of handy souvenirs in the bathrooms which included a sewing kit, vanity kit, shower cap, wooden comb and pocket tissue. Bathrooms were also equipped with body cream, hand wash soap, shower gel and shampoo & conditioner. The buffet-style dining experience was absolutely unreal!! The restaurant work in an open-show kitchen, so we were able to watch our meals come to life. And with 10 unique cooking stations, we could choose from a selection of menus, including American BBQ and Asian cuisine. The food was hot and tasty, unlike other buffets I had in the past. Beautiful scenery and about 15-25 mins from the city centre and about 25 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic). It’s ideal for families but also great for a couples break (as the whole set up is quite serene and romantic) or girls trip. We had to leave at 4:30am on a Saturday morning to catch our flight back to London and our breakfast was packed and waiting for us when we arrived at reception. From the receptionists, bar staff to the housekeepers, everyone was so friendly and polite. We had the most enchanting experience staying here and would highly recommend.
