My
husband
and
I
enjoyed
this
class.
Our
chef
was
Leonardo
and
he
was
an
awesome
instructor.
He
was
very
personable
and
helpful.
He
allowed
for
participation
with
our
group
and
made
everyone
feel
comfortable.
We
made
the
dessert
first
and
then
worked
on
the
pasta
for
dinner.
He
worked
with
us
step
by
step
until
we
all
had
created
pasta
noodles
and
stuffed
ravioli.
We
enjoyed
conversation
with
the
group
participants
and
finally
our
class
created
meal.
This
was
a
great
class
however
the
only
thing
that
kind
of
made
me
raise
an
eyebrow
was
when
our
self
made
pasta
was
returned
to
us
to
eat,
the
plate
I
received
was
not
the
pasta
I
made.
I
was
the
last
person
to
get
my
dinner
after
quite
a
lengthy
wait.
Not
sure
what
happened
in
the
kitchen
for
this
to
occur
and
not
sure
whose
pasta
I
ate.
Other
than
this
minor
incident,
we
really
enjoyed
this
experience.
