One staff who helped us from start to finish made our shopping experience a lot better even though it started on a bad note starting at the entrance. The male staff whose job seemed to be to open and close the door for customers - he was haughty, rude and had no smile at all on his face, all we could see was annoyance and arrogance. Another lady who left a bad taste in this shopping experience was not helpful at all and showed negative expressions when I requested to inspect what I was buying - which the action should totally be justified as a customer who would purchase.

Im so Satisfied of the service because of Michale. I have went to the long champ 3 time in different days. she was welcoming me by smiling and never leave me to wait for long time. She is the best seller i have seen in my life. Also i was buying a lot of bags and she was organised and preparing everything in order. I visited this store in the afternoon of June 8th, 2023, and purchased 2 bags. Having been to several Longchamp stores in Italy and abroad, I must say that I was not impressed by the service provided here. One particular male staff member displayed annoyance while I was looking at the Pliage bags. He exhibited an arrogant demeanor and prevented me from touching and examining the Pliage bags hanging on the shelves. This kind of treatment was completely unexpected, as I have never encountered such behavior from any staff member at other Longchamp stores. Furthermore, I was taken aback when the same staff member swore in Spanish after being accidentally hit in the fingers by a colleague with a drawer. It is highly unprofessional for a salesperson in a luxury store to engage in such behavior. After making the payment, I received the bags wrapped in plain white bags without any Longchamp branding. I am uncertain if this is the brand's policy, but it was not what I expected. Overall, I would prefer to shop for Longchamp products at a different store rather than in Rome. I have received better treatment elsewhere and do not wish to encounter such service again.

Yesterday i went into Longchamp store in Rome. The sales assistant serving me was excellent and extremely patient with me as i was buying for 3 other females. I maybe wrong but her name was Jenine. She just told me to take my time and make sure to choose the bag that felt right! She was also nice enough to give me small gift. Thank you for an great experience

My friends and I visited Longchamp outlet at Piazza di Spagna on the 21/04, and was attended by the wonderful sales representative Jasmine! We love her wits, her straight forwardness. We spent around 2 hours in the store contemplating what design to buy, what colour to choose, and there she is, all so patient with us indecisive customers 😅 Overall, she is just a wonderful, cute and sweet lady and we will definitely look for her again when we are back in Rome!

The staff in Longchamp at Piazza di Spagna are suuuper friendly and respectful. I really enjoyed my experience shopping there especially that "Yasmina" who made it extra special.

The place was obviously nice but the attention was horrible, there was one men who was very impolite and not kind at all, judging and staring in a bad way. Made the experience awful

Had a great experience picking the bag, until we were taken aback when we met a staff that was quite rude to us (old woman)…hard to believe that she spoke very nicely to the other customer afterwards. The inconsistency, it really riles me up! Thankfully, a very nice young lady saved our day by treating us super duper nicely. So the four stars here, all belongs to her great attittude!

Walked into the store looking for a specific bag which was pretty obvious but was not served by anyone. Saw a group of people chatting by a glass counter and thought they were customers. It was only later when we attempted to ask for assistance that one of the ladies (wearing an inconspicuous uniform) at the counter identified herself as a staff. Didn’t like her attitude and definitely not impressed by the customer service. The store in London was so much better.

After 3 years living in Rome, I had my best shopping experience yesterday in the Longchamp store in Piazza di Spagna. Priscilla was the sales specialist who made this experience, since I was looking for a model that was not available in the store, but with kind and welcoming attitude, Priscilla made that model available in the store in less than 24 hr. I definitely recommend you instead of ordering online, check the store in person because of the nice, professional staffs and well organized store.
