It’s not a true Sheraton but it’s a nice hotel. The food was good actually. Was a bit worried due a latest comment I saw about this hotel and our breakfast was simple but had good quality products. The rooms however were not cleaned at all. Not sure about the Marriott standard in this case but the cleaning part was simply not there. The room floor was dirty as it was not cleaned in the last 2 months. Bathroom was tidy but not disinfected. Missing complimentary slippers and other bathroom products, standard from other Sheraton hotels. The staff was cordial and nice. Overall an ok experience, would have even been a positive one if the rooms were clean.

One star for service because there is no zero. Unhelpful, unfriendly to point of being rude. Occasional staff member made a difference. Facilities advertised, not available. Worst coffee experienced in Italy. Paper cups for a 4 star hotel. Worst scrambled eggs ever seen. Stick to the fresh food than cooked. They don't have have a chef for breakfast. A bad cook surely prepares it. Conference section has no WiFi unless paid for. Dinner experience for 1 is not recommended if a conference is taking place in dining area. Ignored, cold food and trying to pay is difficult. Walk away and they will search everywhere for you. Constant request for dinner reservation at building 2 when restaurant half empty and stays that way for your entire meal. Assume it's due to less work for all involved. Rooms assigned with courtyard view means overlooking entrance to hotel. Arriving guests, departing guests, deliveries, garbage and drunk conference attendees will keep you awake nightly. Reception was unable to change my room until day 3 if my week stay. So much for Second Sheraton that I have stayed at which should be downgraded to two stars. Never, ever, again will I stay at a Sheraton.

Stayed there on a business trip in October for a total of five nights. The hotel is located closer to the airport than downtown Rome - taxis charge €30-€35 per way for that route. The property consists of three different buildings (for example, it's a 15-minute walk from building 1 to building 2). So, if you're booking multiple rooms, make sure they're all in the same building. Reception staff have minimal experience dealing with hotel guests and some are quite rude. The ground floor poolside room I stayed in was newly renovated, very spacious and offers a nice garden view. Housekeeping services are basic and could definitely be improved. Despite being 'serviced' daily, the room was never as spotless clean as it should be. There are markings of dead mosquitoes all over the walls! When it comes to food, I would not recommend dining at the hotel, at all. On the bright side, I have to admit the golf course, water features and green fields are a sight for soar eyes!

My wife and I chose to stay at this hotel at the end of our honeymoon because of it's proximity to the airport. We stayed only 1 night and that was enough. We spent 2 weeks in Italy prior and had the best hospitality between the trains, hotels and waiters from Tuscany to the Amalfi Coast. This place was just lazy. The front desk concierges were tired and uninterested. The staff had absolutely no idea what was even going on. It is a huge campus and they made me have to shuttle over from one building to the next to get tickets for a shuttle to the airport in the morning, that very easily could have been faxed over. They couldn't tell me what building I was in and didn't even know what restaurant was in the building. That's all on top of the shower handle coming loose and falling to the floor. The receptionist never answered the phone and the room service call was even worse. I had to finally get a random number to transfer me to the receptionist who then transferred me over to the bar for room service. So annoying.

A room was booked for me from Lufthansa as our flight got cancelled. After one night I am very sure that I’d never book this hotel on my own. The main reasons are: - The room looks and feels very outdated. All the furniture is old and full of damages. - The breakfast has nothing to do with a 4* hotel. - The minibar was completely empty. - The WiFi is limited to a 7MB/s up- and downstream. Unacceptable in 2023. - The location is in the middle of nowhere. There are no restaurants around when you are in building 2 which is far away from the „main resort“. The hotel restaurant was also closed because of too few guests. - From around 7am there was constant noise outside our door because housekeeping is stationed there and the door to their storage room squeaks loudly. Every time you thought that your own room door would be opened. Really annoying! - It's also a mystery to me why housekeeping tried to clean our room three times within two hours (9-11 a.m.). You should actually know that our room was occupied and wasn't available until 12 o’clock. Side note: The hotel seems to belong to the golf course next to it, and as a golfer myself, I was initially looking forward to the hotel when I saw this on google maps. Most golf hotels are in good condition and offer comfort but I would never book this hotel for a golf trip. Overall, it feels more like an outdated 2* hotel. The only positive aspect was the receptionist. He was kind and courteous.

The rooms of the hotel were cozy and the hotel staff was friendly. A memorable experience for us in this hotel was the breakfast. We had a very good breakfast buffet at Sheraton Golf Parco de Medici 3. The food selection was adequate and they make eggs and omelette by order. Pietro the service staff gave us an outstanding service. He made our entire breakfast experience an exceptional one. He was super attentive to our needs and gives service with a smile. Will definitely recommend this place to my other friends and colleagues.

Horror story: no hot water most of the times, terrible food (even by German standards). We had German colleagues complaining about the food, which says it all! Shuttle service basically useless: you book but you have no guarantee to be placed on an actual bus. Rude drives and reception staff. Location wise, in the middle of nowhere. Nothing more to add. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!

The service is terrible. My room was warm and the AC did not seem to be working so I called the reception, after calling them for almost 4 times 5th time they picked up and they said they will send maintenence however even after the maintenance check my room was still warm. I went down to the reception to ask for a table fan they said they will give it to me in 10mins but even after 1hr I did not receive anything. I had to catch an early morning flight and it was already too late. I couldn't not sleep well at all in that room 3207. The staff was of no help and they really need to check on their AC

Beautiful property. Amazing golf course. Very relaxing, good food. Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Nice selection of wines. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement). Overall very satisfied with the stay. Definitely would stay again.

this Sheraton is not a 4 star. no hit water in bathroom sink, dirty sink, mold in tub and sink under counter ledge. plug in tub not functional. bathroom door would not close. breakfast privileges taken away after 2 days. the front desk made no attempt to correct these issues when I talked to them. If your thinking of staying here don't. try the Holiday Inn down the street.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no access to public transportation. Taxis are quite pricey in Rome and traffic is horrible, which made commuting to the center of Rome difficult. The rooms were decent. Housekeeping could use a lot of improvement in terms of making sure the rooms are spotless clean plus the cleaning schedule. The food options on the hotel menu were so limited. The fact that you have to pay for in-room internet access after three days was a bummer. Nobody charges for internet these days so it was a bit bizarre especially if you’re staying at the facility for 13 days!

When I entered the room, I was unable lock the room from the inside so I need to wait for someone to fix it like 15 minutes. It is already inconvenient when you had long flight before if. I am ok that there's no amenities or drystores like coffee tea in the room, but at least give me a working water boiler. I wake up in the morning wanted to have some warm water to drink, but then I find out the waiter boiler is unserviceable, I asked for a new one to the front desk she said 'ok'. I waited for an hour but no one comes. I called to the front desk again, and she said they don't have, after leaving me on wait for an hour. She said they tried to call me and I didn't answer, what a lie, I was waiting for an hour, and never received any call, if they had called me why would I called them to ask again after an hour. So terrible service, ruin my overall experience. I don't expect this from Sheraton.

Rooms were not ready at the promised time of 3pm check in. Finally got our rooms at 5pm. Free drink vouchers offered for this issue which was nice, but having rooms ready on time in very important. Location of the hotel is not good. No airport shuttles for really anything other than a mall which you can walk to. Taxi service is expensive. Rooms were clean and bed was great. Property grounds needs some TLC.

We had a long layover in Rome on September 30th and stayed at this hotel close to the airport. Our cab driver tried to take advantage of us by charging us more than the fare of $31 euro. The hotel manager assisted us and helped to ensure we only paid the taxi driver the $31 euro. All of the staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcome in Rome. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The hotel felt very safe and there was a movie theater and shopping close by. We had a quiet rest and they assisted us to call a new taxi the next morning and made it to the airport quickly. I highly recommend this hotel for the nice rooms and the proximity to the airport but also for the wonderful team of people that work there.

No balcony, keys that very frequently will get rejected when trying to unlock your room, no windows or any aeration in the bathroom and what's more? The private van this hotel offers for free had us 30-40 minutes waiting in an outside place, 5 minutes away from the hotel. After communicating constantly on the phone with them and being told all the time that our driver was on his way, we decided to go on foot. Breakfast was kind of satisfying, unless you're late. Overall wouldn't recommend that

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Rome and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel boasts a fantastic facility, a serene pool area, and well-appointed rooms. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness were evident throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests or inquiries I had, and their attention to detail was commendable. The property itself is truly remarkable. The Sheraton Rome offers a beautiful and tranquil environment, providing a perfect escape from the bustling city. The pool area was a highlight for me, offering a peaceful retreat where I could unwind and soak up the sun. The facilities were well-maintained and the ambiance was relaxing. The rooms at the Sheraton were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the attention given to the small details, such as the plush bedding and the well-designed workspace. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were impeccable, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast experience. The Sheraton Rome truly knows how to impress with a wide variety of delicious options to cater to every palate. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of fruits and hot dishes, the breakfast spread was exceptional. The attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly, and their service was impeccable. Overall, I cannot recommend the Sheraton in Rome highly enough. The combination of its stunning facilities, a serene pool, well-appointed rooms, friendly staff, and delectable breakfast made my stay an unforgettable experience. I look forward to returning in the future and enjoying the exceptional hospitality once again.

It's a lovely hotel. Very clean and hygienic. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Leonard from front desk helped us always. Breakfast was good and decent. The ambience of the hotel is just amazing and I loved it. It's just that the location is too far from the city however it's near to the airport I believe. Looking forward for another stay soon. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality (:

Stayed there only for a night cause of a flight cancellation. We slept on one of their chalet outside. Place is beautiful, room clean and new, but in my opinion no worth that price. Breakfast, good. High quality pastries and fresh made food with plenty of alternatives.

The rooms may be spacious but they are outdated. There were quite a few issues in the room like broken shower pipe, sockets not working, no luggage rack, cracks in the walls and even dirt around the room . The Wi-Fi was completely horrendous. The signal was weak and the speed was very slow. The only good thing was the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The service level of this hotel is below average what you expect from any hotel. The staff is extremely rude and they do not seem to care. Moved rooms twice because of leaking bathrooms. No apologies made rather they showed us how annoyed they were that we didn’t want to stay in a room with a leaking toilet. Really disappointing.

Quarantined here for 22 days. Gov't run Covid holding facility. The food is horrible. I promise you don't want any part of this modern day leper colony. Can't wait to see family friends and Texas soil again.

The rooms are outdated, bathroom and showers are faulty, slow wi-fi with poor signal and very average for Italy food quality - not recommended! They will sell you Deluxe room with garden view with the only little window with broken curtain up into the sky. Long black hair all over bathroom, desk in the room and even door! Below any standard with the only one plus - it’s stuff! Will not stay again

Although rooms where somewhat ok but spacious; the hallways were dated. Staff was polite and they can call taxis for you although we just used the app for ours. No shuttle to or from the airport and city (blames it on Covid.. haha) but the Sheraton we just left in Rome had shuttles to airport and city. This location was a 36 Euro trip to the tourist area. It’s secluded.

It was for sure not what I was excepting. As a Marriott property I except a little more up to date. The lobby and area was fine. I am a titanium plat member and got upgraded to a suite and you can see the pictures it was interesting for sure. Sheet nailed to cover up the windows instead of blinds or curtains. It was decorated a long time ago for sure. All and all a but strange. The bathroom was nice with a tub and a shower. I know it’s covid times. But breakfast was weird they had all the tables put together so 8 people could sit around 1 table. I don’t know how this decreases covid but it was weird for a morning hotel breakfast. I would probably not return here.

Hope this helps someone. I could not give negative rating. I am sorry I didn't rate this sooner to save some people their hard earned money. I was charged for an extra person when but was not told about this fee until I got my bill. Which I never got I was charged for an extra night I asked to check me out a day before my scheduled departure could not stay there any further. I ws getting robbed by taxi drivers every day to get to the train station. Just stay at the holiday inn closer to the train you can go into the city from there and the orice is not bad. I am a Titanium Elite member and not only did they take my points for the stay but they charged me for the room. Horrible experience gave up trying to get my money or points back. Hope this helps someone else save some money.
