Villa Spalletti Trivelli in Rome is a hidden gem that provides a unique and unforgettable stay in the heart of the historic center. The hotel's commitment to personalized service is evident from the moment you arrive, with the owner often greeting guests to ensure that every detail of their stay is perfect. The highlight of our stay was lunch in the villa's beautiful gardens, which offered a serene and peaceful ambiance that felt like a journey back in time. The rooms are spacious and elegantly appointed with thoughtful amenities that enhance the guest experience. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is exceptional, and every aspect has been carefully considered to provide guests with the best possible experience. If you are looking for a luxurious and authentic Roman holiday, Villa Spalletti Trivelli is the perfect destination. In conclusion, I highly recommend this private hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Rome. The personalized service, stunning gardens, and elegant rooms make Villa Spalletti Trivelli a true gem that will leave a lasting impression. Jm

One of Rome's hidden gems! A spectacular luxury heritage palace passed on for generations - still owned and managed by the same family! Impeccably maintained with all the contemporary finest hotel features. Elegant, classic, serene - almost like a retreat which makes one pause and relax. Beautiful rooftop and exquisite fully equipped Spa. Excellent food and sublime service - you will feel pampered, taken care of and respected.

An oasis of tranquility within a bustling city that leaves no wishes unfulfilled. Everything, from the room in the 1901 villa, to service and breakfast was impeccable. For me, it was a home away from home. A big bonus is the rooftop terrace - just perfect to unwind after a busy day sightseeing. The location is central but very quiet, with numerous sights and restaurants within walking distance. Simply one of the best places I had the fortune to stay at in my whole life. I'll definitely be back.

Lovely hotel. We felt at home here - something you can't get in those plasticky 5-star chains. Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain, 10-12 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Breakfasts are delicious. Rooms are comparatively huge. We had the "Palatino" suite in the Annex - a spacious room with its own outdoor patio and a bedroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. Service was flawless. We will be back.

What a fantastic place to stay and relax. Francesca, Marco, Franco, and all the staff couldnโ€™t be more helpful, friendly, and kind. I shared the room Parione with my sister. It has a small balcony overlooking Via Piacenza, a large bathroom with double sink, shower, large tub and a bidet. The walk-in closet easily accommodates two people. The included breakfast is delicious, and the self-serve evening cocktails in the first floor salons are complimentary. So many amenities at every turn! Just fabulous. The location isnโ€™t terribly close to the typical sightseeing, many of which are a 15-minute walk, but itโ€™s quiet and serene and the staff will call for cabs, make dinner reservations, and whatever else they can do to make you comfortable. Love it!

I have just returned from my visit to Rome. I have to say that the Villa Spalletti gives you the feeling of a home away from home, only in a more Aristocratic environment. If you want to feel how the aristocrats lived in historical times of Rome, this is the place for you. Excellent location, very clean, amazing staff and during the Covid19 times, every possible precaution was taken to make sure that you felt safe. Loved eating breakfast outside in the private garden and enjoyed an afternoon drink in the spacious living room. The Villa Spalletti is a 5 Star small luxury Hotel that should not be missed when staying in Rome.

Pathetic owner that offer rooms with mould above EUR1300 per night, then they play victims when customers loudly complain for the outrageous condition of the room!! Arrogant Trivelli that cannot take criticism. This hotel should shut down and owner shall stop believing that he is a โ€œhotelierโ€, he is a crook!

We recently sent two of our travelers to Villa Spalletti and they loved it! They said they have never stayed somewhere so nice! The referred to it their "secret garden", as they felt like they were hidden away! Even though they were in Rome, which is busy, it didn't feel like that when you were here!

It's a very high end place , taking you back to the Roman times and architecture. The hotel was a villa of the Trivoli family and has been preserved and has a very welcoming feel.

Absolutely loved our 2 nights here as a family of 4 (13 and 14 year old kids)! Easy walking to Trevi and Spanish steps (and other sites), very safe location and excellently helpful and friendly staff. This hotel also has a really interesting history and the Spalletti Travelli family still owns it; we met Rai on the rooftop one day! Our rooms were gorgeous- very nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, great water pressure and excellent air conditioning! There are hot tubs on the roof along with a bar, which are great to soak in. There are complimentary mini bars in the room as well as an open bar near the lobby. Yes, serve your own in a richly decorated family room with comfortable sofas and historical decor. Their breakfast buffet is huge and you can even ask their chef to make you additional hot items! Great way to start the day! We also had some other meals here as itโ€™s not easy to find restaurants open at 3PM nearby so it was convenient and tasty! Stay here- youโ€™ll love it!

The neatest hotel we've ever experienced! The story behind this place is second to none and the service is top notch. We were lucky enough to meet the owner Andrea who was so gracious with his time telling us about the history which made our stay that much more special. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and complimentary cocktail hours at 5pm are a great touch. We will definitely stay here again next time in Rome!

This property is truly a 5-star hotel. The check-in process was extremely easy, we got a tour of the property, and they offered us Prosecco and chips while we waited ( around 5 minutes) for our room to be ready. They knew we were celebrating our honeymoon, so we got upgraded from the "romantic room" to the "S. Eustachio" suite. During our stay, they knew us by name, made reservations for restaurants in the area, and even invited us for a wine tasting on Wednesday. This place used to be a private mansion before becoming a hotel, and you can tell by all the details throughout the hotel. They have a beautiful art collection, and the library is impressive. Breakfast was delicious, and we had the option to eat outside in their gardens. Thank you to the whole team, and we are definitely coming back!

Second time is charming. Great breakfast, as you like it. Take advantage of their sauna. During covid by reservation only. We reserved 1 hour but stayed 2 because no one else signed up, but that was after full days out.

Booked this hotel months in advance. Hotel cancelled room while I am in Italy during sold out weekend for no apparent reason (I had a pay onsite reservation). Will not book again, will discourage US-based travelers from staying somewhere that there reservation is not guaranteed

Incredible boutique hotel. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Service excellent and the location is perfect for seeing central Rome. Plus one of the best restaurants in Rome is around the corner, Rinaldi's.

We booked this based on our available points and it was worth everyone one of them. Roughly one week ahead of us arriving the hotel reached out asking about arrival times, transportation from the airport, and potential reservations for dinner. We were blown away! Marco and his team got us reservations for a near by restaurant and also got us a black car from the airport to the hotel (additional cost). Once we arrived, Marco was there to greet us and Dom checked us in. Our room wasnโ€™t quite ready once we arrived, but that was because we were early. It was worth waiting though as they stored our bags and provided Prosecco in the drawing room. The overall hotel was immaculate. A true historic hotel with a lovely garden area. The staff was at your call for anything they could help with. Breakfast was available in the morning, but we did not partake. Also, drinks were served from 17:00 to 22:00. They had some great choices. The overall room was beautiful. Very clean and had all the amenities we required. After returning from our dinner, they even provided a turn-down service. The bed was enjoyable as we needed a good nights rest after our long haul. Also, they provided a charge station for those wanting to charge their electronic devices and werenโ€™t from Italy. The room was equipped with heat, but we never used it. We didnโ€™t check for AC. The mini bar was also stocked, and was already apart of the room charge, so we enjoyed the sparkling water the whole time. During our stay, the team did a couple things that we saw as above and beyond. The first was providing us a taxi to our tour for the Vatican. They got it there in under 5 minutes and it was at the front door waiting for us. Lastly, was a fresh espresso and americano prior to their morning services. This meant a lot as we had an early out and nothing would be open for a couple hours. This seemed to be the trend with Villa Spalletti Trivelli; ensuring your stay was above and beyond. We look forward to staying there on our last day prior to heading home!

Near to Fontana Di Trevi, it was a house of Conte now an Hotel. I will suggest to everyone this beautiful hotel. The service is excellent, also the rooms and the sauna. The minibar is included, you have also a parking with no extra charge. The staff is very friendly and they help you with everything.

One of the best hotels in our travels around Europe. Yes itโ€™s that good. Staff are lovely. Feels like youโ€™re staying in a home rather than a hotel, which incidentally you are. Very lovely and nice touches all round. Highly recommended.

I stayed here mid-February. The hotel was, simply put, the most special place I've ever stayed (and I travel a lot!). The service was impeccable, the building was breathtaking, the location couldn't be beat. The breakfast was vast and delicious (I am still thinking about the cheese) and the saunas were a perfect way to end the day. It all seems like a dream now. Honestly, the fact that this hotel is in Rome, of all places, is great - but truth be told I'd go there if it were in the middle of nowhere. It is a destination in and of itself. I can't recommend it enough and I cannot wait to return. Can someone invent teleportation already, please?

Incredible hotel. Beautiful common spaces, beautiful rooms, it is rare to find such a prefect hotel. On top of this, the staff is amazing, incredibly helpful and kind. Contact the hotel directly!

Always a beautiful experience. Nothing ever seems to be too difficult for the wonderful staff or to too much to ask. I love having coffee and tea in the garden.
