To help skmeone'. Leaving a review after investigating enough. I've not been to this place but I did investigate the reviews, most of them are fake. The people have copy pasted the text or these people have stayed in 10 different places on the same day. Also interestingly all from the same country/region

Me and some friends were unfortunate enough to stay here for three nights. The check in experience was very weird. We checked into a different hotel than the one we were staying at and after checking in we walked over to the actual hotel we stayed at. The location of the hotel is in a very sketchy area of Rome. We were told by two locals to not go walking out too late at night. The building itself was very dirty and unmaintained. The receptionist who checked us in had trouble getting the elevator to work. The hotel itself was terrible. There was a sewage-like smell coming from the common bathroom and it would leak into the rooms. There was also another smell I couldn't quite figure out that made it hard to sleep. The AC unit in the room didn't work. The key provided for the room looked like a generic skeleton key. We were worried that other guests could just use their keys to open our room door. The key used to open the hotel front door did not work one of the nights we tried to enter and we were lucky enough that two other guests staying in the same building let us in. When we talked to the hotel employee he told us to push the key upwards while turning. We tested that and it didn't seem to help and we ended up just having to try unlocking the front door multiple times until it opened. On the last day at the hotel before checking out we tried to us the shower and bathroom. At some point it had stopped working and there was no running water for the toilet, sink or shower. After all the issues we had at the hotel we double checked the reviews and noticed a review pointing out that there were many fake reviews for this hotel. If you look at the 5 star reviews you will see many of them look like generic copy pasted reviews. We wish we had been more thorough about reading the reviews because the worst hotel stay any of us had experienced.

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Yet, it was still conveniently close to major attractions and transportation links, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I can't recommend Relax on 247 Hotel enough. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, rejuvenating spa, and delicious dining options all contributed to a truly memorable stay. If you're looking for a place where you can truly relax and unwind, this is the hotel for you.

Parliamone doccia fatiscente, parete suddivisa con cartongesso non integro, scarico non funzionante, finestra rotta e tutto questo per 132 euro a notte! Hanno avuto anche la faccia tosta di chiederci soldi per il deposito bagagli di qualche ora. Esperienza allucinante

Rooms are very clean and big. Receptionist and other workers are kind and friendly people. Everything was perfect!!

I had the most amazin' time durin' my stay at this amazin' place. From the moment I stepped into the room, I felt so comfy and at home. They kept everything super clean and tidy, which was amazin'! Everythin' about my stay was just perf, seriously. The atmosphere was so fancy, and I felt so spoiled the whole time. The staff was super nice and always made sure I had everythin' I needed. The room itself was like a dream, clean and fancy. The decor was so nice and made it feel extra cozy. I was totally relaxed and happy the whole time. Our stay was really awesome and we extremely liked the ambience of the room. The staffs were very polite and helping. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when they visit the city.

Pésimo servicio. Nos cancelaron la reserva en el último momento por un problema con el pago que ni se molestaron en solucionar. Contacté con ellos, tardaron mucho en contestar y no ofrecieron ninguna alternativa. No lo recomiendo.

Habia reservado por booking enero y una semana antes de viajar en abril me cancelaron por supuestos problemas con el pago, nunca intentaron solucionarles les envie miles de mjs y nada pesima atencion la verdad. Me quede sin hotel a un par de dias de ir.

I stayed around 3 nights & 4 days at this place & I would definitely say that time spent here was one of the best time in my life as the stay was very luxurious. The staff working there was so polite & responded promptly. The room I got was very clean, posh along with nice detailing for interiors. I would love to visit again here with my loved once.
