(Translated by Google) Bad place, rudeness reigns supreme from the cash desks to the reception point The cashier with short hair cold and arrogant. Same thing with the young nurse doctor at the vaccination center, for goodness sake, a place to avoid. (Original) Pessimo posto la maleducazione regna sovrana dalle casse al punto accoglienza La adetta alle casse con i capelli corti fredda e arrogante. Stessa cosa il medico infermiere giovane del centro vaccinale per carità posto da evitare.

You would think you were in a South American favela, the place is really dilapidated, dirty and destroyed, something indecent for a European capital, but the fault lies only with those who manage regional healthcare, who should be ashamed for making people work in such environments . People and workers who are exceptional and give their all to deal with the situation (which is why three stars instead of one). The doctors are excellent, all the administrative staff are good and understanding. Hold on guys, sooner or later this scoundrel who manages the top levels of healthcare will go home. (The problem is: who comes next?).

Brought grandchild for vaccination with authorization on plain paper from both parents and photocopy of documents. They objected that the delegation had to be filled out on a pre-printed form provided by them but I could fill it out on site. The parents' signature was required at the bottom. I said that the parents were at work and that was why I had gone. In the end I signed the parents. I lost 45 minutes due to bureaucratic nothingness.

My girlfriend was very upset by the treatment she underwent: who made fun of her for the lack of a PRINTED recipe (but seriously don't accept a simple PDF that you could print yourself) complete with "here's some artra without a prescription" and who sent back and forth for always different reasons. Does this seem like the way to behave in a HEALTHCARE facility? By the way, the structure is indecent: taking away the completely unobtainable location and the absent hygiene (never seen so much pigeon guani in one go), who thought of putting a "waiting room" on what is practically the stairwell must be an evil genius. I am therefore not surprised by all these negative reviews, it also seems that the positive ones are written by the staff themselves Beautiful, without the taxes that we pay handsomely, you would live on bread and onion so respect the patients who you would even simply have to welcome from behind a desk, a skill in which you don't need a degree

BETTER DEAD than there. You go with the two-month-old baby by appointment and then wait in the corridor without even the walls (the walls are plastic CURTAINS) full of electricity, standing. Grumpy and hasty reception (reception?) In the clinic, the child who had to have his vaccinations was treated with the delicacy of a rabid pig and with the humanity of an executioner. Then you are amazed at the anti-vaxxers, which is the least. Those who do this job must remember that no one forced them and not to let off steam on the patients who PAY A LOT OF TAXES for a service that is unspeakable to say the least. Last but not least: dilapidated environment. It's a shame I can't give a negative rating, I even have to give it a star.

(Translated by Google) Pediatric covid vaccine, we are asked to bring the appointment forward by half an hour, we agree and wait outdoors for an hour and a half, in the meantime perhaps 6 or 7 children are vaccinated. The only thing that works is the projector with the cartoons.

I went to request a new health card due to loss and they sent me away within a few minutes telling me that it had already been sent, I called the health card service and they told me that no shipping request had been opened by the local health authority. Incompetent.

(Translated by Google) I was there on Tuesday morning and although there were some difficulties with the electricity and then with the Cup, the staff was great in managing the users who were not always patient .... Staff very kind, polite and very professional, I heard some people before me complaining about waiting in the cold, as I listened to them I watched the nurses and support staff work in duvets, hats and gloves, our wait was a maximum of half an hour, their shift I don't know. Congratulations also to the security guard and his infinite patience. We often talk about medical malpractice and rude staff, I must say that I went away appreciating their way of working.

Apart from the squalid area, the structure is something embarrassing, the worst in Rome in my opinion. But you can have an ASL center under public housing... embarrassing to say the least! The ASL should represent ORDER, CLEANLINESS, PRECISION! Here you find the complete opposite of what it should be! Not to mention the staff and the "doctors", especially the rude and disrespectful orthopedics!!! I don't usually leave negative reviews but as a citizen who loves her city and its inhabitants, stay away. Truly! You're just wasting your time and money.

I've been trying to cancel a vaccination appointment at the center in Via Dino Galli,3 for days. No one ever answers the various telephone numbers, only a record that continually repeats that the operators are all busy. Elsewhere, I suppose. Then, if anything, they will complain about my incorrectness when I don't show up for the appointment.

the five stars are for all the medical staff, certainly not for the location. Having two children, I have been attending this center for 14 years and have always been welcomed with availability, competence, patience and kindness by everyone. the doctors are very kind to children and patient with mothers and always smiling. It's a shame that they are forced to work in such an unpleasant and unwelcoming place. public health should know better about the conditions in which some doctors work and, despite this, these doctors are always courteous and helpful. a special commendation to Dr. Emanuele di Cosimo, alone with the children.
