    Who knew McDonald’s offered medium burgers…? I usually stop at this McDonald’s before heading to work. I made a mobile order at 5:30pm and I received through the drive through at about 5:36ppm. Which is pretty fast and now I know why because my burger was raw, the fries were ice cold and my pop was flat. My job is 30 mins a way so I didn’t have time to turn around and take it back.

    Fourth time with issues and this was the last straw. Hair on top of my son's burger and in the fries. Go in to get a refund and immediately understand why there is hair in the food. Multiple women working with hair down flinging their hair around. Did receive a refund with no issues.

    Just receive this raw uncooked bagel from this place, tried to call they phone are busy. It’s crazy how peoples le spend they money and this is what you serve them. This is unsafe to eat as you can see it’s raw and the professionalism is horrible as well. No one ask you guys to choose that job but since you chose it atleast have some care because this is not it. Or simply find another job

    Food was cold, fries and sandwich and burger meat was hard and very dark, like it was old. Person at 1st drive thru window was not friendly, I felt like I was bothering her. I don’t live in MI any longer so I won’t be back. I had just driven 6 hours from upper MI and hadn’t eaten yet so was disappointed I couldn’t eat what I’d just purchased.

    On my third visit, we're sitting in line for nearly 20 minutes. Only to get to order and they don't have it. Mind you, this is my third time this happened. I am done. This is it. I will be riding pass this Micky Ds for now on.

    I usually do not eat McDonald's but I stopped here for a shake. I was so hungry. There was a young lady who Not only was very professional but made my day with her professionalism and kindness. An employee named Crystal (yes I remembered her name) was very helpful and pleasant. I wasn't having the best day and she talked to me as if she knew I wasn't feeling my best! I would visit here again just because of her. Very clean location, fast service

    Super rude manager. We go inside, unfortunately what I like to get is unable to be ordered on the kiosk. She basically ignores us, talks to us with her back facing us "use the kiosk". And when she finally acknowledged us at the counter, we tell her that we can't use the kiosk and she said "oh, well when I get to you" turned her back and continued with drive thru that only had 2 orders. Just so rude. Food is usually old and incorrect anyway. Don't even waste your time. You'll probably get a flat tire leaving there too. Parking lot is full of pot holes.

    I was there at dinner time and the drive-through was full. Beccareful certain times of the day you will not make your airplane if you get food there because the drive-through will not move.

    No soap and when I asked how long it’s been like that hoping they would say they were not aware of the issue, the response was “been like that for two days”. McD’s isn’t a freaking truck stop in BFE. This is the #1 food chain in the world in the largest city in the state! Apparently the manager missed the part in kindergarten where you’re supposed to wash your hands with soap and water before snack time.

    How do you give a kid a happy meal and not the sauce get all the way home? What do you think they're doing? This is the most incompetent McDonald's. I have ever seen in my life. I have lived in this area for forty years and that place never changes

    Long wait at counter despite being the only one there. No apology, no welcome & spoke to me with attitude. I felt they just wanted customers to go away.

    Heard the managers arguing about something that clearly had nothing to do with the orders on screen. I was in line with another random gentlemen infront of me. My wife is pregnant and has a real specific order. I waited in line for quite some time before deciding to just order at the kiosk and get my wife some nuggets instead. Fries were cold, and nuggets were well past their timer. Dry and flat. Hopefully, general management can get their management team in check. Oh, and that random gentlemen in front of me stayed in line the entire time i sat waiting for my food. He only placed his order at the kiosk when he saw me get my food and walk out.

    Would never go here again. Rude staff. Staff was more worried about socializing with each other than doing their job. Order was wrong. When I said thank you the girl just stared at me and didn't know what to say.

    Absolutely NO stars at all. Me and my husband came in yesterday as we were out to take out daughter to the pumpkin festival. The health department will be called. Disgusting isn't even the words to describe how nasty that place was. On top of the workers were not friendly. No smiles. No customer service act at all. Now for our food. There were hardly any one in there and we waited 30 minutes for our food because apparently they sent our order out to someone in drive threw. Then asked for our receipt so they could remake the order. Then when we get our food it was cold. We are not from Romulus. We traveled for a family outing andthe experience was disturbing. Again health department will be called as well as corporate. Lots and lots of health code violations.
