Opened late!!!! Workers arrived at 4:50am for this store. It is suppose to open at 5am, and it is still closed. There is a massive line of people. It is now 5:30am, and they still haven’t opened. Many angry people in line. I just asked them when they’d be opening, and they rudely stated not for another 15 minutes. They know they are late. Now they are standing around on their phones unopened looking at everyone else in line. Three employees back there!

One of the worst Starbucks ever! The server was horribly rude, she was some lady. Shouting and replying.

So you are supposed to be open at 5 AM and think you have a right to leave a bunch of hungry customers without because you are too lazy to open your store on time? Aren’t you on the clock starting at 5 AM? Whoever opens there needs to be handled immediately. Super rude and inconsiderate.

Another great starbucks with a very friendly and efficient staff. The variety of options for drinks, food and desserts was wonderful as well the items available for purchase such as mugs and tumblers. The staff was even able to ca our screaming kids haha.

Horribly long line and they do not focus on those in line but mobile orders. I had been in line for 35 minutes and had to leave when I was 2nd in line to catch my flight due to their lack of focus on those in line and more focus on mobile orders. They should be doing 5 orders from those in line to every mobile order. Better yet don’t do mobile orders like most stores during peak times. Follow up: Don’t instruct us to go to a link and actually address the issue.

Stopped by Starbucks at DTW during a layover. It was decent, got my usual coffee, but prices were a bit higher. Staff seemed stressed, but it's an airport, so I get it. Not much seating, but it's fine for a quick caffeine fix. 3 stars, nothing fancy, but it does the job.

The staffs are not professional at all. They don’t bother about customer or service. Their approach were not good. Even I told and showed my staff ID card that I also work in Starbucks so I can get staff discount. They see my card and didn’t believe me and did not give any discount. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Feel like they didn’t expect me as they were gossiping all together and sitting on customer chair.

Best thing you need to keep u up during traveling. I got my order thru the app. When I got their it was ready. The line here is always crazy.

I was quite disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. In the past, Starbucks has been known to provide customers with a glass of water upon request. However, during my visit, not only was my request denied, but I was also encouraged to purchase a bottle of water for $5. It's essential for businesses, especially reputable ones like Starbucks, to maintain consistent service quality and put customer needs first. I hope to see improvements in the future.

I just experienced the worst service! I usually don't complain! First of all the person who took my order did not listen at all, I ordered an iced Americano and egg bites, got a hit Americano with English muffin. One if the nice service people got me the egg bites, didn't have the heart to tell her I wanted my coffee iced! Not to mention the egg bites are basically edible rubber. :(

Cashier negative and shaking her head because she didn't understand the oder of the lady in front of me. I ordered Caramel Chai 2 shots no water and she had no clue. She decided to just give me a Caramel Chai latte without 2 shots. Food is always great. Train your people. Train your people!!! Managers. I've been reading other reviews for this location. The "OWNER" sends the same canned response to all reviews. Obviously this person doesn't intend to correct anything.

Why would you work at a place you hate? Because I can guarantee that all 3 workers this morning hated their jobs. Not one person was smiling, welcoming or helpful. The person taking my order didn’t even look up when I walked up to place my order. It was as if I was bothering her this morning. Awful service. Airport should intervene here.
