The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is amongst a few eateries that are within walking distance. The room was of great value with amenities. A shuttle is offered if you need airport accommodations.

Stayed this past weekend and I really enjoyed it. Room was very comfortable and property was clean. Literally 3 minutes from the terminal at the airport which was so convenient. They don’t have their full breakfast at the moment since they’re still under Covid procedure but they had a lot of options. There’s also a Starbucks a few minutes away which was nice. I’m a manager at a Choice Hotel myself and it was nice to see that they follow the standards and keep the hotel up very well. Great hotel for a quick stay near the airport. Thanks so much!

With weather related flight cancelation that interrupted my trip while connecting in Detroit, I found myself in this pleasant hotel. The front desk staff were professional, and eager to make guests comfortable. One could see the team spirit and willingness to make a difference, even when visibly overwhelmed by requests from guests. I got billed twice due to a booking mix-up, but that won't take away the service I got. The breakfast isn't fantastic too, but it was a nice short stay. I'll consider this hotel when making a choice near the airport in Detroit. Remember to tell them your departure/arrival time if you need a shuttle to and from the airport.

This is not a place you go to for exclusive five star accommodations but will certainly suffice for short stays if you want to stay close to the Detroit Metro airport. There's a restaurant in the building so no concerns about where to eat. The young lady at the front counter helped to address a MAJOR booking issue and was pleasant in all of her engagement with myself and other customers. Will I ever stay here again? I won't say no ...

Floors were filthy inside. Mud tracked in, carpets on second floor needed vacuuming. Elevators had not been cleaned in sometime. Ceiling in room was peeling near door. Space heater ran off and on, carpets were stained inside our room and worn. At least we had clean towels and bed. I hope. But this Comfort Inn is serviceable as an overnight last resort. The shuttle is a milk run for several hotels and you will wait a long time.

Could be cleaner although not terrible. Room smells like wet dog although a no pet hotel, AC filter needs 2 be replaced. Beds were ok with newer duvets, and nice towels! Staff was ok. Good location.

For years I have stayed at the Westin when flying out of Detroit and while it's nice, it is NOWHERE near the value at this comfort inn!! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is! Every person I have needed help from, from the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping, has been the best customer service experience in any hotel. I asked if there were upgrades available and was given a beautiful, spotless room with a huge soaking tub. The food is excellent and the rooms have everything you need for a short or long stay. I am a new, loyal guest of the Comfort Inn ✨️

Good, clean room. Quiet. We didn't hear any guests in adjacent rooms and we didn't hear any planes. We stayed hear the night prior to our flight. Second time we've stayed hear. Staff is very nice. The free breakfast is free. Not good.

Late night front desk person was great. Very friendly and super helpful. Room was mostly clean except for a greasy nightstand (may have been the wood polish and they just forgot to wipe up?) There were also some burn marks across the lip of the surface that were a little unsettling. USB hub/power block on nightstand needs replacing as most of the ports were broken. Shower setup was a little odd. No matter where I put the curtain, a puddle formed outside the shower stall by the time I was done. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room otherwise in decent condition. A/C worked fine. Room 345.

We arrived late at 10 pm after our flight. The bar was open until 1030pm, and the bartender graciously served us a couple of rounds and stayed a little past closing. Check-in was very smooth; the employees were very polite. The room was clean and fine. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good. Hot shower and decent breakfast. We checked out early at at 7am. Was worth the last-minute booking for $100. Would recommend

Check in overall great . Nice people. Finding parking for the park/sleep/fly a tad tough. Told where to park and no empty spots. Parked the best I could and reported to the manager on duty so they would know. He was not very nice . I offered to show him how far away I did park and he still was crabby. Again, it was very busy. But still! Carpets in the entire place are filthy and needs cleaned up. However, room was clean . The carpet not so clean in room .

I stay here frequently and I enjoy my stay every time. Clean rooms, friendly staff, restaurant/bar right beyond the lobby. Never had a problem here. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a room on the affordable side… definitely worth it!

So convenient! We had an early flight out, it was so nice to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and to use the park & shuttle services. Our room and the food were great, and Marvin was very helpful to set up everything that we needed. We will definitely stay here again when traveling!

The staff were kind and helpful. Location is right next to the airport and super convenient! The rooms could have been cleaner, and the lock to our door didn't work properly. But for the price we paid, it was a nice stay!

I thought this place was perfect! I had just gotten off a late flight at DTW airport. They have a shuttle that comes to get you. And the shuttle takes you to the airport and the car rental places. The hotel lobby looks modern and clean, and the room was the same. The bed was super comfy, and I had a great nights sleep here. This is the best value for the price. It did not make me feel like I was at a seedy run down place at all. The desk staff was very nice and helpful. They even gave me a disposable hair comb, as I had discovered that I forgot a hairbrush on this trip. I would 100% stay here again.

Free shuttle from/to the airport. East/fast check in/out. Comfortable bed; even more comfortable than my own. Every staff member I encountered were very friendly and willing to assist. Due to COVID regulations still going on, the breakfast was not a full breakfast but more so a smaller version of a continental breakfast. I normally don't eat burgers, so decided to give one a try for dinner on day 1. It was cooked perfectly to the point, I ordered and ate another one for dinner on day 2. There was no charge to print out my boarding pass in the computer room.

They had decent rooms and they also have a breakfast area (plus a bar + restaurant area during the day). We were able to grab some basic breakfast items for our super early flight which was very nice! You have the option to actually park on-site instead of having to shuttle to a separate lot which was convenient. They also have shuttles to and from the airport.
