Rooms are dated but looks like they are remodeling. The lady at the front desk was nice. My biggest complaint is the airport shuttle. We tried to flag the van down as they were driving away and they clearly saw us. You would think any decent human would come back for the people they just left needing a ride but after waiting another 15 minutes we had to call the front desk again to have them come back. What a joke.

Worst Marriott hotel I have ever been to. Heat in room wouldn't go above 66, no soap in shower dispenser, the airport shuttle had insufficient space leaving airport and going to ot. Driver had to leave guests stranded for a later ti.e. Also, the mattress was sagging. You're better off going to a Motel 6

I already wrote a review from my stay. But I got back from my trip to find that my entire tank of gas had beef siphoned out of my car! It was parked right in front of the entry! Really, Marriott!!???

Traditional Courtyard hotel. WiFi works well. Lots of parking. Rooms really need to be updated. No ice machine on the first floor. The rooms.can be noisy with overhead planes. Somewhat expected due to the proximity to the airport.

Had a great stay, check in was quick, and the front desk agent was very professional and efficient. The room was very clean with fresh looking bedding, but the fixtures (lights, phone, etc) were quite worn. There was plenty of hot water and clean towels. The room was quiet, which was a bit of a surprise as the hotel is very close to the airport.

The staff were friendly and efficient and my room was clean. Some of the machines in the fitness center are broken. There is a LOT of noise. The walls are thin enough to hear the people next to you and you can always hear planes/traffic. No complimentary coffee or breakfast, but they do have a little bar where you can purchase snacks or coffee.

Overall, the hotel is dated/tired. But the service is outstanding. and the 24-hour shuttle is de rigueuer. If this were a newly renovated hotel, I would give it 5 stars.

Had to book last minute and then 20 mins later flight issues were resolved. Immediately called hotel and discussed issue. Informed only 3rd party could request refund and hotels hands were tied. Contacted 3 party whom after multiple days informed me the hotel had final decision and they declined the refund despite assurances by hotel. Won't book at a Marriott again. Lied to by hotel in multiple instances and unaccommodating to their customers needs. Thanks but never again.

Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely polite. There were many teams in the hotel for a hockey tournement and the staff couldnt have been better. With all of us running around they were patient and allowed us to have a fun hotel experience.

We received wonderful friendly service from every employee we interacted with. Alicia who was working the front desk when we checked in was an absolute delight! The room was sparkling clean, bed was comfy and the hotel is conveniently located by the airport which allowed us to sleep in a little later for our early flight.

Waited 50 minutes for the van at the airport yesterday. Kept being put on hold when phoning to check on pick-up. Drop off at the airport takes a long time because the van stops at 2 hotels, a remote parking lot, and 2 airport terminals. Lots of jet noise, especially in the morning.

Close to airport, newly renovated rooms are nice but place is a mess w construction going on lower floors. Bummer they don’t provide toiletries if you forget something

Great hotel close to the airport. Shuttle service is available if you call the hotel upon arrival. However it's only a $5-10 Uber if you don't want to wait. Lobby renovations are in the works, so it should have a nice refresh in a couple of months! Surprisingly, it wasn't too loud even though it is lined up with the approach / departure corridors.

This place is so terribly disappointed for a Marriott Courtyard Hotel. The staff (not just one, but all of the staff) we encountered were beyond unfriendly and the overnight fellow that we saw to check out at 5:45 am was unprofessional. The hotel was full of teens as part of an athletic trip and were running the halls and were extremely noisy up to midnight. We called the front counter and yet the noise continued unabated. We were charged $ 8 for parking even though we did not park at the hotel - we pulled up in a rental car, let our group off and then returned the car to the car rental counter. Yet, I had to argue to get the charge reversed. If this is representative of Courtyards, we will certainly think twice about staying at one of your hotels again.

I loved the professionalism and kindness of the staff both at checkin and checkout. I loved their humor and willingness to help. Thank you so much. The room was comfortable and I loved the half moon shower beautiful.

Would not recommend. Booked for business. Very unpleasant experience. GM was not helpful. Didn’t think the rooms were nice or clean looking. Could use updating.
