Great location, near to almost everything. Big, nice and clean rooms. There is lot of place to make improvments such a toiletries, wooden floor... The floor was ceramic and cold, ad AC unit (3 of them) was next to window and make lot of noise. Door doesnt block the noise also...

Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Ronda, walking distance to New Bridge, overlooking stunning gorge. Lots of shops , plazas and restaurants nearby. Bullring and museum nearby, but did not visit those. Rooms and public areas spotless and adequate. Rooms simply furnished with shower (in bath), air conditioning armchair, chairs, dressing table, wardrobe with hangers and shelving and comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff on reception. No inhouse restaurant but plenty nearby.

The staff was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. There are three different cafes with tables across the street. Three different types of menus. We had a great time.

Good standard for good price. Rooms are big. Stuff is helpful. The city center just behind the corner! Beautiful park located on the other side of the street! If you want it to save money on your vacation then this hotel is your place to stay!

Very central! (End of positive experience).. the receptionist should do everyone a favor.. and retire after 40 years. The place smells really bad..

The room was big and the screen over the window blocked out the light when closed all the way. The bed was a little firmer than I like and the shower head configuration was odd (being in the center rather than at one end or the other, but not causing problems despite that). It is in a great location, very close to the old city and big sights, right on the main drag, however the traffic is loud. For us, we used our white noise app on two phones and the sound problem went away. It was a nice stay, but nothing over the top.

Great hotel. Walking distance from all the sites (we do like walking though), clean, the front desk is very helpful.

Very nice and clean place. Great rooms with AC. The ladies from reception were very kind and helpful to us. Opened 24h they also have iron if you need it and they could keep our bags for few hours after check out!

Well we were 4 persons with two separated rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. The woman at the reception wasn’t so helpful due to the fact that she did not know English. So despite the advantages we weren’t so lucky. At midnight we found at the bathroom a big cockroach. We went to the reception and a man came with teza to killing it. He used so much Teza so he couldn’t even breath. He started to sneez and throwing snot. We found one in our toilet. Then he came out and he started to check the room but he touched everything with the pesticide. He apologise and he left. It was impossible to sleep because of the smell so we decided to go to the reception and ask to change the room. It was late midnight. He agreed so we went to a clean room. In the morning the woman at the reception she didn’t apologise to us. The room is at a very good location.
