I have a complaint regarding the delivery of the Ugoapp partnership. Whenever I order delivery, something is missing, or it is wrong and always a cheaper product. I'm not sure what is going on, but it should be investigated. On 15/02/2023 at 20:25, they sent me a double cheese menu instead of a Double Royal Cheese McMenu, and I paid more for it. On Friday, 10/03/2023 - The delivery arrived but was missing a large cheese and bacon fries; then I had to pick up my car and head to the restaurant to take the missing product, which is unacceptable. And TODAY, 13/03/2023, that just happened AGAIN. The order came without large fries, I called the restaurant, and they said I would have to call Ugo because they couldn't do anything, and this time I couldn't go there to complain and take what I paid for. So I would like to understand what is going on and if I will continue not to receive what I'm paying for, this is beyond a common mistake. So or do I have to stop going to that restaurant or what?

Best Mcdo I ever had in Belgium perhaps in Europe. After one visit, I came here again the next day. Wings, Burgers, Fries all good.

Clean and super fast. There are also differences in the preparations between McDonald's because this one loads more in sauce and salad. The hamburger is more appetizing and much better.

The food is like any mcdonalds. But you have to wait a long time at the drive through if you compare it with other mcdonalds. The people are nice. If you order inside the ordering is fast. Sometimes you almost don't have to wait for you food and sometimes you have to wait a long time depending on how many people there are. Mostly the less people the more you wait.

Really slow for a Mc Donald's. Had to wait more than 10 minutes for 2 coffees. Seems they need more people working to have the classic McDonald's efficiency

Good thing about McDonalds is that everywhere in the world you know what you are getting. This was the same.

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen! Sticky floor, dirty toilets, tables, glass. And the children's playroom is simply terribly dirty. The waiters are slow and constantly make mistakes.

Employees forgot half of our order, we had to go back to get it. Fries were soggy and cold and meat was dry. I will not come here again.

To my greatest misfortune, -10 does not exist!! I went there two weeks ago and the floor was literally slippery (impossible not because it was cleaned but because the whole thing was greasy). I went back there yesterday without much conviction and the smell that comes from it is just disgusting firstly, secondly I want to go to the toilet and no to my great surprise the toilets are just disgusting!!! I take a photo and show the lazy person at the checkout to do something because I would like to go there but as a self-respecting person it is impossible for me to ignore it…. HALF AN HOUR LATER WITH ALMOST NOBODY IN THE FAST FOOD madam still hasn’t done anything. My desire being much too pressing I had to get up from the table to talk to my colleague about it, not to mention the Burgers which are not respected and which are literally made in a hurry???? NEVER AGAIN!!!!

We drived to mcauto and asked happy meal with ice cream, when we wait our order they forgot to bring ice cream, and when they give it to us it was corns ice cream, we asked to put it in the little pots instead of corns, corns was already lick and it was not correct fixed, and it’s spelt in our car, so 2 seats of Mercedes is damaged for what??? For best тупицу manager who can’t put the same size of ice cream instead of corn in a pot! Bravo!!!!
