I’ve been staying at this hotel now since 2008. Of late, it’s lost its touch. The rooms are dated and in need of a revamp. The friendly warm staff are no more and the breakfast options are dwindling. So many value adds don’t exist any longer.

Great stay with all the additional items and services you need. Safe and secure. Great for the whole family. Definitely recommended. Nice and centrally located.

Rooms need a bit of an upgrade, TV channels can be added overal it is okay. Location well situated. Beautiful scenery from the Deck. Staff is friendly. Dinner Menu can be upgraded and more of a variety of meals can be added.

Very good place to spend a night or two or more. My first night there I was on my way home and had to rest and when I woke up... I thought I had already arrived home. It took me a few moments to recollect myself and know that I was in Hotel. I slept so comfortably, it felt like I was in my own bed at home. I recommend this place highly. The service is excellent from the time you walk in to the time you leave.

The place is so nice and clean. Their service is excellent. The only thing I'd love them to do is to atleast buy Iron for each floor.

Advertised as R900 per night - end up being R1350. Woken up at 02h30 from noise of TV from room across from me left open (by cleaning staff?) No USB ports in rooms - seriously!

The dining service was worth staying a the hotel and the staff was friendly. All we needed was a bar fridge in room but everything else was awesome. We enjoyed our stay

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Easy access from the N1 Western bypass. Great for short business trips. Considering that you don't go to a Town Lodge looking for a 5 star experience, this is about as good as it gets.

Stayed for the week. It felt like home, I felt like I am qualified to help customers haha. The lounge needs thorough cleaning. The curtains and corners but ambiance is good.

Perfect for a night or two when traveling for business or other short term commitments. Clean and hygienic, with a outside patio looking over the lake, neat garden, and a pool area perfect for sundowners and unwinding.

Will choose this place any time

Convenient if you have business nearby. Rooms clean and adequate. Safe parking. Polite staff. Dismal breakfast. I was trying to get water from a vending machine only to find it had ran out. A cleaning lady offered to get some from the bar. It was breakfast time but when this kind lady asked the duty manager to sell me water, they simplify refused and sent her packing. Almost a beautiful story cancelled by lazy indifference.

Stayed in room 219 Aircon doesnt work.

Great place to stay. Comfortable interconnecting rooms for safe family staying. Always enjoy the breakfasts - spoilt for choice and a great lake view. Has become a bit expensive.
