I stayed for 3 nights, the place has recently opened so they have a lot of servicing issues, however, I can say one thing the staff is very polite and attentive once you ask for anything as I have read few reviews that the staff here is rude and disrespectful. The rooms are spacious and clean, washrooms are very clean as they are the first thing I noticed and I don't stay in a place with unhygienic washrooms. The restaurant has a limited menu as the hotel is still working on many things. All in all it is a good place to stay. Hope they will be able to resolve those small flaws soon.

They have got least staff to service ur room. I stayed in room 2105 for one week, there was no room service but I have to ask them to provide room services. It was MD anniversary and he asked every staff to provide room services. You were forced to order mineral water for 40 rs... They don't have their kitchen. Moti Mahal is their tie up and break fast as complimentary is subject to realisation if they arrange alla cart or on demand.... They have power issue and coz of least staff they have clumsy corridor... Pls refer to the pics attached .... Over all over priced with least facility... Good for couples ....

PATHETIC DONT BOOK THIS PLACE. There are no amenities available. The room was expensive and only had bed and a small sofa. There was no kettle ,leave aside a coffee or tea station. The towels were dirty and the room was not clean. When I tried calling the front desk through intercom, they were rude and then disconnected the intercom for my room. To add to your discomfort, I had a booking which said it was inclusive of breakfast but they said that the restaurant is not working. Last but not the least, the entire staff was rude, untrained and unwelcoming. I tried talking to the manager ,he was also not helpful. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Clean rooms....good staff....thanks to Mr subodh g ( G.M ) and team....will definitely recommend this place....

One of the worst and unclean hotel in Haridhwar. It was filthy dirty and the water from tap were filled with some oily substances. Avoid staying in this hospital.

Room wes very neat and clean. Staff was very supportive. Mr. Arvind (Manager) ia a fabulous person. He attends customers humbly and kindly. I enjoyed the stay and would like to suggest people come and stay here when you are around roorkee-Haridwar. This property also has a big garden area which gives positive vibes.
