Inappropriate behaviour of staff. While buying product they treat us very good but when we replace any product they show their worst side. Their many products looks and works like it's 1st Copy.

Its good. Nice sales person. Explains everything in a mannered way. He has sufficient knowledge about phone configuration but not as much as we phone lovers have now a days. But good enough to explain majority of population. Here got offer on HDFC credit card and also got samsung reward points which can be utilized while purchasing another samsung products in one year. Only drawback, they do not variety of collection, has limited phones in display.

There is no provision for 0 stars or no stars at all otherwise I would have given it. There are lots of things which I wanted to mention: 1. Very rude behaviour of the person handling this store. 2. Cheaters. I can site one example, I bought Samsung S23 ultra and he deliberately activated my phone citing he has to do some formalities in the system. He did not inform me that he is registering my phone so I cannot return it within the stipulated time and he gets the device registered so he meets his targets. 3. Did not accept his mistake and when I asked him why did he do it, he gave me the reply that anyways you were going to have it activated and whatever reasoning you are giving me is pretty silly. He has no right to talk to a customer In this manner and use words like silly etc. 4. I then told him to return my phone and he said there is no way he can do that as its already registered. All in all, please dnt go to this shop for buying any samsung gadget as at first they will be very sweet and later behave rudely if you go with any concern.
