This place is awesome. I’ve been on the road for 4 years and have never felt more welcomed than at CB&M. Staff is fun, outgoing, and is very helpful with whatever you need. Rooms are roomy and feel cozy not abunch of cheap industrial hotel junk. Also the cleaning staff is amazing, wow. They even pull out the nightstands just to vacuum underneath. Love staying here looking for to staying again. Price is great too.

This was a great place to stay! If you love a really wonderful soak in a tub, stay here! I love taking a hot bath, especially when traveling. The tubs are super deep and extra long for tall people. It’s takes a few minutes for the water to get hot. (I think because they need to insulate the pipes outside) Every unit is self contained and has fridge and microwave. Although indoor and heated, I wish the pool and hot tub area wasn’t across the parking lot. This means if it’s winter, you have to scurry in the cold after being wet. So we did not go swimming which greatly disappointed our kids.

Spacious and comfortable, with well appointed rooms at good prices. The kitchenettes were fully stocked and even the washing machines were free for guests. Service was great, everyone we talked to was friendly and helpful. The wifi is super fast, even faster than at home. Only complaints: There was no cable TV, only Roku. Disappointing not having networks. It's possible that could have been fixed with a phone call, though. Also, it would have been nice to have plugs next to the bed for charging phones, etc.

The room we stayed in advertised as a full kitchen. While it was equipped with enough items that one could make a meal it was not a full kitchen. The decor was nice, but the bed was horribly painful to sleep on. The shower had no water pressure. We had to check out early and knew we would not be refunded, but we still let the front desk know we were checking out. Instead of asking us while we were there and dealing with it, they waited to call us while we were attending to our emergency. I found that poor taste. If you can't ask me when I'm telling you I'm leaving don't call me an hour later while I'm on the road. We would not book here again.

This place is awesome. Huge room, you can't hear your neighbors, you can't hear people outside unless they're closing their doors. You're right next to a major road, so they did awesome with that. Fully furnished, they have roku which a lot of hotels need to get on board with, gas station within walking distance, all the staff was super friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Good location.

This place is the best place to stay in the basin! They have multiple properties and they are all equally maintained and awesome! I work for an oil and gas company and all of our guys stay here! Lacy is the best and so accommodating! Totally recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the basin

Best hotel in Uintah Basin , monthly rates - clean - brand new - 24/7 staff on call for you - free laundry - beds are great - bathrooms are big - your own personal grill & parking. I really contemplated about not saying anything because I know how great it is. It will always be sold out - so my hopes is that they build more properties on acreage outside of town. Starvation would be so cool ! Just saying. (Javier & Lacey ) made everything a breeze. Thank you !

I highly recommend this place. The room was very clean, nicely laid out big fridge, microwave and a really big TV that worked with alot of cable options also outside every room there is a table with 2 chairs and a propane grill that are clean and ready to use.

What started off as a fiasco of an experience was gracefully turned into properly suitable accomodations and a better location. Amazing how far good communication can get you when dealing with the errors of rookies. 5 stars for not trying to be defensive of errors of the inexperienced, and rectifying the situation to full satisfaction. If you have bad things to say about CB&M, it's because YOU let it slide to begin with.

My husband myself and 2 kids stayed at their RV park in Ballard and it was great! Very quiet, clean and in a great location!
